Overall, I really love the product and the feature I enjoy most is the tone detector since I worry about accidentally sounding insulting in emails.

I mainly use the Google Chrome extension but it asks me to sign in pretty often which can be frustrating sometimes.

Every time I start typing, this software feels like having my old English teacher right there with me. It does an excellent job of understanding what I'm trying to say and suggesting helpful ways to improve my writing.

Working with Google Docs and Gmail is a big part of why this tool matters to me. Being able to improve everything I write feels absolutely necessary with how much communication happens online now.

The Microsoft Word integration is decent although I have not used it much lately since I mostly work in Google Docs. I know the feature is there and it does work but I usually rely on Word's built-in tools instead. If you spend a lot of time in Office, the free version is still worth testing because my view could be a little outdated. One small downside is the price. It is worth looking for a first-year coupon for the premium plan. The free version is fine but most people will probably want to upgrade to premium pretty quickly.

Nothing is more frustrating than noticing a spelling or grammar mistake right after sending an email which is exactly why I'm such a big fan of Grammarly. I depend on it to catch spelling, punctuation and grammar issues and I really appreciate that it also gives insight into how my writing might come across to readers. It's incredibly simple to use too,mistakes are highlighted and you can just click the drop-down suggestions to fix them quickly. I'd absolutely recommend Grammarly for any business. Employees will definitely appreciate having it.

Honestly I can't think of anything Grammarly Business really needs to improve. It's an extremely useful application.

Honestly there is nothing we dislike because we absolutely love the product. If anything, adding a few more features like paraphrasing and text shortening would make it even more powerful.

The free version comes with quite a few restrictions. Its focus is really just on spelling and grammar correction which some people may see as limiting even though others may be perfectly fine with that. Another downside with Grammarly Business is that there is no offline editing option.

Biggest downside is the price especially since Grammarly Business is $15 per member each month and billed annually. It would also be much better if there were an offline editing mode.
