“Excellent tool”
Pros
For us, it stands out for being incredibly simple to use, very easy and genuinely built to make your work easier instead of adding extra hassle.
Cons
No complaints about the software itself. My only issue is with the template selection, there aren't many strong options for tech and tech-related products and a lot of them feel outdated, overly busy and stuck in a 2000s design style.

“I will recommend”
Pros
A very user-friendly tool... and it comes with a huge library of templates for image editing, video editing and creating or removing visual elements.
Cons
Since it is a cloud-based platform, the downside is that you can't use it offline and it doesn't replace advanced tools needed for more complex photo retouching.

“Great value for your money”
Pros
It has to be one of the most user-friendly tools out there for photo and video editing. The starting price is very reasonable, it comes packed with plenty of helpful features and the huge library of templates makes it a really strong option.
Cons
The part I liked least was that a lot of the more advanced features are locked behind a paywall. It can also be a bit unclear how to use the service when you are not connected to the internet.

“Solid tool”
Pros
It's remarkable to have one platform that lets you jump from video editing to document creation and even presentations. It really feels like a digital Swiss Army knife. Even for someone with a technical background like mine, after decades of using professional software, the speed at which you can produce something visually polished is hard to beat.
Cons
Precisely because it tries to do everything, the interface has become packed and at times, a bit chaotic. It's easy to get lost among countless features, including some that feel unnecessary and that can pull your attention away from the actual task. Also, while it offers a lot, the monthly subscription is starting to feel expensive for anyone who just needs basic layout or design work.

“good features”
Pros
I loved it.. this software comes with tons of useful features and it feels like they're constantly rolling out new ones. It's definitely a strong alternative to other design software out there.
Cons
A few of the AI generation tools don't perform the way they're shown in the examples. It's not a big deal for me though since I rarely use those features.

“frustrating navigation”
Pros
It does offer a few worthwhile features.
Cons
Using it feels far more complicated than it should be. Even basic things like cropping an image are unnecessarily difficult to do properly. You can crop but there's no way to view the dimensions while you're adjusting it and sometimes Canva adds another layer behind the image that matches the original uncropped version without giving you any option to delete it. Also, images often don't refresh correctly on the screen unless you restart Canva. The navigation is incredibly frustrating. Photos can appear outside their actual projects or folders, with no clue where they belong. There are also very limited options for setting personal defaults and there's no action recording feature to apply the same edits across multiple images. As of March 2026, Canva's Erase Background tool also turns the background white instead of transparent so you have to download the file as a PNG just to get transparency.

“Quick navigation”
Pros
Getting started is simple thanks to the ready-made templates. The navigation is clear and the different size measurements built into the system help users quickly locate exactly what they need.
Cons
It falls short when it comes to more advanced functionality and detailed editing. If you want to apply complex effects or do the kind of deeper manipulation you would in Photoshop, the platform feels limited.

“AI-powered templates are fantastic”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is the addition of AI for template design. It makes the whole process of creating and designing much easier and more convenient.
Cons
What bothers me is that many of the best templates are now locked behind Canva Pro. They used to offer more templates and features to everyone, whether you had Pro or not but now it feels like they want you to pay extra just to access basic features.

“Effortless to use”
Pros
Designing with this software feels incredibly simple even if you have little or no background in design. Its drag-and-drop editor is very convenient and the huge collection of templates, fonts, graphics and photos makes it quick to put together polished, professional-looking content. It's particularly useful for social media posts, presentations, marketing pieces and fast branding work. I also appreciate that it's cloud-based which makes it convenient to access and update projects from anywhere.
Cons
A downside is that some of the strongest templates, graphics and features are only available with the Pro subscription which can be frustrating if you're using the free version. The export options and project organization could also use some improvement especially when handling a large number of files.

“My review..”
Pros
It has been an amazing fit for both school and business use. I rely on it every day for my job and for my own business too. It works especially well for marketing and the platform is very simple to use while still helping me create really impressive images and products.
Cons
It does have some limits when it comes to editing photos and images but aside from that, it's an excellent marketing tool. I just wish it had stronger AI integration.

“Positive experience”
Pros
Canva's free version covers a lot more than I expected. I use it every week to create post images, tracking tables and even cards or invitations. There's a huge selection of free templates to work from which makes it really useful and being able to search by size is a feature I absolutely appreciate.
Cons
One thing that threw me off was when my upline shared her account with me. Switching between the two was confusing and I honestly spent a day panicking because I thought I had lost all my work. Since then, I haven't tried using that feature again.

“Great software”
Pros
This one is very simple to use and comes with a huge library of templates for presentations, posters and many other types of graphic design. The app is also very user-friendly for both image and video editing. Having a free version makes it much more accessible and the AI features built into the app are genuinely very useful.
Cons
One issue I run into quite often is adding text boxes and changing colors on the page. At times, I only want to update the color in one section but it ends up changing across the whole page so I have to go back and fix it manually. The text customization options could also be improved.

“free templates and mockups”
Pros
Creating company graphics with it is very simple and there are plenty of useful mockups and templates available. Best of all, most of them come at one fair price: free.
Cons
I really miss some kind of versioning system because it would make updates and testing different graphic ideas much easier.

“one of the best”
Pros
Having multiple ways to save files is really helpful. It means I can handle everything in one software instead of switching between different tools which saves me both time and money.
Cons
Something that could be better is version history when editing documents. The previous version doesn't stay saved so having a template or older copy of my work available would help a lot and keep me from having to recreate it every time.

“Loved using it”
Pros
Whenever we need marketing visuals without adding extra complexity to the workflow, it is the tool I turn to. It lets us put together promotions, menu features and social media graphics quickly and it fits nicely into the way we already handle content. The team can create polished, professional-looking designs without needing strong design experience which makes the whole process much more efficient.
Cons
A downside is that many of the strongest templates and design elements are locked behind the paid plan. It would also be useful if the platform offered more advanced export options for different marketing formats.

“perfect fit for creative work”
Pros
Ever since I got into video and image editing, it has been the best tool I've come across. It has given me excellent value for the money and the platform is very simple to use and move around in. The features feel just right for the kind of projects I handle which makes it even more useful. Another big plus is that I can access it both online and offline and that flexibility really helps. I also have to mention their customer support team because they've been incredibly helpful whenever needed.
Cons
The name Canva sounds a bit strange to some of my friends when I mention it or recommend it to them. A few of them even laugh about it and try to push me toward other platforms instead.

“A great creative companion”
Pros
The tool has been a fantastic tool for just about anyone to jump into. Even the free version is simple to work with and still offers plenty of features for customizing images, documents, signs, videos and more. I've used it across both personal and professional projects and it's been dependable no matter where I am.
Cons
Some of the nicest-looking designs are locked behind Canva Pro. Still, if you use it regularly, the Pro plan definitely feels worth the cost.

“Templates are awesome”
Pros
Aweosme software! It makes creating just about anything feel very manageable, whether it's for digital use or something printed. Over time, they've added plenty of improvements that make it even simpler to fine-tune designs and there's an almost endless selection of high-quality templates that takes a lot of the work out of designing.
Cons
I use my own Canva account and I've also been added to a few business accounts. While switching between profiles is convenient and doesn't require logging out, it's not always clear which account a design is currently being viewed from. Also, when I open a shared design link, Canva doesn't give me the option to choose which account I want to use to access it. Because of that, I've opened designs under the wrong account more than once and it was very difficult to get the design shared correctly with another account. In the end, I had to ask the sender to resend the link so I could try opening it from the right profile.
