Pros

Writing a lot and doing it quickly usually means I miss little spelling and grammar mistakes and going back to review everything myself used to take up a ton of time. Grammarly has honestly been a huge help with that. It checks my writing for errors, suggests stronger word choices and even helps improve the organization of what I'm working on. I'm genuinely obsessed with it. You just add the browser extension, start typing and let Grammarly hand le the rest. It keeps an eye on spelling, grammar and overall writing quality and when you finish, it also scores your article based on the vocabulary used and how difficult the text is to read.

Cons

I really don't have much to complain about. The only downside is that the free version doesn't include all the features I mentioned. Some of the more advanced grammar fixes and text organization tools are limited unless you upgrade. Once you get the premium plan though, it works wonderfully.

Pros

From emails and product descriptions to short stories, Grammarly has become my dependable sidekick. It keeps spelling and grammar mistakes out of both my business writing and creative work whichmatters a lot since I'm an artist and short story writer. I don't have time to keep reading and rereading everything I write sohaving it there feels like having a right hand for grammar. It gives me the confidence to hit "send" without second-guessing myself. I use the MS Office plug-in and it works much better for me than the built-in MS Word spell-checker. The Grammarly tour also showed me how much it can do, like fixing verb choices and catching commonly confused words such as "witch" and "which." Also, this little gem even works on Facebook and Twitter.

Cons

To be honest, I really haven't come across anything I dislike about it. If anything, the only issue is how hard it was at first to believe that one tool could do this much for me and save so much time.

Pros

Once Grammarly is installed, it works in the background and automatically checks my spelling and grammar whenever I type on my laptop. It highlights possible errors and gives suggestions right away whichmakes it very practical to use. This has been especially useful for my students who are learning English as a second or third language since they can also learn from the corrections and suggestions Grammarly provides.

Cons

I can clearly see the value Grammarly offers and Honestly I do not have any complaints about the software. In my opinion, it works perfectly.

Pros

Compared with the built-in spell checkers in MS Word and Google Docs, this does a much better job of understand ing context and catching when a word doesn't really fit. The suggestions for grammar are very solid and it even helps improve writing style. I also appreciate that it works as a browser add-on and automatically checks text in pretty much any text field online. You can turn it on across all MS Office products too. Google Drive support is still in beta but even at this stage it already performs quite well.

Cons

Nothing major comes to mind. It's not flawless but that's to be expected. and of course, if someone doesn't know English at all or simply can't write, Grammarly isn't going to do the writing for them.

Pros

As a student, I'd recommend Grammarly to anyone trying to write more professional essays and messages. It's especially useful when you're constantly dealing with homework reports, project updates and formal emails. Having something that checks your writing as you go helps catch small mistakes before they turn into bigger ones. I use Grammarly pretty much every time I email my advisor or work on a project report and it has noticeably helped me improve my writing over time. It also points out words I repeat too often and offers suggestions that make the overall structure of my writing better.

After using Grammarly for around two years, I still think it's an excellent tool overall. The only thing that gets on my nerves sometimes is its push toward active voice. I tend to write in passive voice fairly often and Grammarly keeps suggesting that I change it. I'm not sure how to adjust that setting soit can be a little frustrating.

Having Grammarly in my browser has been genuinely helpful for improving both my writing and my accuracy over time even when I'm writing something by hand . I can focus on how I want to say things and get instant feedback without needing to ask someone else to review it. It catches my mistakes consistently, including the ones I keep repeating and that repetition has helped me stop making them altogether. The biggest benefit is that the corrections have actually changed my writing habits long term even when Grammarly isn't involved.

Cons

Every now and then, the extension acts a bit buggy in certain text boxes and form fields. It also tends to struggle if my computer is already low on resources. Also, using it means giving a third party direct access to everything you type. Even though it isn't being read by people, the underlying technology and the details in the user terms can still feel a little concerning.

Pros

Grammarly has helped my colleagues and me improve our grammar and write much better emails and reports because it catches the grammatical mistakes in our text. It also reviews sentence structure and suggests when a sentence should be reworded to make it clearer and stronger. Also, installing Grammarly as a plugin on my PC was pretty simple.

Cons

The premium plan is fairly expensive and at the beginning our company was reluctant to pay for it and preferred that everyone continue using the free version.

Having Grammarly added to my browser has saved me from countless embarrassing mistakes. What makes it stand out is that it doesn't just catch errors, it also suggests clearer and better ways to phrase things overall. I'd recommend it to just about anyone especially people who do a lot of business writing or send tons of emails. Even while typing this review, it flagged a couple of things I would have completely missed on my own. I'd absolutely recommend it to everyone.

Some websites and software still don't support or allow Grammarly although I expect that will probably improve over time.

“excellent”

Pros

As a non-native English speaker, Grammarly has been incredibly helpful for quickly correcting my writing and suggesting better sentence structure in English. The Chrome extension is especially useful since it works directly inside tools like Gmail, Slack and other productivity apps. I'd absolutely recommend it.

Cons

Honestly I don't really have any complaints. It stand s out as one of the best tools available for writing grammatically correct English and already includes pretty much everything needed. If anything, it could be even better by suggesting similar phrases, not just alternative words.

Pros

Getting started doesn't cost anything and that was a big plus for me. It works across almost all of my writing platforms and social media accounts and the built-in tutorial makes the app simple to learn without wasting time figuring everything out on your own. It consistently suggests alternative words whichis really helpful when I run out of ways to phrase something. Another thing I appreciate is that it keeps the files I worked on before soeven if I lose something on my device, I know I can sign back into Grammarly and still find my records there. Grammarly keeps adding new features and improving how it works and I can use it on Chrome, my Windows computer and Microsoft Office too. There are premium options available as well. It catches errors quickly and gives suggestions just as fast. The settings for tone, audience and formality are especially useful because they help me switch between report writing, informal content and blog articles. I would definitely recommend Grammarly to other writers because it has been one of the most useful tools for my writing.

One issue I still notice is with punctuation correction especially quotation marks like " ". It does not always recognize where quoted words should be placed inside those marks and that kind of correction seems to be picked up better only with the premium version. Another downside is that Grammarly cannot be used offline soyou always need an internet connection.

Pros

One thing I really appreciate is having different word choices suggested when I'm writing. It also helps a lot with grammar especially when I accidentally use the verb in the wrong tense. Commas have never been my strongest skill and this software comes in really hand y there because I usually end up adding too many. Also, it's very simple to use.

Cons

My only small complaint is that now and then it tries to correct things that don't actually need fixing. Still, it's software soit can't always understand when something falls outside the way it's programmed to interpret language. That said, there's already a workaround for that since you can add the word to the vocabulary. In the end, this is a very minor issue compared with all the benefits it provides.

Getting started with Grammarly is about as simple as switching it on once and leaving it to do its job. I'm even using it to proofread this review and it's incredibly simple to work with. It automatically catches text as you write and flags spelling and grammar issues with underlines, similar to Microsoft Office. Also, it suggests corrections and even style improvements that help make your writing clearer and more effective.

Cons

The more advanced Grammarly features do come at an extra cost but in a world where first impressions matter so much especially in business, it feels like a fairly small price to pay for communication that comes across polished, well-written and effective.

Working in a school means I'm writing constantly soI've spent a long time looking for something that can quickly catch mistakes for me. Because I have to type fast and move through tasks quickly, I can be a bit careless at times and Grammarly has been perfect for checking that my grammar stays on track. One thing I especially enjoy is the way it shows reminders about how productive I've been based on how much I've written. Seeing those productivity updates always gives me a little extra motivation and energy.

Cons

Grammarly can definitely feel like a premium product because the price is fairly high and some of its suggestions are not always relevant or can even be completely off. Even with that since I write so much every day, it still feels worth paying for in my case though I can understand why it might not be worth it for everyone.

Starting out as a freelance writer, I tried several online grammar tools and Grammarly Business really stood out among them. I added it as a browser extension and used it to catch mistakes in my writing. At the time, I needed something that could help with sentence structure, punctuation and grammar without costing much. With Grammarly Business, I could upload my articles or simply copy and paste them into the site for corrections. The free trial was useful because it showed me the correct spelling of certain words, helped me rework passive sentences and pointed out redundant or overly repeated words.

Cons

Even though Grammarly Business delivered solid results during the free trial, I still had to upgrade to access every correction it identified. The premium version also includes full proofreading whichwould have been very helpful. Since I was just starting out and didn't really have extra money to spend, I had to stick with the limited free version. That said, for anyone who can afford the paid plan, Grammarly Business is an excellent tool for proofreading, improving sentence structure, fixing grammar and spelling and checking for plagiarism.

Getting started with Grammarly takes almost no effort, just switch it on and begin writing. It flags mistakes and also offers suggestions to improve sentence structure whichmakes it useful beyond basic proofreading. The stand alone writing interface is especially nice when you want to focus on longer pieces in a more relaxed space. Even if you already feel confident in your writing, as I do, it still catches those small errors that slip into late-night messages and points out places where your wording can be stronger.

Cons

There are times when Grammarly feels intrusive on certain websites and web apps especially in our project management tools and Google Suite products. Thankfully, it can be turned off for individual sites without much trouble. Another annoyance is the icon that appears in the bottom-right corner of text boxes, it often gets in the way. I'd rather see it placed outside the text area or floating somewhere else on the screen.

One thing that really stand s out is how Grammarly offers correction suggestions across my entire PC. Some people might assume it works like stand ard autocorrect but it really goes beyond that. It catches issues in places like email too whichmany platforms still don't hand le well when it comes to grammar. Another part I appreciate is how simple it is to either accept a fix or ignore it through the quick pop-up suggestions.

Honestly there's not much for me to complain about with Grammarly. The download process was simple and getting started with it was very simple.

Writing for clients all day means my spelling and grammar have to be spot-on sothis has been an excellent tool to keep around. Even though those are already strengths of mine, having that extra layer of backup to review my work is really reassuring. The part I appreciate most is how clearly errors are marked on the screen, Grammarly makes them stand out with bold underlines and how quick it is to switch to the suggested correction. I also love that it works across so many different websites and forums while I'm writing.

Cons

Every now and then, Grammarly suggests changing something that's already correct. Because of that, you still need enough knowledge to review its recommendations and decide whether the flagged item is actually an error.

Across our whole team, Grammarly Business has noticeably improved how we communicate and it does a lot more than I originally expected. The "Business" side is really just a way to organize multiple users under one team for management and billing, while the actual product is the part that really shines. Even strong writers or people with an English background can still get a lot of value from it becauseit goes far beyond basic grammar corrections. It reviews just about everything in your writing, including spelling, grammar, sentence structure and more. My favorite part is the way it suggests alternate wording, often making a sentence shorter and clearer at the same time. It also works with nearly every place you normally write, whether that's Microsoft Office, a web browser, email or even your phone through its mobile keyboard.

Cons

The biggest downside and honestly the only real one for me, is the cost. The free version is decent and may be enough for some people but if you want the most useful features, you really need the premium plan and it's pretty expensive.

Funny enough, I'm actually using it while writing this review and it's a positive one. The reason is simple: it catches spelling and punctuation mistakes as I go. Throughout the workday, it feels like a safety net for those avoidable errors. Whether I'm about to send a company-wide email or message an important high-stakes client, it saves me from either making embarrassing mistakes in real time or rereading everything over and over for hours. Of course, it won't hand le every part of writing for you but it does a really solid job of stopping the common errors before they slip through.

The biggest downside is the price. That said, considering the features included, I still think it earns its value.
