“auto-save and shareable drafts”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate about it is the auto-save feature and another is the option to generate a link when exporting a finished project. It makes sharing drafts with other people very convenient and we can decide the level of access by allowing visitors to either edit the saved draft or only view it. It really feels like a digital way of handling documents.
Cons
I haven't noticed anything that needs changing while using it. The only thing I'd be happy to see is a lower price for the Pro plan especially for frequent users or people who refer others.

“best for branding templates”
Pros
Everything feels almost picture-perfect. For someone who is not very skilled at design, it is one of the best tools for creating designs. The features I appreciate most are branding, content creation and the ready-made post templates.
Cons
A few editing features are still missing, such as a pen tool and an eraser. If those were included, there would be less need to rely on other software for that kind of work. I also feel it should support more file formats and offer a converter for things like PDF to JPG. Also, the Pro pricing is quite expensive for beginners especially for users from lower-income countries.

“its a great choice!!”
Pros
The tool feels incredibly user-friendly across almost every feature it offers. The list of benefits is honestly quite long but these are the main reasons we upgraded to the paid plan after spending some time on the free version and why it felt like such an obvious choice. Team integration is simple which made collaboration much easier for us. There's also a huge variety of templates and they cover just about every design requirement you can think of. I've used it templates for pitch decks when I wasn't even sure what content to include and they were a huge help. Also, I've created YouTube banners, client creatives, logos, banners, print ads and plenty more in just a few minutes. Another big plus is being able to create your own templates. Unlimited storage is also a valuable feature that many people tend to overlook. The platform hardly ever crashes which makes it reliable for regular use. They also offer free courses to help you get started, including design basics that can genuinely improve your skills. Being able to add brand guidelines for multiple brands is very useful and the built-in social media scheduling is another feature that adds a lot of value.
Cons
One area that still feels pretty underdeveloped is video editing. The current features are quite basic and still in an early stage. That said since video editing doesn't seem to be their main focus, it still performs decently enough. If they manage to improve that part, it would pretty much become an essential tool for any business owner to keep in their toolkit.

“canva makes design effortless”
Pros
Right from the start, it feels incredibly user-friendly. There are tutorials available for anyone who wants a little extra help and the platform includes templates for every kind of social media, along with print and other digital formats. Sharing projects and collaborating with others is simple which makes teamwork much easier. If you want to test an idea without affecting the original, you can just duplicate the design and keep creating. The layering tools are adaptive and the alignment guides really help with placement. One feature I especially appreciate is the background remover for images,it handles the job without needing to manually erase or clip anything. There are plenty of built-in elements to choose from and adding your own uploads is just as simple. I use it to create screens for our school and putting together eye-catching announcements, menus and more has become incredibly convenient. Even videos upload smoothly into our Arreya digital signage program.
Cons
I've used it for a long time and rely on it every single day and honestly I haven't come across any downsides. It consistently delivers.

“impressive results”
Pros
One of the things I enjoy most about it is its templates because they spark ideas and help a lot when planning future designs.
Cons
A downside is the file download part, when the image is shared through WhatsApp, the quality drops significantly and ends up being completely compromised.

“Decent templates”
Pros
The platform is very simple to use and it comes with several template and font options that make the work much easier. The timeline could still be improved though, to make using the platform even more practical.
Cons
I noticed the range of file extensions supported by the platform is limited. It would be much better if it could handle more extension types.

“fun fonts”
Pros
This app is really useful because of how practical it is. It offers a wide variety of designs, the layout is simple to view and importing files is simple. There are also lots of different projects you can create, like business cards, labels, flyers, invitations, spreadsheets, menus and much more.
Cons
The part I liked least was that some of the app's tools are quite expensive. If you want access to a more polished or ideal design, you usually have to pay for it.

“easy to use”
Pros
Offers a wide range of features for anyone who needs to edit images, create posts, business cards, flyers and much more. Anyone working in marketing can even use it as a source of income since it allows even less experienced designers to produce work quickly and with satisfying results.
Cons
I really don't see any major downside. If there's anything that could be improved, it would be having more editable templates and the option to add audio. Even so, it still outperforms any other software in this area.

“our first choice”
Pros
Canva is the tool I rely on for making flyers for my dance crew and designing music cover art for clients, mainly because the ready-made templates usually fit the concept I have in mind. Another thing I enjoy is being able to search for an idea and instantly get plenty of stock image options, including ones pulled in from other platforms that sell them. Also, I can import a template from somewhere else and still customize it dkhl Canva.
Cons
Usually I avoid using it for logo design since many of the more appealing logo options are locked behind the premium plan and require payment.

“best for designing”
Pros
This tool really cuts down the graphic design learning curve. Even someone with zero design background can put together attractive artwork or an effective design just by picking a template and swapping out the images, text and other elements. Since design matters so much in the social media era, it has wide appeal. Solopreneurs on tight budgets can rely on it instead of hiring a graphic designer or paying for expensive software like the Adobe suite. Artists can make beautiful work and get it ready to sell across different online marketplaces. New designers can also launch design businesses without spending tens of thousands of dollars or investing years in a university design education.
Cons
Coming from someone who has worked professionally in design for more than 20 years, the software does have limitations that can get in the way of fully expressing certain ideas. Adobe Photoshop can handle almost any artistic or design situation, while it still falls short in quite a few areas.

“Great results”
Pros
Being able to upload files and keep everything organized right away has been a big plus. The drag-and-drop feature works really well and the platform feels very adaptive overall. It's simple to use and integrating it into my team and our company's creative process was not difficult at all.
Cons
Having a desktop version would make it feel more professional and probably faster for less experienced computer users especially when thinking about the general public. Another point is the templates which I believe should have better quality for people using the free plan, again considering a broader audience. On the positive side, introducing it to my team was very simple and the software helps a lot because of how accessible it is.

“user-friendly overall”
Pros
Getting started with Canva is very simple and that's probably its biggest advantage. It feels user-friendly enough that almost anyone can use it without much effort. Editing images is convenient and simple and the templates are useful for all kinds of users.
Cons
One thing that really frustrates me about it is the lack of text editing options. That part feels quite limited and doesn't offer enough flexibility.

“satisfied with it!!”
Pros
For the price its at.. the features are honestly impressive. For a very low monthly cost, multiple users can use a broad set of design tools along with millions of included graphics, photos and videos. The platform is also very beginner-friendly so even without any graphic design background, the features are simple to understand and use. Also, the Magic Resize tool makes it incredibly convenient to produce multiple visual assets at the same time.
Cons
A few limitations still stand out. The available export formats for images are fairly limited and not having an option to export to PSD is a real concern. Since this is web-based, you also can't continue working on designs without an internet connection. Another downside is that there isn't a very clear way to back up or support your work.

“templates that speed everything up”
Pros
Starting with Canva's ready-made templates makes design work a lot easier and faster. I can also build something from scratch when I want so it gives plenty of flexibility. It's a really solid tool, widely loved by users everywhere, with lots of useful features, a clean interface and simple sharing options among many other things.
Cons
At times, picking the exact text box or object can be a bit tricky. The watermark also gets in the way when the goal is to sell the finished work. Other than that, it does the job well.
