I just email them with additions, deletions, and questions. They're incredibly fast at handling anything I ask, and they're enjoyable and polite to work with.
Cons

Pros
I really like the pricing list and how it functions. It lets me customize various ways to create my own pricing lines.
Cons
The process of how estimates, proposals, and agreements work, and which one gets sent, viewed, or signed, can be a bit confusing. I probably don't fully grasp why, but it can be a little tricky to train on sometimes.

I appreciate how it allows me to generate quotes much quicker than the old-school method. It's really simple to set up a lot of options that are clearly listed for our clients.
Cons
What I like least about the software is that it needs a data connection. Some places don't have great service, which can be a bit frustrating, but this doesn't happen often.

Pros
The setup has been so smooth. Working with support team has been fantastic. They've managed to adapt each of our office locations' processes and integrate them into One Click.
Cons
We're still rolling out One Click Contractor at each of our offices, but at the two locations where it's up and running, there haven't been any negative comments.

On the front end of estimates, I can put together and send out an estimate swiftly.
Cons
The backend for tracking and follow-ups is not set up to maintain customer follow-ups over long periods. It's either follow-up, lost, or sold. We need a tickler file to separate short-term follow-ups from long-term ones to avoid digging through outdated follow-ups.

Pros
The navigation feels very intuitive. This product was a lifesaver when we implemented it just as the pandemic started. We could instantly provide electronic presentations and proposals without needing to be physically present with our customers.

We can add, remove, and compare proposals for customers to view. They can see each item and its cost. It helps to clarify exactly what they are paying for.
Cons

I like how scalable the software is and how we can add various products to it. It lets us quickly build detailed and professional quotes for customers, which are more comprehensive than our competitors. This product has significantly helped our business grow, and we plan to use it long-term.
Cons
There are a few things I wish I could edit myself but are limited to the support team. Also, there are some updates I wish they'd make sooner rather than adding them to a list that might take a couple of years to address.

My favorite feature is that I can create a contract that prices everything out for a client and send it directly. The client can then electronically sign it, allowing my work to start without needing another program to send the contract, detailed pricing, and legal documents.
Cons
The color sorting feature could definitely use some enhancements to make it more efficient, but it's not a significant problem. While it could be better, it doesn't majorly impact the overall functionality.

It lets our staff create window and door estimates for homeowners at the kitchen table and provide accurate estimates in a short time.
Cons
Initially, there were connectivity problems that caused long lag times before the software would launch. This made users hesitant to use it in real-time sales situations. Those issues have since been resolved, and it now works as consistently as all our other software systems.
