creative designs

Pros

Getting started with this platform for design creation is very simple and it doesn't take long to learn how everything works. It offers very creative design options that make things much easier depending on the occasion and it also helps a lot when it comes to sharing artwork while keeping the final quality very good.

Cons

The only thing I don't like about the platform is that you have to pay if you want to remove the background from photos.

Good design toolkit

Pros

Overall, this software comes with plenty of options for creating templates, handling graphic design and editing both photos and videos, along with many other useful features.

Cons

As far as I'm concerned, there really aren't any downsides. It works well.

excellent features overall

Pros

Nearly everything about Canva and the features it offers is outstanding and really satisfying to use.

Cons

The only part I'm less satisfied with in it is the image background removal feature.

professional results for presentations

Pros

Right from the start, this app feels very professional and is simple to use no matter your age. It lets you create beautiful projects that really stand out, whether it's for a college presentation or for work.

Cons

Something that could make it even better would be a slightly larger image library for students which would improve the quality and help deliver even better final creations.

amazing templates

Pros

Creating visually appealing content with it has been amazing. Making custom graphics takes very little effort and it's convenient to use on a phone or tablet while still getting impressive results. Upgrading from the free plan also unlocks plenty of extra features. I've really enjoyed everything I've discovered in Canva so far and I'm excited to keep exploring. The large variety of templates makes designing much simpler for people who don't have advanced design skills. There's no need to start from scratch if design isn't your strength, just pick a template that fits your content and you're ready to go.

Cons

One thing that bothers me is not being able to move one design into another design. The export options also feel limited because there aren't enough file formats available for saving. Also, the free version has restrictions yet it can come across as if everything is included for free. I think they should be more upfront and transparent about that.

saves time

Pros

Canva works really well for me because I can choose a template when I need to move fast or build something from scratch when I have more time. It's very simple to use and takes a lot of stress out of the design process.

Cons

Honestly I don't have much negative to say about it. The only thing I wish was different is that exported slides would keep their original slide names instead of automatically changing back to the file name.

Easy content creation

Pros

It was really simple to work with and very efficient especially for blogging. I can design social media posts and upload them from pretty much anywhere, whether I'm on my computer or using my phone. That kind of flexibility makes a big difference compared to other software that doesn't let you work as freely.

Cons

What I wasn't a fan of was having to create a copy of my content every time I wanted to post it on social media. It took extra time and made the process feel a little repetitive.

beginner-friendly

Pros

Getting started with this product was very simple and it feels especially friendly for beginners. It works really well for creating invitation cards, business cards and similar designs, plus it comes with nicely made templates for those projects. Because of that, my work ends up looking much more polished and professional.

Cons

My only issue is that it tends to lag quite a bit on low-end Android phones.

Customization is great

Pros

Using it feels adaptive and being able to customize my items the way I want is a big plus. The design options across multiple platforms are impressive and the app itself is very well put together.

Cons

The biggest issue to mention is that once you upload material, you can't really manipulate or edit it much which gets a little frustrating. Another downside is not being able to remove watermarks without paying for the premium version. That makes it hard for someone to download a design and continue editing it later without ending up with a blurry version. The one clear weakness of this app is that it isn't fully free. For people who don't use it professionally or aren't yet in a position to invest money, it can end up feeling limiting. We also struggle to share so much information with our community quickly and sometimes the end result of our communication feels dull or overlooked because people simply don't read it.

fairly priced

Pros

Being able to bring together all the available features makes it possible to build exactly what was originally envisioned. It's a really solid platform for designers who need to create visual campaigns without spending too much.

Cons

There are some limits on the free version although that's understandable.

Pros

Everything about it feels really simple to use and whenever I open it up, finding inspiration comes naturally without any hassle.

Cons

Honestly my only complaint is that I wish I had discovered it sooner. I use it every single day now and there really isn't anything about it that I dislike.

a delight to use

Pros

Getting started with it feels effortless and I've happily been using it since 2014. A fellow blogger first introduced me to it and I was hooked right away. Since then, no other graphic design platform has felt this efficient or this adaptive to use. A few things I really appreciate, 1. There's a huge variety of templates and they keep adding more almost every month. 2. It connects really well with other API-based platforms like Zapier, Pabbly and similar tools. 3. With the paid plan which has absolutely been worth it for me, I can set up branded color palettes and use convenient presets. 4. The paid subscription also comes with a massive collection of design elements which is a big plus. 5. Even the free version is already more than enough for casual creators such as bloggers, teachers, YouTubers and others who need design content.

Cons

One issue I do run into with it is that, on rare occasions, it doesn't sync properly and starts hanging. When that happens, I usually have to refresh the page or wait a bit before I can continue from where I stopped. Maybe I move a little too quickly while designing but when the platform can't keep up with that pace, it does get a bit frustrating.

its great

Pros

Having a free version is a huge plus. The image filters and specialty text effects are really useful and I appreciate that it's web-based so I can get to my projects from anywhere. Being able to upload my own images and duplicate pages for different edit versions also makes the whole process much more convenient.

Cons

Biggest downside for me is the price of the first paid tier. Since I use the platform so often, I'd be willing to upgrade from the free plan but it's still outside my start-up budget right now. I'd also love to see an AppSumo-style lifetime deal for it instead of only having monthly subscription options.

recommended from my side

Pros

So easy to get started with this tool as a beginner. From the beginning, the layout was simple to navigate and the huge range of built-in templates, design options and assets made creating things feel effortless. The newer tools for making videos with sound and animation have taken my projects to a whole new level. I upgraded to the premium plan this year and I'm really happy I did. At this point, Canva is the only tool I use for any design work I need.

Cons

The only real downside for me is that it doesn't let me import fonts. I realize that may be related to copyright restrictions but it would be really helpful if the account allowed fonts already installed on my computer to be added.

Practical design

Pros

Using this app has been wonderful overall. For people who aren't design experts, it feels very simple, practical and not at all confusing to use. The ready-made templates and design elements make a huge difference and really help any project come out looking professional.

Cons

A downside is that some features are only available if you pay for the app. I really miss having a background removal tool since I have to rely on other programs for that and it interrupts the creative process a bit. Also some of the better templates and elements are also locked behind the paid version. It would be nice if the free plan included a few more professional-quality options too.

canva is my go-to now

Pros

After years of doing editing work, it has become my new favorite app. It's not just about being simpler to use but more about how helpful it is for so many people especially when creating business presentations, labels and similar materials. I can definitely see why it's such a popular choice among users.

Cons

There are still some features I haven't had the chance to try yet but up to this point it has been really good overall. The only thing I'd point out is that the image library doesn't always feel that useful although that probably depends on what each user needs and how they plan to use it.

Polished visuals

Pros

There's a wide range of professional templates available and editing tables or creating graphics for an organization or social media is quite simple.

Cons

One thing I'd really recommend for the it web design tool is a direct option to convert designs into HTML since that would be very helpful for developers.

fun templates

Pros

Creating social media posts and infographics with it has been a lot of fun and the platform feels very simple to work with. I really appreciate how simple it is to use. There are plenty of free designs available and I can edit them without much effort to match exactly what I need. Also, the site includes tutorials that are clear and beginner-friendly which is really helpful if you're completely new to Canva.

Cons

The platform is very user-friendly and I really enjoy that it offers templates for almost anything I want to make. My only complaint is that the website occasionally has issues and sometimes a photo I upload won't process properly. Even with that, I'd still recommend it to anyone who doesn't have much graphic design experience or just wants a simpler way to create graphics.
