“its great”
Pros
I really appreciate is how effortlessly it connects with different social media platforms. It lets me post my designs directly to multiple channels and even schedule them to go live later. Being able to create everything in one place and then line up uploads right away has made managing content much more convenient for me. I also especially appreciate that the background remover is available not only for the final downloaded design but also for individual elements within the design. That gives the finished work a much cleaner and more polished look especially when I need it printed.
Cons
That said some of the design elements available in it are not allowed for print-on-demand use. Because of that, designs can end up being taken down from print-on-demand sites which is pretty frustrating and discouraging. Another thing I like the least is that the program still is not really seen as a true creative skill. For a beginner, I think it can do just as much as Photoshop, if not more yet it still feels underestimated in that way. I genuinely love using it and would gladly recommend it but I honestly do not know what advice to give their team on how to change that perception.

“nice to use”
Pros
What I value most in it is its huge selection of templates which can be customized quickly to create polished, engaging and professional-looking content.
Cons
Haven't run into any real drawbacks while using it. Up to this point, it's been very user-friendly and does a really good job of helping create engaging content.

“works really well”
Pros
The interface feels really simple to work with and it offers a wide range of tools and graphic options. I use Canva to plan all of my social media content and create graphics for my website and honestly I wouldn't replace it with any other app.
Cons
To be honest, the only downside for me is that it can sometimes be difficult to find free graphics since there isn't a filter that clearly separates the free ones from the paid options.

“affordable for all”
Pros
Free version already comes with a lot and while it obviously has some limits, it still gives you plenty of useful features. If your trial month ends and you decide not to keep paying for the subscription, you just let them know and continue with the free plan. It's user-friendly and the built-in help tools make creating designs much simpler. You can use it either as a downloaded app or in the cloud which is nice because it doesn't have to take up space on your device. The monthly price is very affordable compared with everything it offers,I'm on the premium plan, and paying yearly makes it even cheaper.
Cons
I put together a presentation during the free Pro trial and once the grace period expired, it added labels to the backgrounds and premium images I had used. There are also some images that can't be edited by individual elements and only allow changes to the whole grouped design.

“covers everything!!”
Pros
Canva has been fantastic for just about everything I need. It's incredibly simple to use,you start with a template, change a few elements and it quickly becomes your own design. There's a huge selection of templates, images and fonts to work with especially on the paid plan which is around $15 a month. I used to spend more on Adobe but now I rely on Canva instead. It saves me time and for most of the needs our smaller clients have, it does more than enough. I also love that I can order printed assets directly through the app and have them shipped either to us or straight to the client. Overall, it's an excellent tool and it has never glitched for me.
Cons
Honestly nothing comes to mind. It has been perfect for what I need and I really don't have anything to complain about.

“updates are good”
Pros
Our team really enjoys how often Canva refreshes its templates and adds new image and photo editing features. Every time we go back to use it, there's something new and the tools just keep getting more impressive.
Cons
Something that could make it even better would be advanced vector editing although we're not sure that's actually part of Canva's direction.

“its perfect”
Pros
It was very quick to get the hang of, both on desktop and on my smartphone. It helps me handle all of my communication, from social media content to both print and digital marketing materials.
Cons
Can't point to any real downside with Canva and that's even though I use it every single day.

“suits our work”
Pros
The customizable template feature has been one of my favorite parts of using this software. It gives me the flexibility to set things up the way I want which is really helpful.
Cons
I haven't come across anything bad about it. That said, I do think the editing feature could use a few more additions to make it even better.

“easy to use”
Pros
This is a free design app I began using when I wanted to learn the basics of design. It comes with a wide range of templates for all kinds of projects, including social media posts, blog graphics, presentations and more. There are also plenty of fonts and shapes available which helps make each design feel more original. The interface is adaptive and user-friendly so you can use it effectively even without any previous experience with design software.
Cons
Even though it works well for people who are new to design, it still has a few limitations. You can start with the free version but it doesn't include many of the features that are only available in the paid Pro plan. Another drawback is that you can't export your designs into other programs such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.

“beginner-friendly”
Pros
Getting started with Canva felt very natural especially since I had no background in graphic design. It helped me handle all my design needs without feeling overwhelmed. One thing I really enjoy is the huge collection of free templates available for almost every type of project. Designing YouTube thumbnails and social media posts with Canva's templates is much more convenient than building everything from the ground up. I also prefer making presentations in Canva because there are plenty of templates that can be customized to give each presentation its own distinct look. Another big plus is having access to free stock photos and design elements directly inside the platform so I do not need to download them separately first.
Cons
One downside is that it does not let you download the source file which is a feature commonly available in other graphic design tools. Also, a lot of useful features are restricted on the free plan, including limits around templates, branding and other options.

“canva packs in everything”
Pros
Really comes with a long list of advantages, it gives unlimited free cloud storage for brand logos and other assets, unlimited access to templates and a massive library of free elements. There are also plenty of export and download choices, plus multiple ways to share work live with other users. The layer-based editing is another big plus. I haven't seen another provider offer this many features for free which is why I enjoy using this cloud-based software so much. Since it runs online, there's nothing to install and it also helps save disk space.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any real complaints about it. It's one of the fastest-growing cloud platforms for graphic work and the mobile and iPad apps perform just as well too. The only thing I'd suggest is making the background remover available for free at least once per day.

“fantastic for twitch designs”
Pros
I run a Twitch channel and I've used this app for all of my designs because the tools are very simple to work with. It offers thousands of shapes to build your designs, includes amazing sample designs for inspiration and the export process is reliable with high-quality results.
Cons
The only downside I can point out is that it's not an app you can use collaboratively across different devices while working on the same design.

“time-saving templates”
Pros
When all you need is simple editing and content creation, it really covers the basics well. Its templates are a huge help for getting ideas flowing and cutting down the time it takes compared to Photoshop or Illustrator, where you usually have to start everything from the ground up.
Cons
Canva's templates are excellent for quickly creating professional-looking designs... but relying on them too heavily can make it harder to achieve a unique, distinctive brand identity.

Pros
Their video maker has been a standout for me. Since the design templates are already built in, there are times when just uploading the videos is enough to get excellent results without any extra effort from our side. It's been extremely productive.

“Great design elements”
Pros
One of the biggest strengths of this software is its templates and elements. They really help when putting together high-quality images, graphic designs, videos and presentations and they make the whole creative process much better.
Cons
A reliable internet connection is definitely needed to use it properly. If the connection is weak, autosave may not work well and that can lead to losing your work if it hasn't been saved.

Pros
It works perfectly for those of us who aren't professionals but still have a strong sense of digital creativity. I use it a lot for everything from making professional-looking videos to designing wallpapers for my phone.
Cons
The mobile version feels a bit odd and the buttons could probably be arranged in a more organized way so there's more freedom to move around on the screen.

“Saves so much time”
Pros
Having the option to upload assets and build a brand kit has been a huge win for me. I can put together signs, posters, tags, splash pages and more much faster now without digging around for fonts, hex codes or artwork every single time. Also, the built-in artwork and font library is fantastic. It has really reduced how much time I spend searching Google for images and being able to upload my own fonts makes the whole process feel smooth.
Cons
There are only a few minor things I'd still like to see improved. I'd love the ability to add outlines to shapes or text. There are some outline font options already but having a bit more control over text editing would be even better. Another text feature that would be helpful is being able to use multiple fonts and font sizes within the same text box.

“Impressive design tools”
Pros
Being able to create all kinds of presentations, logos, images and more in one place, with so many tools available, is a huge advantage.
