Pros
This tool helps us monitor our projects and makes customer information instantly accessible. The ability to upload daily logs and photos keeps everything current and organized.
Cons
It can be tough getting into older files from jobs we did years back so we end up using Google Drive more often to find what we're looking for

I appreciate how user-friendly this platform is and everything you need to manage work is right there, accessible from anywhere. Customers really enjoy tracking progress through photos, checking invoices, asking questions and approving change orders.

Pros
The todo feature is really handy for keeping everyone on track with their projects.
Cons
I'm not thrilled with how it handles finances. Change orders get grouped together and the system still allows billing for changes that homeowners have actually declined.

The features within Buildertrend enable seamless collaboration across all departments providing visibility into every phase of each project. From sales leads to project completion the CRM facilitates realtime communication for onsite managers without the need for extensive documentation at every project stage.
Cons
At this stage we haven't identified any shortcomings but there was an incident where locating a specific daily log comment proved challenging. Our experience with Buildertrend has been limited to a few months.
