Right from the start, Grammarly feels approachable thanks to its clean interface and beginner-friendly layout so almost anyone can pick it up and start using it without much effort. It also offers the flexibility to connect with websites through the Grammarly API which makes it even more useful. Also, it works through our writing word by word, fixing grammar and improving the overall quality which adds more value to whatever we write.

Cons

There really is not much to complain about with Grammarly though it would be even better if the Premium and Business plans were offered at a more affordable price.

Pros

As an insurance specialist, detailed typing is a big part of my everyday work and this program has become an essential tool in my routine. It gives me confidence that my mistakes will be kept to a minimum, if not completely avoided.

Cons

I really don't have any complaints. It works quickly solves problems fast and it's affordable.

Pretty much every part of Grammarly has been useful to me, from auto-detection and word choice to plagiarism checks, formality settings and the extra advanced suggestions. One of the biggest advantages is that most of these features are available at no cost. It has helped me a lot with all kinds of writing, whether I'm turning formal text into something more casual or working on documents and transcription scripts. Overall, Grammarly has made both my personal and professional writing life much better.

Cons

One issue I run into is when I combine English with my native language because it often gives incorrect suggestions since it mainly works only in English. I've also noticed that, on rare occasions, it can lag a bit while I'm writing or editing very large blocks of text.

Pros

Using it feels very simple. It points out mistakes while you are working which makes them simple to correct right away and that gives me confidence when I submit my formal reports to my headmaster.

At this point, I do not have any negative comments.

During presentations, Grammarly has been really helpful for me as a manager. Whenever I make mistakes, it underlines the words and fixes my spelling, grammar and punctuation which is a big advantage. Since I am usually in a rush and often miss my own errors, it has helped me a lot in catching them quickly.

The part I am not happy with is the pricing. It feels affordable to me but for students, I think it is still too expensive.

Pros

Right away, the free error-checking features felt really useful. The readability insights, performance score, plagiarism checker and several other tools are all excellent. I really enjoy using this tool.

Cons

There is one downside though. It flags a lot of irrelevant issues that do not actually seem to be grammar mistakes and that is especially noticeable in the premium version.

It doesn't really account for the different English dialects used in various parts of the world or match my personal language preferences.

Having Grammarly running in the background has completely changed the way I write. There's no need anymore to paste text into a word processor just to check spelling and that alone saves a lot of time. It gives me much more confidence in everything I type because I know my spelling and grammar are being reviewed as I go. I genuinely love this program and recommend it to everyone I work with.

Cons

Every now and then, the Chrome extension signs me out and having to log back in is a small inconvenience. Aside from that minor hassle, I honestly have no complaints at all.

Grammarly has been a huge help for us in creating content without spelling or grammar mistakes. The plagiarism checker is especially useful because it lets us compare our writing not just across the web but also against our own site which helps us keep our product descriptions more varied and original.

Honestly I have no complaints. This tool has really helped people who aren't natural writers become capable content creators.

Back when I moved into a communications role about 10 years ago, I needed a lot more support with writing than I ever did as a graphic designer. My background had been focused on visual layout, not content creation so once I was responsible for both the design and the messaging, I knew I needed a tool that could help polish my writing. Grammarly ended up being exactly that. I rely on it every day to catch those annoying typos, improve the quality of my communication and make sure what I write accomplishes the goals I have in mind. It's become my go-to editor.

Cons

Don't have any real complaints about Grammarly. I've tested other editing tools over time but I always end up returning to Grammarly.

Pros

One thing I really appreciate is how well it catches spelling errors and grammar issues. It also explains the mistakes and offers useful suggestions on how to fix them.

Cons

At times, it can be frustrating because it adds articles where they are not needed. It is not perfect all the time and it can also slow down when editing larger sections of text.

Pros

Watching Grammarly catch mistakes as I type is easily my favorite part. The real-time suggestions have genuinely helped me become a better writer and I keep it turned on across all of my devices because of that. Spelling and grammar mistakes really bother me so I appreciate having a tool that flags them right away. I always want my writing to come across polished and held to a high standard and Grammarly helps me do that with a sense of care and professionalism.

Cons

Honestly there is very little for me to criticize about Grammarly. The only annoyance I run into is when I make a correction and accidentally click something in the popup that sends me to the Grammarly website which breaks my focus and interrupts my workflow.

The accuracy and overall functionality are excellent and it has been genuinely helpful in my work.

What I really don't like is the pricing for the additional features.

My writing has improved a lot since I started using this software. Being able to use it directly inside Microsoft Word and Outlook is a huge plus. Since I write blogs, the plagiarism checker has also been really valuable for making sure my work stays original and ethical.

Cons

At times, it suggests an edit and then immediately marks that same change as something to revise again which gets frustrating. There are also moments when a recommendation just doesn't fit the context at all. Still, those issues are pretty minor overall and I honestly don't have much to complain about. It's a really solid product.

Grammarly is best described as very user-friendly and that's easily one of its biggest strengths. Another standout benefit is how smoothly it integrates which makes it even better to use.

After using the free version for a while, upgrading felt completely worth it. It really helps improve my writing and makes my business communication much more polished and free of errors.

I still preferred having the free version available and I do wish the customizable dictionary worked better and integrated more smoothly with the other tools on my system, like Word.

Grammarly feels effortless to work with and the Microsoft Word integration makes it even more convenient. I use it for practically everything now,really, every piece of proofreading I do goes through it. English is my second language and even though I'm quite confident with it, I'm still human and can miss things. Grammarly helps cover those gaps for me.

Cons

At the same time, there are quite a few alternatives to Grammarly that come at a lower price. That's the reason I chose to go with other options for now although I could see myself returning to Grammarly later on.

It does more than just fix grammar errors. It also helps with punctuation and sentence structure which makes my writing much clearer. One feature I really appreciate is the plagiarism checker because it is very accurate and especially useful when I am working on a research paper and want to avoid repeating phrases or sentences that have already been used by others.

Cons

A downside is that it only works in English and does not offer support for other languages. There are also times when its corrections end up changing the intended meaning of a sentence instead of simply improving it.

One thing I appreciate about it is that it helps me learn new words. It has been very useful for my assignments as well as some of my online work.

It gives incorrect suggestions for punctuation so that part needs to be more accurate.
