“Easy to use
Pros
When evaluating projects for bidding I find Procore easy to navigate and appreciate the ability to download plans.
Cons
Although not directly related to the software it would be helpful if clients provided better project descriptions when requesting bids.

“Document Management by Procore
Pros
Procore offers an online document management feature that allows access from anywhere at any time. It greatly facilitates project tracking.
Cons
Procore is excellent but it would be advantageous if it offered features like issue creation and 3D model reviewing similar to BIM360.

“Great program and highly recommended
Pros
What I appreciate most about this program is how easily we can coordinate tasks across different disciplines in our profession and document changes in an orderly manner.
Cons
It was inconvenient that we couldn't close out RFIs or submittals assigned to multiple team members without each member responding even when it wasn't necessary.

“Procore is my only recommendation when it comes to communication and organization.
Pros
Procore has enabled us to maintain a single source of information and ensure that all project stakeholders use the same data. I can glance at the complete history of communications, including information supplied to our clients and information requested in return. It is crucial for both designers and contractors. We can also control and allow access to anyone we like, so that they feel more involved in the project.
Cons
I haven’t met with many people using Procore, so it can be challenging to obtain total commitment. Individuals inside and outside my organization have been skeptical at best, especially in the beginning. Everyone can see its benefit in the long run, but getting there has been difficult.

“Amazing for big construction business
Pros
Setting up workflows to automate tasks is a life saver. We can allow our clients access to our data with whatever limit we want.
Cons
It is too pricey for small businesses. They should add more customizations so that some expensive features can be dropped to stay within the budget.

“The best cloud-based construction management software on the market.
Pros
My main priority was to get a cloud-based system since we have recently expanded beyond our city and can’t keep records in all our offices separately. Procore is one of the top cloud-based systems for managing construction projects and exactly what Ive been looking for. It can coordinate all activities very well, save project data, and give project stakeholders the ability to collaborate and track every aspect with pinpoint accuracy. The most important feature of Procore is that it gives us an integrated system and procedures that enable us to make sure that all tasks are accomplished correctly, including the process of producing reports and other paperwork. In order to prevent distribution delays and hiccups on the job site, it also enabled us to keep track of all documents, reports, and their status.
Cons
It takes a lot of work to use it successfully, and I dont believe we can achieve success unless we thoroughly instruct the team and other project collaborators on how to use all of the features. Its important to note that Procore provides customer support and integrated training sessions to aid us in understanding how all of the tools function and how to use them efficiently.

“Procore: My lifesaver.
Pros
Ive utilized Procore in the past when I was a subcontractor and even now as a general contractor. It maintains relevant documents in a single location with no size limitations. It can be used offline as well. My office and the project can be miles apart at times, and I may look at the same documents while speaking on the phone with my superintendent and discussing the issue. RFIs and submissions can be processed in a day. Owners can be added to the system with restricted access to reports and images. I recall a project that went bad and required me to go through depositions years after the job was finished. Printouts of emails or daily reports, photographs, etc., served as the only form of documentation. I believe I would have performed much better if all of my records had been arranged according to the Procore system and structure.
Cons
Due to its complexity, Procore requires some time and training to adapt and master. Like any other programme, it is only as good as the information and data that are uploaded. The hardest people for me to initially convince to join me are the architects and engineers. since they had a lot of paperwork already set-up elsewhere. In the end, most of them wonder why they were so hesitant once they were on board.

“It will help you gain better insights in to your construction business
Pros
You can thoroughly look in to problem areas and quickly make corrective decisions. It enables you to plan across your entire organization rather than on project to project basis.
Cons
You may need to hire a Procore specialist as we did. Otherwise it may get expensive to operate if you dont know how to get the best ROI.

“Experience as a mid-size contractor
Pros
Strong project management tools do allow team collaboration on issues and a lot of bits and pieces of construction progress is collected in the first place that helps a lot. Sync with Microsoft Project schedules is a time-saver.
Cons
An accounting hurdle we faced ended up being that way for months since we couldnt get through to a support rep.

“project management made easy
Pros
Tracking submittals and RFIs without spreadsheets is fantastic! The ability to receive responses and address construction issues in real-time is a great feature. The software is user-friendly and the updates and notifications are highly appreciated.
Cons
It would be convenient to have the ability to annotate drawings and the process of downloading drawings and attachments could be more straightforward.

“Great and helpful app
Pros
The app is user-friendly and all the features are essential for our workload. Sending reports and analytics with just one click saves a significant amount of time for our team.
