“It has got everything”
Pros
The available templates really appeal to me and the drag-and-drop functionality for elements is a big plus. With how simple it is to use, it fits exactly what I need.
Cons
I'm not entirely sure it can be used properly with just the free plan although that version is at least fairly generous.

“saves a lot of time”
Pros
With its huge template library and drag-and-drop editor, I can put together polished, professional-looking designs in just a few minutes. The "Magic Resize" and "Background Remover" features are standouts for me since they cut out hours of repetitive editing work.
Cons
Mobile app feels a little awkward to use compared to the desktop version. Also, a lot of the strongest design elements and premium stock photos are only available with Pro which can feel restrictive when you're sticking to the free plan.

“custom templates at a fair price”
Pros
Its pre-made templates are a big plus, the pricing feels reasonable and any template can be customized enough to make it feel like your own design.
Cons
The part I like least about it is having to pay extra for certain images. I'd prefer it if all images were included and available to use.

“A reliable tool”
Pros
This has been a fantastic tool for us especially because it's so simple to use even without much design experience. The drag-and-drop setup, along with the huge collection of templates, photos, icons and fonts, makes it fast to put together graphics that look polished and professional. We rely on it a lot when creating graphics for our exhibits and it really helps us build displays that are engaging and visually appealing. Another feature I've really appreciated is the Content Planner for social media since it lets us schedule posts directly to platforms like Instagram and Facebook. The calendar layout makes planning and organizing content much more manageable which helps us stay consistent with posting. Teamwork is also very convenient because multiple people can edit designs live and use shared brand kits without any hassle. Overall Canva feels accessible, flexible and valuable for both solo users and teams.
Cons
Even with the paid plan it still comes with a few drawbacks. Certain file types especially TIFF, can be frustrating to work with since they don't have full support for editing or exporting. The mobile app also isn't the best experience because some tools and features feel less accessible and harder to manage than they do on desktop. We've also run into occasional problems with video editing and posting which can slow things down when putting together multimedia content. Also, more detailed design changes can still be difficult and resizing or layering elements sometimes leads to formatting issues.

“excellent for image editing”
Pros
This platform is really very good to work with especially for image editing and creating books. The customer support is also excellent and helps a lot of people when they run into difficulties.
Cons
A lot of the features are paid and it also doesn't support some of the options we would prefer to use on their platform.

“worth every penny”
Pros
It's been a strong value for the price and I can create all kinds of content for my business, including worksheets, flyers, forms and plenty more.
Cons
The one downside is that some add-ons end up costing extra and getting into the add-on apps isn't always very simple.

“canva keeps getting better”
Pros
It keeps adding new features and a lot of them now include AI-powered functionality. That has really helped me be more productive and work more efficiently when creating designs and prototypes.
Cons
Even after using it for many years, I'm still a big fan. I haven't run into any major issues with the platform and the overall user experience has been consistently excellent.

“speeds our work up”
Pros
It has easily been the best option I've used for creating fast, polished designs. Its biggest advantage is how simple it is to use. I can open it, drag and drop what I need and wrap up a project in just a few minutes. The Pro plan is absolutely worth it too since the huge collection of stock photos and videos saves me a lot of money I'd otherwise spend on separate subscriptions. Also,real-time collaboration with my team helps us stay on track and meet deadlines without the usual back-and-forth. It's a dependable platform that keeps improving over time.
Cons
The newer AI tools are interesting but the image and video quality they generate can be a bit too low-resolution for anything beyond a quick social media post.

Pros
It's quick to use when creating presentations, flyers and advertising content. There's a wide range of options available, plus plenty of templates and AI tools that help speed things up.
Cons
At times the platform feels heavy when it comes to connectivity and many of the AI features are paid, including most of the templates.

“my go-to editor”
Pros
Getting started is very simple: just drag and drop, adjust the text a bit and it's ready. It doesn't come with AI assistance but it still feels dependable and reliable to work with.
Cons
Where it really falls short is the free plan. High-resolution exports are restricted and most of the features that actually make it worthwhile are only available with a paid subscription.

“easy to figure out”
Pros
Putting together and editing marketing materials is really simple. You can start from a template or build your own design from scratch and sharing projects with other staff members is very convenient too.
Cons
You can group items together but the spacing tools do not always work the way they should.

“Amazing”
Pros
The tool has been an excellent free option for design work. It offers lots of animation features and a wide variety of canvas formats for creating highly engaging content for social media and other platforms. The website interface makes editing and building images feel simple enough that even someone with basic skills can use it without much trouble.
Cons
Working with Canva's boxed layers can be frustrating at times especially in designs with several elements stacked together. There isn't a convenient way to select a layer sitting in the back when I want to edit it or change its shape so I often end up moving other layers around just to reach it which can take quite a bit of time to sort out.

“My experience was great”
Pros
It really shines because it combines powerful functionality with a very simple, user-friendly experience. Its biggest advantage is how accessible it makes design through an simple drag-and-drop editor, along with thousands of customizable templates and a massive collection of fonts and images that give you plenty of creative options.
Cons
One downside is that the tool feels much better when you have a paid subscription since a lot of the templates, images and tools are locked behind it. That can be pretty limiting if you're relying on the free version.

“average”
Pros
I appreciate having all my older designs available right from the home page, from the very first version to the current one. Everything is there in one place. With the free version, reusable images aren't really available each time but using Google Drive is a workable way around that.
Cons
The quality of some templates and design elements is still lacking. Even with a paid subscription, the overall quality remains fairly average.

“great value!”
Pros
It has become something I use every day, both at work and at home because it's so simple and worth the cost. It comes with a wide range of features and design options which makes creating all kinds of content really convenient.
Cons
That's a hard one to answer, honestly. If I had to point out something, it would be the AI for farming-related content. The visuals it creates don't look very realistic and come across as obviously computer-generated.

“Best tool”
Pros
Getting started with it was really simple. I come from an advanced Adobe Suite background so I had fairly high expectations and it still managed to impress me. It does have some limitations but for most use cases it covers what we need and it's much quicker for new team members to pick up and start working with. I also appreciated that the trial period was long enough to properly test it and they even extended another free trial so a new team member could explore it and get comfortable before we committed.
Cons
Premium plan for using it with 3+ team members felt a little too expensive to justify for a startup team.

“Very capable”
Pros
So effortless to get started with this tool!! The ready-made templates with the exact sizes for social posts are incredibly handy and the online drag-and-drop editor feels genuinely easy to use. It's also really useful that it keeps the videos and images I upload saved so I can reuse them later without any hassle. I've used Canva for reels, logo edits, PNG transfers and plenty more so I've gotten a lot of value out of one product.
Cons
The login process can be a bit annoying at times because it doesn't always seem to remember my details. Also, there's probably a little too much emphasis on AI now since I don't really need most of the generative AI features.

“Strong designs”
Pros
Designin daily is fast and simple. The drag-and-drop setup is very beginner-friendly and the massive collection of templates, fonts and elements cuts down the time I spend creating things. I can put together social media posts, stories and product visuals in just a few minutes which makes it ideal for creating consistent content without needing advanced design skills.
Cons
A few of the strongest templates and elements are only available in the Pro version so the free experience can feel a little restrictive. Designs can also start to look somewhat familiar since a lot of people rely on the same templates. Also, the advanced customization features are a bit limited when compared with more professional design tools.

“Loved using it”
Pros
Designing social posts, invitations and similar materials feels much more manageable with it... especially for someone without a design background. The large collection of preloaded templates takes away a lot of the intimidation, while still letting you adjust them to match brand colors or personal preferences. On top of the layout customization, being able to upload logos, photos and icons makes each design feel more personalized. It's also really useful that designs can be exported in several different formats.
Cons
Pricing can feel pretty steep for a smaller business. A lot of the more distinctive templates are locked behind a subscription and the same goes for many of the better icons, fonts and other design elements. Another drawback is that an internet connection is required in order to create designs.
