“Impressive template library”
Pros
Thanks to the template selection getting started was easyy. Browsing the design library helped me find options that matched my business well especially in the early stages.
Cons
The interface felt less adaptive than I wanted and making advanced customizations in the free version was challenging. Also,I realized that most of the templates required an additional purchase.

“AI tools stand out”

It has been fantastic to use. The interface is very user-friendly and the drag-and-drop design makes creating things feel effortless. There's a huge selection of templates, plenty of free options and the AI tools have been an excellent addition.
Cons
there isn't much to complain about except that the mobile app doesn't offer all the same features you get on the desktop version.

“made our work easier”
Pros
It has become my go-to design tool for social media, internal document creation and printing. I'm genuinely impressed by how many new features they've rolled out just in the past month.
Cons
I have no complaints about the program. It has completely taken over the place of the Microsoft product I used to rely on.

“incredible results”
Pros
This design tool makes designing feel really natural with its effortless drag-and-drop editor so putting together polished social media graphics and YouTube thumbnails only takes a few minutes. The huge collection of ready-made templates and high-quality stock assets cuts down the work significantly. The "Magic Studio" AI tools are especially useful since they handle things like background removal and image edits quickly without needing more advanced software.

“Best choice”
Pros
Getting started with it is very simple even for someone completely new to design. It also comes with a wide range of templates that can handle just about any social media or general media project you need.
Cons
It's affordable, very capable and lets you upload your own branding and images so you can build whatever marketing or social content you need.

“beginner-friendly”
Pros
It feels incredibly approachable for beginners, while still including advanced design and photo editing tools for people with more experience. I introduced the free version to a class of high school students once and they were creating fairly complex slide decks within about 20 minutes of using it for the first time. Even without paying, there are plenty of features for anyone who wants to make slideshows, flyers, brochures, websites, stickers and just about any other kind of visual. It also works really well for team collaboration since multiple people can edit the same file at once and see live updates.
Cons
The free version is, understandably, much more limited than the paid plan. As someone who recently graduated from college, paying for it is tough.

“works great for us”
Pros
It has been a pleasure to use thanks to its simple interface, wide range of features and strong value for the price.
Cons
My biggest frustration is that quite a few features are locked behind the premium plan which can feel limiting as a user.

“Love it”
Pros
Love how it keeps the design process simple and lets me put together professional-looking content in very little time. The templates and drag-and-drop tools save me a lot of effort and it works really well for social media posts and marketing materials.
Cons
A few of the more advanced tools are only available in the free version with limitations and it can occasionally slow down when working on heavier designs.

“So convenient”
Pros
Canva's biggest strength is how approachable it is. You don't have to be a trained graphic designer to put together polished, high-quality visuals. The drag-and-drop editor feels very natural and the huge collection of ready-made templates cuts down a ton of time especially when working on social media graphics or business presentations. The Magic Resize and Background Remover tools are especially useful, they handle in seconds what used to take much longer in heavier software like Photoshop. It's been a real lifesaver whenever I need something done fast.
Cons
That said it does come with a few limits when it comes to fine-tuned customization. If your work depends on highly detailed vector editing or more advanced photo retouching, it can feel somewhat restrictive next to the Adobe Creative Suite. Also,a lot of the better stock assets and premium fonts are only available with the Pro plan which may feel expensive for students or freelancers who are just getting started.

“creative design made simple”
Pros
Canva really encourages creativity and helps users build on their ideas. It's very user-friendly so moving through the features and options feels simple and comfortable. This makes it a strong choice for anyone who needs to create engaging visuals and creative content.
Cons
One downside is that image editing and customization can feel somewhat limited. When compared with software like Photoshop, it doesn't offer the same level of control for more advanced photo editing.

“Canva Pro is worth it”
Pros
There's a huge selection of templates and the library keeps growing all the time. It's simple to use, offers a wide range of services and in my opinion Canva Pro is absolutely worth paying extra for.
Cons
I'd love to see better connectivity with other apps and services so everything could integrate more smoothly.

“A lifesaver”
Pros
Planning weddings has been so much easier with this. Editing images feels effortless, most of the tools are very user-friendly and having offline access is a huge plus too.
Cons
Canva Pro is pretty expensive. The value doesn't fully match the price and it feels a bit overpriced to me.

“It's got everything”
Pros
Editing templates and putting together business announcement flyers are the parts of it I enjoy most. I started out on the free plan but it felt too restrictive and moving to Pro completely fixed that.
Cons
The free version seems designed mainly to bring people in and give them a preview of what's available with a paid subscription. Still, it's hard to treat that as a real downside when the free plan already offers quality tools and results.

“awesome editing tool!”
Pros
Having access to a wide range of editing tools and ready-made designs was a big plus. The option to pick a specific project format like a banner, flyer, sign or brochure made it much easier to set everything up with the right layout from the start.
Cons
A few of the tools and features could use better guidance since it took quite a bit of trial and error and watching how-to videos to figure out how they worked.

“Perfect for our needs”
Pros
As a nonprofit, this has become my go-to design tool. I can put together marketing pieces and donor materials quickly and they still come out looking polished while communicating our message clearly and simply.
Cons
One issue I run into is that smaller designs can end up looking pixelated. When that happens, I need to move over to more advanced design software.

“Genuinely impressive”
Pros
Since I started using it, things at work have been running really well. The way it's so simple to use and flexible at the same time still amazes me; I honestly think it's incredible.
Cons
The only downside is that without a subscription, it gets a bit frustrating because the features are restricted and the ads can be pretty annoying.

“fantastic for team design work”
Pros
Really user-friendly, with plenty of features and editing apps to work with. It works especially well for teams creating designs together since sharing and collaborating on edits is very convenient. It also feels very responsive while you're actively editing a design.
Cons
Once a project has a lot of layers, navigating everything can get a bit difficult and it's not really made for more advanced or highly complex editing tasks. The built-in stock images and graphics are decent but nothing exceptional.

“affordable all-in-one creator”
Pros
One of the best things about it is the price and it's also very simple to work with. I use it for just about everything, making graphics, creating videos and even editing my podcasts.
Cons
The AI tools for graphics and video have gotten better but they still lag behind other AI apps at this point. That said I'm confident they'll keep improving it.

Pros
No matter what kind of design I need to make in this tool, there always seem to be plenty of templates available to choose from.
