It lacks flexibility and faces challenges when integrating with other systems which becomes increasingly problematic as projects grow in complexity. The reliance on a third-party integrator Ryvit often leads to delays in addressing issues. To expedite processes it would be advantageous for Procore to enhance its accounting functionalities and establish more seamless integrations with other software systems eliminating the need for external assistance.

Procore's system could benefit from managing subcontractor waivers payments and 3-party checks as this is currently a significant gap in its functionality. Additionally the process of entering punchlist items can be time-consuming. While the scheduling system relies on external platforms integrating it directly into Procore would streamline operations. Furthermore the software's drawing mark-up capabilities and timesheet functions could be further developed. Integration with other systems should also be improved to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

This agility and responsiveness were truly remarkable and greatly contributed to our overall satisfaction with the software.
