“gives helpful suggestions”
Pros
Whether I'm writing an email or replying in a group chat, the suggestions are useful across pretty much any platform.
Cons
One thing that gets annoying is that it sometimes rewrites parts of a sentence even when I don't want it to. A lot of the time I use a standard opening in my emails and the system still changes it.

“overall great!”
Pros
A feature I really like is being able to make my writing sound either more formal or easier to understand. That flexibility is genuinely very useful.
Cons
I do wish there were a way to switch it off temporarily and keep it from turning back on until I finish my email or letter.

“precise writing support”
Pros
I love how accurate it is with word choices and suggested edits. The tone suggestions are especially helpful and the paid plan adds even more useful tools which makes it even better.
Cons
I'm still looking for something to complain about. It's been amazing and a real help when it comes to saving time on writing while also not stressing about plagiarism or mistakes in important documents.

“Perfect support for daily writing”
Pros
This tool has been a perfect fit for my daily work. I use it every day and since English is not my first language, it really helps me while I'm working. It supports me in improving my pronunciation, writing skills and vocabulary. I also enjoy the notes and emojis that appear on the screen whenever I say or write something correctly or incorrectly.
Cons
I don't have anything negative to say about it because it has been very useful for me as a remote worker living in another country.

“faster writing”
Pros
I like how quickly it catches typos and grammar errors. It also does a solid job of improving complicated sentences which saves a lot of time when writing.
Cons
With personal emails though, the suggestions often come across as too formal and overly business-focused which can be inconvenient. Its treatment of abbreviations and acronyms could also use some work since it sometimes makes the message sound a little awkward.

“Weaker for reports”
Pros
The interface feels fully geared toward writing and editing and being able to switch between different writing tones is especially useful for marketing content and internal emails.
Cons
When I use it for formal writing like scientific reports instead of social media campaigns, the wording and overall style come across as a bit less formal than I would expect.

“handy hotkeys for saved text”
Pros
Being able to assign different text snippets to hotkey shortcuts makes copy-pasting much faster. Keeping standard email sign-offs, subject lines and similar text ready to go saves a lot of time.
Cons
It would help if there were a simpler way to turn the software off whenever it starts feeling distracting.

“made writing easier”
Pros
I really enjoy how much it improves the accuracy of my writing. It handles everything from grammar and punctuation to keeping my style consistent throughout. The real-time feedback is incredibly useful and being able to customize style guides is a big plus for me. Because of that, all of my writing stays aligned with my brand's voice and tone in a really polished way.
Cons
The downside for me is the cost. Grammarly Business is definitely a strong tool but it feels a bit pricey especially for smaller teams or startups. Also, even though it does a very good job with grammar and style, it can miss context-specific nuances at times which ends up leading to some odd suggestions.

“works well”
Pros
Before sending anything out, I usually run it through the tool as one last pass after doing my own edits. As a sole trader, it gives me peace of mind that I haven't overlooked typos or missed chances to tighten up the wording. I also appreciate how it uses different colours for different grammar issues and explains the suggestions clearly. Another useful part is that it points out places that aren't exactly wrong but could still be written in a better, more polished way.
Cons
Somehing that's frustrating is that the extension doesn't always work properly with online word processors, including MS Word Online so I end up having to copy and paste everything into the portal instead. Also, most of the more advanced tools are locked behind the paid version and the free plan feels pretty limited to the point that it's barely worth using.

“great for students”
Pros
Grammarly has been a really valuable addition to the workspace since it works as both a built-in proofreader and a writing assistant in one place. I mostly used it with student Chrome accounts and it did a great job of helping them notice their mistakes while also learning from them at the same time.
Cons
Don't have anything negative to say about it because I genuinely enjoyed using it and the students picked up on how to use it without any trouble.

Pros
Right away it stands out with excellent grammar and spell checking that catches even the small, subtle mistakes. This tool is very user-friendly and the way it works smoothly with my browsers and apps makes it even more convenient to use regularly.
Cons
The biggest downside is the price of the Premium plan which feels fairly expensive, while the free version is pretty restricted when it comes to features.
