“free tools are great”
Pros
Using the site feels very simple. Collecting data is simple, exporting it in different formats is convenient and being able to publish directly to social media is a big plus. There are also plenty of useful features that help me get my work done and the best part, in my opinion, is that most of what the site offers is free.
Cons
Whats missing is a way to filter free assets separately from the paid ones.

“Smart AI”
Pros
It has been excellent for putting together social media posts, with a huge range of templates, helpful tools and features to work with. The platform feels very adaptive so creating content doesn't take much effort. The new AI update is brilliant, you just describe what you want and the app generates it right in front of you almost like magic. It's easily the best image editing tool available.
Cons
The monthly subscription feels a little pricey which makes the yearly plan the better deal overall. On mobile, the clipping tool can be unreliable at times and the text box occasionally crashes when using it on a smartphone.

“It's full of options”
Pros
One thing I really appreciated was how versatile the tools are especially since they're available for free.
Cons
Would be even better with a wider selection of tools and more free images since that really helps spark creativity. At the same time, I understand that pricing things properly is essential for the app to generate a financial return.

“user friendly”
Pros
Right from the start, I appreciated that the platform isn't overloaded with a bunch of unnecessary features and that's a huge advantage for me. It also lets you build many engaging interactive presentations thanks to the links you can add. Another thing I really enjoy is that it works like an all-in-one teacher's toolkit since you can create workbooks and videos there as well.
Cons
The downside is that most of the features are only available if you have the pro version.

“practical templates and fun fonts”
Pros
There are templates that are nearly ready-made for just about any industry which makes day-to-day work very practical. I also really enjoy features like removing backgrounds without losing quality, the variety of different and fun fonts and several other tools that are useful on a daily basis.
Cons
It would be better if there were more free features, whether for design elements or image resizing. Still, I understand the platform needs to make money somehow.

“canva covers almost everything”
Pros
In my experiecne, it has been an absolute lifesaver for anyone who needs strong visuals without being a formally trained designer. Working in communications and marketing, I've relied on it for years and the experience has been consistently excellent. It's very simple to adjust, edit and refine designs and the real-time collaboration with teammates is a huge plus. The template library goes far beyond expectations and makes it possible to build polished, professional-looking materials without needing a design background. The newer AI features make it even more useful too especially tools like automatic background removal. I even put together my wedding invitations in it, along with the welcome board, menu and a location QR code, without ever needing to leave the platform. I'd absolutely recommend it and it has been completely worth the cost.
Cons
My experience with it has been very positive overall although I'm not completely convinced it includes all the advanced tools a professional designer might need. Compared with more full-featured professional design software, it may come up a bit short.

“I like it for social media designs”
Pros
Putting together designs for my daily social media posts has been really enjoyable with this. The platform is simple to use and when you have a creative eye, you can really bring your ideas to life and make something special. It was very simple to work with.
Cons
One area that really needs improvement is animation creation in it since it feels quite limited and weak right now. If that part were better developed, it would go a long way in helping content creators get more value from it.

“practical software”
Pros
Being able to edit a professional-looking design without needing advanced skills is incredibly practical and that's what I enjoyed most about it.
Cons
The part I liked least was the visibility when using it through a mobile browser since it lowers usability a bit. Even so, it's only a minor inconvenience and my overall experience still remains very positive.

“great for beginners”
Pros
Using it feels practical and simple, with a wide range of templates and editing tools that are simple to understand and put to use.
Cons
It could benefit from additional text editing features, along with even more templates and stronger integration with other editing software such as music and design programs.

“makes design simple”
Pros
The biggest advantage is how approachable it is for absolutely anyone to use. Putting together professional-looking designs is really simple, even without knowing your way around advanced design software or professional tools.
Cons
There's honestly very little to complain about with it. The only limitation we've run into is the lack of ultra-high-resolution, print-ready design output so we need to use another service for that. For our company though, it's only a very minor issue.

“it's great”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate about it is that it can also become a way to make money. A lot of people use it to design professional-looking visuals and then offer freelance graphic design services, charging clients for custom content they create with the platform.
Cons
Free version could include more effects which would make a big difference for people who don't have a stable income and can't afford to pay for the Pro version.

“excellent tool”
Pros
Works really well for me because the layout is simple to follow and everything is right in front of you as soon as you open the app or website. All of my projects are easy to get to from the sidebar which makes things feel organized. I also enjoy having so many templates to pick from. The different categories make it easier to decide what I want to create. If I need something for business, there are sections for that too, like resumes, visual communications and more. The graphic elements and design models are especially helpful when I want to put together a rough draft for something like a book cover. I can jump into it and start building a cover concept right away.
Cons
One issue I run into is that saving a project so I can move it over to another social media platform feels a little slow. The app could also be improved. It would help if the app matched the website better because right now I still have to switch back and forth between my laptop and phone when I need to edit something that I can't seem to find in the mobile version.

“had a positive experience”
Pros
There's a wide range of fonts, layouts and color options which opens up lots of creative possibilities for designing brands, invitations and online ads.
Cons
The only thing I'd change is the premium pricing. If that part of the app were more affordable, it would make access to even more editing templates and model choices much better.

“complete tools for every design”
Pros
Having everything in one place has been a huge plus for me. I can create posts for Instagram and Facebook, work on brands and logos, make invitations and a lot more. I also really appreciate that my projects are saved so I can come back later to edit them or reuse them whenever I need. Also, the sharing tools are excellent.
Cons
Something I don't enjoy is working with such a small design area while creating something because the reduced size makes it harder to organize text and images properly.

“awesome!!”
Pros
From video editing to animation, this app covers pretty much everything I need. It lets you create almost anything you can imagine, whether that's logos, infographics or polished visual content. The photo editing tools are really strong and the addition of AI features has made it even better. It even comes with a text-to-image generator which adds a lot more creative possibilities. I use it for editing videos and designing logos and honestly without it, my work would be much more difficult and frustrating.
Cons
I really can't point to any downsides. They've done an excellent job with it.

“everything in one place”
Pros
Right away, the interface feels lively and practical and it brings just about everything it offers into one convenient space. It packs multiple features together, with excellent tools for editing images, creating slideshows, working on designs, importing and exporting files and data and handling text.
Cons
One downside is that some of the best images and icons are only available as paid options which can end up restricting the user's creativity in certain situations.

“wide variety of templates”
Pros
It keeps raising the bar for me compared with other design tools I've used, mainly because they keep rolling out features that make the platform feel more complete and capable. The template customization is very flexible and I really appreciate things like autosave, resizing and being able to turn one original design into multiple versions without having to start all over again. Their virtual conferences are also engaging and genuinely useful. Another big plus is having all of my content stored in one place so I'm not stressed about losing progress when switching devices or if a system crashes. For quick design work, it honestly feels like a superhero and if you have a creative eye, you can personalize things enough that your designs don't come out looking generic or cookie-cutter. I also appreciate being able to export files in different formats and share them easily with collaborators.
Cons
An area I still think needs improvement is diversity in the photos and graphics. As a designer of color, I was happy to notice they've added more assets recently that better reflect different kinds of representation but it still doesn't feel like enough especially when it comes to photos. I do have a separate stock photo membership so I can get what I need when the software doesn't have it but it seems like the better-quality or more limited options on it often come with an extra fee.

“fast results”
Pros
Right from the start, it feels very user-friendly, even for beginners. Its adaptive interface and drag-and-drop tools make it simple to create professional-looking designs for social media posts, infographics, presentations and other visual content. It also comes with a wide selection of features and ready-made templates which makes it a very good option for beginners who want quick results without needing advanced graphic design skills. Also, it is especially useful for marketing professionals since it includes specific tools like advertising banner templates, charts for analytics reports and team collaboration features for design projects.
Cons
There are still a few downsides to consider with it. For professionals, it can feel somewhat limited when it comes to more advanced design capabilities. Also, the free version only gives access to part of the features, while the paid version is needed to unlock additional options.
