“canva covers everything”
Pros
Canva comes packed with features. It offers a lifetime free plan along with paid options too. I started out on the free plan and later moved up to a paid one. The pricing is very affordable and the platform is simple to work with. It includes pretty much everything both designers and non-designers need. It has been really helpful for creating our social media graphics and editing videos quickly, even while on the go. Also, we can publish directly to our social media accounts from Canva.
Cons
It is honestly one of the best tools for graphic design and video editing. Even someone without a creative background can make designs in it. It's very simple to use.

Honestly I can't think of any downsides. We really love everything about it.

“boosts team creativity”
Pros
Running a tech startup while working as a product designer means I need tools that help me deliver quality visuals quickly and Canva does exactly that. It helps me create polished designs on time and the collaboration features are especially useful for a small business. We use it to organize our social media content calendar and put together clean presentations. Even team members who don't have a design background can jump in and use the platform without much trouble which makes it even more valuable.
Cons
After using it for more than two years, I honestly haven't run into any real issues with it. I know some people mention the pricing as a downside but I don't see it that way. Considering how much value it brings to a business each month, the cost feels well worth it.

“endless templates”
Pros
One of the biggest reasons it stands out to me is the huge variety of design templates,it really feels like there are endless options to choose from. Uploading my own designs, photos and clip art is very simple and sending my Canva projects wherever I need them is just as simple. I also really appreciate being able to control who can view or edit my work. The privacy and permission settings are a top-tier feature and add a lot of value.
Cons
There honestly isn't much negative I can say. The only real frustration is that you can't move one design into another so if I want to do that, I have to start a completely new project which is definitely inconvenient. Aside from that, I really only have positive things to say.

“It's perfect for our team”
Pros
It covers a lot of different design needs, with plenty of tools and templates for creating posters, business cards and more. Since it works online, everything is available right on the website with a wide range of features to use. If you already have some basic design knowledge, it can help you put together really strong designs in just a few minutes. One feature I especially enjoy is the real-time editing which makes the whole process much more convenient.
Cons
Web version performs really well but the Android app is where the issues begin. It tends to lag a lot and creating even a single design there can be frustrating. After a few minutes of use, the app often closes on its own which makes it unreliable. Canva Pro is also priced a bit on the higher side so it may not feel worthwhile for someone who only uses it once in a while.

“Nice photo presentation tools”

The best part of this software is the wide range of options it gives you to create the best possible photo presentation.

A downside is that sometimes it doesn't save your progress so you end up having to redo your work.

“templates for everyone”
Pros
Running a business keeps me busy so having ready-made templates and prebuilt designs saves me a ton of time. I can just search for the type of design I need and usually find something already set up that only needs a few small tweaks before it's ready to use. Canva feels very user-friendly which makes the whole process even better. I also appreciate how many things it lets you do in one place, from creating social media content to even building your own website.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see is a bigger selection of templates, stock photos and design elements for users on the free plan.

“all-in-one favorite”
Pros
I love that there's a huge variety of things I can do with it. From editing photos and making resumes to creating videos and letters, I can basically work on almost anything here.
Cons
Up to this point, it feels very complete but it would be more efficient if it allowed longer videos to be edited since right now videos that are too long can't be worked on.

“handy integrations”
Pros
There are thousands of interesting templates to choose from and the drag-and-edit experience is very user-friendly. Integrating with customers through Canva also feels simple which makes the platform even more useful.
Cons
The areas that still need improvement are the collaboration tools and the asset storage feature. Enhancing those would make it more helpful in our day-to-day design work and support better customer satisfaction.

“templates for everything”
Pros
It has a huge selection of editable templates which gives us plenty of options for all kinds of designs. We can create social media posts and stories, as well as covers, documents, business cards and even designs for mugs and other items.
Cons
Video editing is the part I don't really use here. For that, I usually turn to other apps, either because I'm not very confident using this feature or because it doesn't offer the more advanced editing tools that other platforms do.

“Ideal for our team”
Pros
With its large library of templates, drag-and-drop functionality and simple video editing tools, this software has become my first choice for presentations, content creation and digital marketing work.
Cons
honestly I just want even more. There's already a massive selection of templates, images and fonts which I absolutely love and now I'm just excited to see what they add next.

“designs are great”
Pros
There are plenty of elements available to build your designs, including frames, backgrounds and GIFs. You can also upload your own photos, edit them and create with a lot of freedom and flexibility.
Cons
Image and typography editing still feels fairly limited. Even though the selection keeps growing, most of the available styles follow current trends which makes it harder to match a very specific look you may be trying to achieve.

“excellent tool”
Pros
It gives me tons of sticker designs to pick from which is really helpful when I want to match a certain look or style. I also appreciate that some stickers can be recolored so there's a bit more flexibility in customizing them. The font library is another big plus because it has hundreds of different font styles to choose from. Also, Canva is useful for much more than just making images. It can also be used to create planners, invitations, business cards, websites, flyers, blog banners, newsletters and a lot more.
Cons
Even though it offers plenty of fun and unique sticker options, one downside is that users can't create their own sticker designs from scratch. The available designs are already prebuilt so it really depends on how you use them creatively. Another drawback is that it works much better on a computer or laptop than on a mobile phone.

“fantastic image composition workflow”
Pros
Putting images and graphics together into polished, client-ready visuals is really simple with this software and I love how quickly it helps me create something that looks professional.
Cons
My only real wish is that the image editing tools were stronger especially when it comes to more precise color correction and color grading controls.

“creative freedom for everyone”
Pros
Canva has been the ideal graphic design tool for freelancers and marketers who have little to no background in design. The platform is simple to get around and the templates and layouts created by other talented designers are genuinely impressive. It's a fantastic space to explore ideas and bring out your own creativity.
Cons
There's barely anything to complain about with it. The only moment that can be frustrating is finding the perfect design and realizing it requires payment. Even then, it doesn't feel like a real drawback since it's fair compensation for the designer who created it.

“has everything i need”
Pros
Right away, the most appealing part is how adaptive it feels to use. Pretty much anyone can pick it up quickly without much effort. It includes all the features you'd expect but it doesn't feel overwhelming or overly complicated the way Photoshop often does. There are occasional glitches and a few areas that could be refined but overall it delivers a lot for the price.
Cons
Every now and then, it bugs out which isn't unusual. It would be much better if there were a search option for previously uploaded images, along with a more organized system for managing brand assets.

“its so effortless”
Pros
It has been the most approachable design tool I've used because the interface is so simple that even people who are not tech-savvy can figure it out without much trouble. I wouldn't say I'm especially skilled when it comes to apps, websites or software either but I can still use Canva just by exploring the platform, unlike other tools where I usually need to watch YouTube tutorials before I can understand them properly. Another thing I appreciate is how fast it is to handle presentation tasks like exporting files, sharing them with friends or coworkers and similar actions. The mobile app is also a big advantage since it lets me make urgent edits whenever I don't have my PC or laptop with me and only have my phone available. Also, Canva offers a huge variety of templates which is really helpful when creating presentations for different occasions or when a specific theme is needed.
Cons
The part I appreciate the least about it is its video editing functionality. I would only really recommend it for simpler outputs such as slideshows with music, video compilations and similar content. There are definitely other software options and apps that are much better suited for more serious video editing. Still, that limitation is understandable because video editing is not really the main focus of the tool in the first place.
