“handy features”
Pros
This software was really simple to use and everything felt adaptive and simple right from the start. It also offers a wide range of very useful features which made the whole experience even better.
Cons
There wasn't anything that truly bothered me but the layout of some tools could be improved a bit since it can sometimes feel confusing.

“convenient for everyone”
Pros
It is a very approachable raster design tool, even for people who aren't naturally drawn to graphic design.
Cons
I don't really have any complaints about it. It does exactly what it's meant to do which is help non-designers create some pretty neat things.

“really good!”
Pros
Love it! There are plenty of reusable templates for everyone and the free version already offers a really wide selection. It's the best software for people who aren't editors since it solves a lot of common problems without making things complicated.
Cons
Compared with other photo editing programs, it gives you less fine control. Since almost everything is handled by AI, there are many times when you can't manually retouch certain images the way you'd want.

“I recommend”
Pros
There's an amazing selection of templates to work with and being able to build brand guidelines and libraries is a huge plus. It also works really well for creating longer-form PDF content.
Cons
The pricing is on the expensive side and it's surprisingly difficult to find posts you've already made using the search because the dashboard feels confusing.

“worth every penny”
Pros
Canva has been a fantastic fit for both me and my team. We've been using it since 2021 and I fully plan to keep renewing our subscription because everything it offers is genuinely worth every penny.
Cons
One thing that could be better is the lack of tutorials around integrations and how to really make the most of the different AI tools.

“canva is a creative lifesaver”
Pros
It has easily become the software I use more than anything else. I genuinely love the drag-and-drop setup especially since I used Photoshop before and that felt much harder to work with. The templates are incredibly useful and the AI tools are a big plus especially the writing feature. I also use the automatic background remover and image enhancement tools all the time. One thing I really appreciate is how simple it is to change my logo into any color which used to be frustratingly difficult in Photoshop. Being able to share designs and collaborate on edits with teammates is also a huge benefit. Also, the layouts for brochures, business cards, flyers and similar materials are very user-friendly and well designed.
Cons
The only thing I really wish it offered is the ability to adjust the export resolution. Aside from that, I think it's amazing.

“a cool software”
Pros
Creating in it feels really adaptive. The interface is user-friendly, there's a huge library of stock photos and I can usually find something that works no matter what I'm designing. The templates look polished and there's always an option that matches my style and branding. I'm also able to upload my own images and combine them with Canva elements to make them even better. It's useful that I can build reels, GIFs and MP4s all in one place. Another big plus is the pre-set image dimensions which let me resize projects quickly without starting over from scratch.
Cons
Honestly the only downside is that it's very easy to lose track of time while exploring ideas and creating designs lol. That's not even much of a real negative. If anything, I just need to do a better job of using folders to keep everything organized.

“creative templates”
Pros
There's a really nice selection of existing templates to work with and they feel both creative and varied.

Downloaded images can come out low quality unless you change them to a higher-quality setting and not everyone knows how to do that.

“marketing lifesaver”
Pros
It feels essential for any organization that doesn't have the budget to hire a social media manager. It comes with a wide range of tools that help with marketing tasks and even support internal organization and process management.
Cons
Something I really wish it offered is a way to add hyperlinks directly into the posts we publish. Having to paste the full URL instead doesn't look very clean.

“affordable option”
Pros
Has been an affordable and user-friendly graphic design tool for me. I've used it for several years and during that time it has expanded a lot with new features added again and again.
Cons
The only thing that frustrates me is resizing in this tool.. although that may just come down to how I'm using it.

Pros
It covers a lot of ground with its versatility and templates. I can use it as a one-stop place for publishing work or creative assignments and it's very user friendly.

“incredible tool”
Pros
A very complete service in my opinion. It lets you create presentations, brochures, cards and visually polished posts that are suitable for publishing across different social media platforms. There are also plenty of ready-made templates available and they can be adapted quite easily to fit your specific needs.
Cons
At the beginning, it takes a little time to get familiar with all the tools the platform offers but with some practice it becomes fairly adaptive and simple to use.

“Covers every design need”
Pros
This has become my go-to place for just about everything I need to create as an Events Manager, menus, food labels, special cards, invitations, Instagram posts, email campaigns and signage. The biggest advantage is the huge range of things you can design with it all in one platform.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see improved is better file organization in the "Uploads" section although it's definitely not a major issue for me.

“user-friendly”
Pros
Really approachable to use!! And almost anyone can put together something pretty decent with it. The layout feels adaptive so you don't need any professional design skills to get started. It's also nice that they keep improving the platform and regularly roll out new features.
Cons
Every now and then it crashes or won't let me download files although those issues usually only last a short while.
