Pros
Procore simplifies tracking various aspects of construction project management particularly in submittal and RFI processes and workflow tracking. It offers a detailed log for superintendents to track employee time trade partner productivity and critical decision logging providing comprehensive oversight.
Cons
As a smaller commercial GC firm Procore's pricing is excessively high. During the sales/onboarding phase we were promised certain features that turned out to be extras plug-ins or third-party add-ons. Furthermore we encountered difficulties in utilizing certain features effectively.

“Great for Submittal Management”
Pros
While Procore offers comprehensive project management capabilities its true strength lies in managing the submittal process. Its efficient workflow user-friendly interface easy onboarding for new users and automatic email reminders greatly enhance submittal management.
Cons
Managing the construction process has always been challenging and complex. Procore's software can be overwhelming for new users due to the multiple places to navigate and buttons to navigate. Whether this complexity stems from the software's attempt to manage various construction aspects or is inherent to the process itself is a question worth considering.
