“Dependable!”
Pros
It's very simple to use and stays dependable even when the attendee count gets high, both for the host and the participants. It's a solid option for running webinars or meetings, with all the features you'd normally expect built in.
Cons
I don't really have any complaints although it would be helpful if presenters could use virtual backgrounds.

“friendly UI and flexible outreach”
Pros
The interface feels simple and user-friendly and there are plenty of options for outreach and landing page setup. The video quality is excellent and managing and hosting everything is very simple.
Cons
One thing that would make it even better is adding drawing board functionality.

“affordable 1000-user setup”
Pros
Getting everything configured was very simple and being able to keep up to 1000 users connected at a reasonable price is a huge plus. The automatic recording feature is also something I really appreciated.
Cons
Something that could be better is the export feature since it is not available instantly online. I have to submit a request and wait for the export to arrive by email which ends up costing me some extra time. Aside from that, everything has been excellent.

“Reliable webinars every time”
Pros
After using Zoom and Adobe Connect for our webinars and meetings, moving over to it was a no-brainer and we haven't looked back since. The biggest advantage is how consistently it performs. It just works every time, without glitches or technical issues to troubleshoot. On the rare occasion we've needed help, the support team has been incredibly quick to respond.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any complaints. It has handled everything we've needed it to do.

“Easy follow-up and rescheduling”
Pros
With this tool, my company LET'S DRINK SAS can stay connected with people who didn't end up attending since they leave their contact details during registration. That makes it possible for me to follow up with them and reschedule afterward.
Cons
There are occasional bugs from time to time but they usually get fixed quickly.

“I recommend!”
Pros
Running this platform has been very convenient since there's nothing to install or keep updated. It really works like a true SaaS product, including on mobile devices. Our international clients have consistently been able to join without any trouble which has been a big advantage. The way sessions are organized by topic is also very useful when you regularly present recurring content. The content-sharing feature for uploaded files is another strong point since it lets us broadcast PDFs, videos and similar materials without hassle. We're also in the process of connecting the API to our CRM and that should be finalized soon.
Cons
Only part that feels a little odd is the "team member" role. When a colleague from the same company wants to attend an event, the admin has to add that person as a team member which is basically treated like a co-host. If that step isn't done, they can't register for the event.

“interactive webinars!”
Pros
During our new feature launch webinars, it turned out to be exactly the kind of platform we needed. We wanted a webinar tool that supported interactive sessions especially the ability to invite attendees onto the stage to speak and ask questions live and Livestorm handled that really well.
Cons
UTM tracking for signups is available but the data only showed up after exporting the CSV file. On the main dashboard, the UTM fields were empty for some reason which was a bit inconvenient.

“helpful resources”
Pros
Weekly webinars are really convenient to run now because there's a lot of room to customize how everything looks and works. The content and knowledge base are genuinely helpful and trying out different features and new options has been enjoyable too.
Cons
What would make it even better is being able to add the webinar recording directly into the email sequence afterward. It would also be useful to have poll results visible in the session overview.

“fantastic french platform updates”
Pros
Right away, the interface feels very user-friendly which makes the platform pleasant to work with. I also really appreciate that it's a French product, cocorico and the pace of updates is impressive, with noticeable improvements coming almost every week. Another big advantage is that participants can join without creating an account or downloading anything.
Cons
It's still missing the ability for participants to raise their hands when they want to speak. I'd also like to be able to set up email automation for instant meetings.

“amazing”
Pros
Setting up webinars is very simple and turning a one-time session into a multi-session series only takes a few clicks. Paired with reusable email templates, it keeps the behind-the-scenes admin work to a minimum.
Cons
We use it with German end users and the translation quality there still isn't completely ideal.

“Smooth live webinar collaboration”
Pros
Running live webinars across our organization in real time has been really convenient. Another thing that adds a lot of value is how well it works with external applications for collaboration.
Cons
Even though the platform works very well overall, it is quite expensive which is why I'm currently sticking with the free version.

“excellent image and audio quality”
Pros
The image and sound quality are outstanding and the platform is very simple to use.
Cons
The PowerPoint integration with the platform could be better because once a presentation starts, the web app is no longer visible. Other tools let you share the PPT file directly instead of having to share the application window on your screen.

“quick setup”
Pros
Within less than an hour, I was already set up and ready to stream a webinar. The platform is simple to use, very user friendly and the tutorial explains everything clearly. Compared with other tools I've used before, this one is definitely better.
Cons
I was hoping to find breakout rooms but I understand that feature isn't available. It would be really useful for team building sessions and group activities.

“easy to customize”
Pros
Getting started with it was fairly simple when we decided to use it. The platform feels quite user friendly especially if you've used webinar software before. One of the biggest advantages is how customizable the registration pages are which is really valuable for companies. Webinars stay stable even when some speakers are dealing with weaker internet connections. I also appreciate that Livestorm keeps users informed about updates and new features by email. They send advance notice about platform maintenance too which helps protect online events from unexpected technical issues. Also, their customer support team is friendly and genuinely helpful.
Cons
Something that could be better is the customization of invitation emails for both speakers and attendees. Right now, only confirmation emails, reminders and similar messages can be customized. You also need to remember to set up all system emails before the webinar takes place. If plans change and you want to send an additional, unplanned post-event email to attendees, that has to be done outside the platform.

“well-designed session controls”
Pros
Feels very simple to get started with it. The enterprise page is put together really well and changing live session settings like replay options or sent emails is quick and simple.
Cons
Difference between the administrator and moderator roles is still feels unclear. I'm also hoping there won't be any web-related issues when multiple sessions are running at the same time.

“clean webinar experience”
Pros
Using it feels very simple for both the host and the attendees. The interface is clean and polished which gives webinars a really professional appearance.
Cons
A small downside is that a few features are still missing, like a button to notify speakers when they only have 5 minutes left. Still, Livestorm keeps adding improvements every month.

“Really good”
Pros
Our company started looking for a better webinar tool once it became clear that the platform we had been using felt outdated and didn't offer enough functionality. That search led us to this one and after reviewing their site along with feedback from other users, we decided to try it. We've been using it for about a month now and the things that stand out most are how user-friendly it is and how much control it gives us over the registration page customization. The team also really appreciates being able to invite participants onto the stage so they can ask questions or join the conversation on camera. All in all, it's been an excellent webinar platform for us.
Cons
What could definitely be better is the process for copying a registration link for guest speakers. Right now, the workaround requires copying the full block of text somewhere else and then manually pulling out the registration link which feels unnecessarily inconvenient.

“webinar failures and poor support”
Pros
The platform does have an appealing design and the fact that it's a French company was one of the reasons we decided to go with it in the first place.
Cons
At this point, this software does not feel ready for general public use. I ran into repeated technical issues that completely prevented my webinar from starting, mostly because of incompatibility with PowerPoint presentations. Since PowerPoint is often central to a webinar, that kind of incompatibility is simply unacceptable. Also, the customer service is neither responsive nor truly helpful. Paying $2,500 a year only to end up talking to a chatbot and maybe getting a reply 24 hours after the answer is needed is incredibly frustrating. It's also extremely expensive, with no pricing flexibility at all. If you only need to host a single month of webinars with more than 250 attendees, you still have to pay for an entire year.

“simple for everyone”
Pros
It's incredibly simple for everyone involved to use and it has been very dependable.
Cons
We'd love to rely on this software more for larger, multi-session events such as conferences but that doesn't seem to be supported right now.

“well-designed!”
Pros
Overall usability of the solution is really well done. Updates come regularly and are always appreciated. Their support team is responsive, capable and available when needed.
Cons
There are honestly very few weak points. A few small interface tweaks here and there could still improve the experience but nothing genuinely frustrating. And when a technical issue or any other problem comes up, their support and technical teams respond very quickly.
