Shady accounting practices
Pros

The interface is user-friendly, making it simple to train new users. It's a basic CRM with nothing exceptional.

Cons

The accounting practices here seem dubious. After deploying numerous SaaS apps across the enterprise, this is the first one I've encountered that demands a 60-day cancellation notice. There's no option to cancel the account or subscription within the interface; I have to schedule a call with Follow-Up to do so. We gave a 30-day notice before renewal, but the account rep told us, "Sorry, we're billing you anyway. You didn't read the terms and conditions."

Very good
Pros

This system simplifies my daily tasks. I can access customer details and the company's inventory, which helps me respond to customer needs and manage orders more efficiently. It's essential for me.

Cons

It would be helpful if the proposal numbers could appear together in the ERP and service order, and if the order of the items could match the one in the PDF of the proposal.

CRM peprformance
Pros

It's easy to operate. I find it straightforward to use and it effectively helps me organize my follow-up schedule.

Cons

Its capabilities are somewhat limited. It can't track job performance, margins, labor, materials, etc. I understand that's not its primary function.

Better than Excel
Pros

The software excels at tracking leads and ensuring no follow-ups are missed. We used to manage these tasks in Excel, which were easy to overlook. The extensive reporting features are another strong point. The data is updated in real time and can be segmented into different periods based on my preferences. Recently, automated reports were added, so I receive an email with the report I need at a scheduled time.

Cons

Some of the integrations have not met expectations. These were a selling point for my company, but they haven't added value or saved time. New integrations keep being rolled out, which I haven't yet used.

CRM Software Review
Pros

What I love most about this software is its ability to send customer correspondence directly from the system, and then view all my emails right there.

Cons

I'd appreciate more flexibility, like the ability to create additional custom fields to track things specific to our trade.

FollowUp CRM helps keep me on track!
Pros

This product is very intuitive and allows me to see everything I need to do in an easy-to-understand format.

Cons

This company is always innovating and finding easier ways to use and integrate their program with other software. If issues arise, the customer service team is very helpful, and a new feature often appears before I can even complain.

Most Effective Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software
Pros

FollowUp CRM subscribers get access to a variety of tools to enhance their CRM's performance. The search and filtering tools help me easily create lead lists, and the integration with email systems lets me add new contacts directly from emails.

Cons

Subscribers will greatly benefit from this program as it is simple to use, consolidates all customer data, and simplifies generating and preparing lists for communication.

Follow Up Overview
Pros

It manages expectations and accountability for the sales and estimating team. Each person can manage their own time and the Sales Manager can monitor success or failure of that management, allowing for quicker corrective actions.

Great CRM for Sales
Pros

I like how it integrates with Outlook. Collecting metrics and generating sales reports is very useful.

Cons

I'm not a fan of how it organizes emails and comments in each project file. I'd like to be able to mark certain comments or emails as favorites for easier sorting and finding. Also, the task feature needs improvement; if I receive five tasks in a day, there's no way to mark them as complete.

Wanna look like a Rockstar? Use FollowUp CRM
Pros

I can track a project from start to finish, including start and stop dates, and attach all quotes, bids, and statements. Everything related to the client and their needs is available on their account.

Cons

The email features need a lot of work. It's probably my biggest complaint. It doesn't integrate well with our other services and features, so we don't use it.

Followup
Pros

FollowUp helps me stay organized. It's a secure place to manage all leads and track our progress in the sales cycle. I also like that it shows my monthly, quarterly, or yearly goals and progress. Without it, keeping up with potential customers would be impossible.

Cons

I wish the program allowed me to send mass messages when needed. I'd also like notifications for when key tasks are completed by others. I dislike when it reverts to all-time on my lead display.

CRM Software Review
Pros

What I like most is how follow-ups are managed and tracked in the system, yet still link to my email so I can handle everything there. The system updates itself to show follow-ups as completed, but I can still see them in my email.

Cons

What I like least is the lack of options to customize fields. If there were completely customizable fields, it would allow clients to use the system in ways it might not otherwise support.

Great for growing companies.
Pros

FollowUp CRM is crucial for our small but growing commercial roofing business. It helps us easily track multiple projects and prospects as we expand our pipeline and team.

Cons

Since we were using FollowUp CRM with their old system, it took some time to implement new features and transfer some of our information differently. However, the new system seems to be running smoothly now, and we're good to go!
