Almost Procore

Pros

I utilized Procore for general site prints and basic detail pages. While having an entire set of prints in your pocket is amazing there is still room for improvement. The technology can be a bit glitchy at times and navigation can be challenging. However I've been informed that it is improving and my last experience was slightly better.

Cons

On rare occasions the software may experience glitches that redirect users to incorrect pages or details. Given the complexity of tasks such as accessing an entire set of structural drawings on a tablet in a job trailer some level of complication is expected.

My review

Pros

Procore presents everything we need for a construction project in a single place easily accessible by the entire team.

Cons

One major flaw is that it gets painfully slow when multiple users are logged in, making it difficult to review plans and changes.

Procore for construction

Pros

All of our data is neatly packed in one place and very easy to access. I like that we can allow our clients just the right amount of access they need.

Cons

It is pricey. Speaking on behalf of small companies, I found it very difficult to afford and Procore could offer some cheaper packages to cater to small-size businesses.

A real gamechanger.

Pros

I chose Procore to manage my projects better since it allowed me to centralize many project components. It has strong project management potential and includes contact management for each job, workflows for submittals and RFIs, and mobile-friendly communication. Additionally, syncing with Microsoft Project schedules saves time and enables calendar views for updated project schedules. In terms of customer service, I did find the live chat as well as all the Procore lessons on the various capabilities quite beneficial. I also really liked how when documents were uploaded, the system would recognize the references to the drawing pages and name the saved files appropriately.

Cons

However, we ended up letting Procore go since it did not offer a more flexible subscription option that allowed us to utilize the PM features without having to pay for the ones we couldnt use. Many staff members found the programs navigation to be confusing and difficult to use.

Perfectly supervises all functions and organizes project document storage

Pros

Procore is one of the best cloud-based project management platform we have used. I appreciate the ease of tracking any task with pinpoint accuracy and the way all project documents are preserved in a specific order is such an amazing simple feature.

Cons

Requires a lot of effort to be used effectively so the team needs to go rigorous trainings all the time.

Procore Review

Pros

I appreciate how Procore integrates all the necessary components for a construction project into one easily accessible platform for the entire team. It's incredibly useful to have the most up-to-date information plans and the ability to lead tender processes and share documents in one place.

Cons

Enhancing the ease of navigating through plans and accessing up-to-date plan sets within Procore would greatly improve the user experience. Currently reviewing plans and analyzing change orders can be hindered by the software's occasional slow speed requiring users to wait for pages to load. Simplifying the process of compiling tender packages directly within the program would also be valuable. Although Procore continuously releases updates and enhancements addressing these specific usability issues would further optimize the software's effectiveness for construction professionals.

Excellent Heavy Hitting Product

Pros

Procore has a well-designed user interface and well-integrated features.

Cons

While Procore unquestionably delivers on its functionalities it is worth noting that the absence of an integrated scheduling feature necessitates the use of additional software. This may not be an issue for large commercial outfits already equipped with scheduling tools but it limits the software's creativity in offering a comprehensive all-in-one solution for construction needs. Considering the premium price charged it would be beneficial if Procore could innovate by incorporating scheduling capabilities within its platform catering to a wider range of users.

It supervises all functions and organizes project document storage.

Pros

I appreciate Procore for being one of the most outstanding cloud-based construction project management platforms available. Its capabilities are truly remarkable effectively organizing all project functions storing project data and facilitating collaboration among all project stakeholders. With Procore tracking project details with utmost precision becomes a breeze. I am particularly impressed by the ease with which I can monitor the status and details of any task as well as request reports or work deliveries from subcontractors. Having all the necessary tools for reporting and subcontractor performance monitoring in one centralized location is incredibly convenient. Another aspect I find invaluable is the orderly preservation of all project documents ensuring easy tracking of their progress and quick access when needed.

Cons

Effectively using Procore requires significant effort and thorough training of the team and project partners. Utilizing all the tools and collaborating with others is crucial for achieving positive outcomes. Procore offers customer assistance and integrated training sessions to facilitate learning and effective tool utilization.

Procore for tunnelling

Pros

I really like the automation features that streamline workflows automatic emails and other features tailored to the construction industry's needs.

Cons

The software can feel rigid leading users to take detours or find workarounds to expedite processes. Collaborative challenges with certain individuals while not directly Procore's fault should be considered in software design.
