nice and easy

Pros

For me, writing in English has become much more accurate for me with Grammarly Business especially since English is not my first language and I usually make spelling and grammar mistakes. It comes with many useful features like plagiarism checking, spelling and grammar correction, reviewing long documents all at once, a Personal Dictionary, browser and office platform integration, plus tone detection and evaluation. All of that gives me a lot of flexibility and saves a significant amount of time.

Cons

One drawback with Grammarly is that it needs an internet connection to work which can be inconvenient for some users. It also seems to be most useful for people with at least an intermediate or advanced level of English so beginners may not benefit from it as much. Another issue is that it sometimes flags and changes words or sentences that are already correct which can reduce its overall accuracy.

so good

Pros

Putting together high-quality articles has been much easier with Grammarly. It catches issues so well that I barely feel the need to proofread my writing anymore. The Microsoft Office integration is also a big plus because it helps keep all of my work polished and free of errors.

Cons

I haven't run into any real downsides worth mentioning.

Fantastic!

Pros

Typing feels a lot better with this app because it starts correcting my sentences automatically as I write. It shows up across different apps and gets to work right away on grammar, spelling, punctuation, phrasing and just about every part of language. Honestly it covers so much that it makes me wonder how much more the paid version offers if the free one already does this much, even with a few limits. Big thumbs up to the team.

Cons

At this point, I'm really happy with all the features in the app. I keep it running on my PC all the time.

Works smoothly

Pros

Between the number of emails I send every day and how quickly I move through them, it's easy for small mistakes to slip in even when I know what I mean. Grammarly regularly catches wording issues, wrong word choices and tone problems while I'm still typing. It actually fixed several things just while I was writing this. When you're working fast and don't want to waste time second-guessing minor spelling errors, grammar slips or how a message might come across, it's incredibly helpful. The time it saves compared with rereading every email makes it absolutely worth using. Being able to add company-specific terms to the dictionary is another big plus because it speeds things up and makes sending emails feel much more confident.

Cons

Sometimes, the suggested "mood" or tone reading of a message doesn't feel completely accurate.

Love the results

Pros

Whether I'm typing in a browser or inside a text editor, Grammarly usually fits right in and works really well. It does much more than basic spell-checking too because it actually helps me build better sentences. The suggestions it recommends noticeably improve the quality of my writing and that has been a big plus for me.

Cons

One issue I still run into is that Grammarly occasionally fails to recognize the text editor especially when I'm writing on Fiverr.com.

Smart suggestions

Pros

Right from the start, Grammarly catches mistakes in writing that other websites and apps often overlook. It doesn't only flag grammar problems but also spelling and punctuation errors and it really does what it is supposed to do by noticeably improving the overall look and quality of the content. The interface and web design feel bright, cheerful and inviting which makes it pleasant to use. One thing I really appreciate is that it goes beyond offering replacement words or corrected spelling and also suggests better phrasing and fresh expressions. Since using Grammarly Business, my writing has become more accurate, expressive and polished. Honestly it's an excellent program and with a fairly modest subscription, it feels like having a permanent assistant that alerts you whenever you type something incorrectly and helps fix the grammar clearly.

Cons

A limitation is that it is only available in English. If you usually write in another language, then it really won't be the ideal tool for you. Still because English is such a common second language, that part remains acceptable in my case. Every now and then, there are bugs and some of the suggestions don't offer much variation. It can start to feel like the tool is repeating the same idea again and again without changing the wording enough. Another downside is the pricing. There isn't a one-time payment or lifetime license option and the subscription cost can be fairly high. That said, it becomes a bit more manageable when they run occasional promotions.

grammar corrections

Pros

One thing I appreciate most is how clearly it points out the corrections needed in whatever I type. It's very simple to use and at the same time it helps me learn more about grammar and language which has really helped me improve my writing skills.

Cons

There really isn't anything I dislike about it because everything feels simple to use and the whole experience is very user-friendly.

Style checks

Pros

Strongest feature is the style check. It helps a lot with proofreading and documentation and it makes the whole writing process much simpler.

Cons

It would be better if the software were available on more platforms since that would make it more adaptable overall.

clear writing in real time

Pros

The tool's suggestions make proofreading much more effective by helping my writing sound clearer and more professional. The longer I use it, the more I see how valuable it is to have a tool that improves the accuracy and clarity of the message I'm trying to communicate. Also, the real-time suggestions make the whole experience even more useful.

Cons

Back when I used it as a student, the free version felt somewhat frustrating. Seeing suggestions blurred out and locked behind the Pro plan wasn't very helpful especially for students who could really benefit from free access to those features. Another downside is that it occasionally gives suggestions that don't fit well particularly when I'm writing with technical terms.

polished writing

Pros

Across our marketing team, Grammarly has become a favorite because it works so well on different platforms. The advanced grammar and spell-checking tools are excellent for giving documents that final layer of polish and it regularly catches mistakes that even human proofreaders would likely overlook.

Cons

At times, Grammarly's recommendations can feel a bit overdone. It tends to flag every instance of passive voice, even though that style choice is sometimes intentional for emotional effect. Still, those changes are only suggestions and it's simple to ignore them when they don't fit.

very accurate

Pros

Right away, the best part is how simple this software is to use. The layout is clean, the design is simple and it automatically catches mistakes across most websites, documents and platforms without needing to be turned on every time. It works quickly and the corrections are consistently accurate.

Cons

The only hesitation was paying for it since the regular version of Grammarly is free to use. Still, the quality of the work it does more than makes up for the price and it has definitely been worth it. Other than that, I really don't have any complaints about this software.

best!!

Pros

One of the best parts of Grammarly is how much it improves my writing and makes my work look more polished and professional.

Cons

I did run into a few difficulties when trying to use it across other platforms. It might be a lot more useful if there were a dedicated application for PC.

Pros

Love how it connects with most of the products I use so it fits into my usual workflow really well.

Cons

professional writing on every app

Pros

Right away, this app responds fast whenever I need to edit text. It has made my writing look far more polished and professional and that has definitely helped the way people perceive my communication. I also really appreciate how flexible it is since it works across nearly all the apps I use on both my phone and my computer. Making changes only takes a click so the editing process is very quick. For anyone doing proofreading, it feels like having a tool that hand les almost everything for you. With this app, it is much harder to send out average writing or miss out on opportunities like interview shortlists because of poor communication.

Cons

Only downside is that it can become a bit slow when the internet connection is weak which is understand able but still somewhat limiting.

plagiarism checks that deliver

Pros

Right away, the features that made the biggest difference for me with Grammarly Business were the plagiarism checker and the alerts that point out problem areas. If you work in writing or influencer marketing, this is absolutely something worth having. It was simple to start using and fit into my business without any hassle. One of the most useful parts is being able to install it as a desktop extension. That has been especially helpful when I'm replying to brand deal emails and putting together articles in Google Docs.

Cons

At this point, I honestly don't feel like anything is missing or needs to be improved. I've used Grammarly Business for around two years now and haven't run into any problems, including during setup and integration. The pricing feels reasonable for everything that's included. I also appreciate having the option to pay monthly or annually. I personally go with the annual plan because of the discount and it's nice not having to think about another payment until the next year. This is definitely software I plan to keep using.

Good software!

Pros

One feature that really matters to me is the automated grammar checker. Whenever my sentences sound unclear, Grammarly suggests better word choices and helps me rephrase them. That makes it much easier to remove grammar mistakes which is especially important when I'm typing business meeting minutes and proposals. It also includes advanced grammar rules that are helping me strengthen my English especially since I'm not a native speaker.

Cons

Con is that the subscription has a minimum requirement of three members. Because of that, my friend, who is just starting a business, has to find two other interested people to join since I'm already part of another plan.

My writing support

Pros

Across my own work and conversations with teammates, the most valuable parts of Grammarly have been the spell checker, the contextual guidance and its accurate grammar, spelling and built-in plagiarism checks. Somehow, a lot of us have become overly dependent on tools for spelling so having that safety net really helps. The real-time guidance is especially useful because it acts like a progressive assistant, helping users improve as they write while also speeding up the job. It's user-friendly too and the free plan plus the Chrome extension make it accessible and convenient.

Cons

Premium pricing feels too expensive especially for users in developing countries. Another area that needs work is cultural relevance since the suggestions and entries should better reflect a wider range of backgrounds to build trust globally. Grammarly also needs to support more languages beyond English, without that, it will struggle to truly be seen as a global product.
