Pros
I have found this to be the most user-friendly construction management software. It makes assigning tasks and scheduling them very simple. I can log all the employees and track their work routines. And all the documents we use in our business are available in a centralized space where everyone has access, saving us a lot of request time.
Cons
It can be challenging to view the documents on a mobile device, but it is still doable. However, I feel that the program should have offered a stripped-down, cost-effective version. Because I don’t use half of the features available, or at least there should be more training available so that I can make sense of where all the parts could come in handy.

Pros
All our updates with pictures regarding the project can be made available to concerned parties prior to start date which is great. The scheduling feature is what we use the most.
Cons
Only allows 3 users in the package and you have to pay for additional ones.

“Streamlines so much of our business
Pros
We initially purchased it to manage our client section of new homes but it quickly became the backbone of our business. We now use this to manage a long list of features including client change orders selection, material order from site, and daily logs.
Cons
It needs a serious commitment to fully integrate BT with your business and a lot of effort. But it pays off in the end.

Very straightforward UI which makes sure you never loose track of where you are. Filters and views are very customizable with the ability to add custom fields.
Cons
Somewhat simplistic and lacking accounting features and also print outs sometimes lack basic information such as project name.

Pros
Helpful daily logs allow my entire team to stay up-to-date with job progress and anything new thats come up. We use it daily. Also, flawless Quickbooks integration!
Cons
I have found some of the features to be less useful when I bid on fixed cost projects. Seems like a missed opportunity here.

Tons of helpful features such as owner payment, job costing, and change order section. It is also accessible from anywhere thanks to it being cloud based. This allows for greater efficiency while at the job site.
Cons
Not as customizable as one would like. Any missing feature will stay missing since there is rarely a response to our recommendations.

At first I really liked how the program organized everything into categories and subcategories and I found uploading photos simple and uncomplicated. Once we learned what the redesigned layout would look like, my team and I immediately started evaluating alternatives and ultimately decided on UDA Construction Online.
Cons
Scheduling was a real pain after the update. With the new upgrade I lost the ability to organize estimates the way we used to and every line item ended up in QuickBooks instead of staying under our categories and subcategories. I also couldn't tell which items had purchase orders and which didn't and they often pushed software changes in the middle of the week during work hours. Overall entering data became tedious.

I'm really glad that it keeps every one of our jobs organized and accessible from a single, central place.
Cons
What annoys me is how slow the scheduling page can be and it's honestly pretty frustrating when I'm trying to plan work quickly.

It offers excellent visual layout and plenty of customization and viewing options.
Cons
I ran into major problems because the payables and receivables aren't connected. That made it really hard for me to be confident I'd invoiced every job I completed and it was even more of a headache when I tried to pull reports to show clients what was billed. They also advertise QuickBooks integration but in my experience it simply doesn't sync. Neither their team nor the QuickBooks expert we hired could get the two systems to communicate. We spent a significant amount on the software and support yet we never achieved a working QuickBooks link.

Their customer support team is very knowledgeable and well-trained. They never disappoint me when I need help.

I've been using it for about four months now in my office role and while it's pretty user-friendly overall, there's an enormous amount of functionality packed in so honestly the more training I get, the better I feel about using it.
Cons
There's so much in the system that I haven't yet mastered and I still have quite a bit left to learn before I feel fully confident.

I can view the schedule clearly which helps me understand the overall project timeline and how tasks fit together.
Cons
Since external parties don't consistently upload all updates, I'm not able to add my own notes to those entries from my side which makes tracking harder.
