“Procore Review”
Pros
I've only used this software when invited by a general contractor and it stands out from others due to its complex navigation and functionality.
Cons
I'm not a fan of this software. I prefer using others like Construct Connect Building Connected etc. The signup process is challenging and the main menu options often lack clarity.

Pros
One of the great features is the ability to store and organize file reports including photos charts and inspection reports. It provides comprehensive tracking of the construction process allowing for identification of areas for improvement.
Cons
Procore is quite expensive especially considering the additional cost for improvements and new modules. The program could be more flexible in terms of the number of notifications.

“Stay Away from This Product”
Pros
Unfortunately I can't think of any pros for this product. I am perplexed by the recommendations as it is the worst product I've encountered in my 30 years of construction experience.
Cons
Overall I appreciate Procore but support is the main concern. When seeking assistance for essential construction tasks they often claim their system cannot handle it and redirect you to a feedback thread. However the thread usually fails to address the issue.

“Best PM Management tool out there.”
Pros
Although we didn't integrate the financial package the PM tools were extremely helpful in ensuring careful project management and quality. The drawing tool made it easy to mark up and send out RFIs.
Cons
Procore's cost is based on a percentage of your income making it potentially expensive to operate if your turnover increases year over year.

“Procore review”
Pros
The ability to stay informed about project updates is valuable especially when contractors can quickly see emails sent to them.

Requesting the contractor's invitation to a project via email or phone call can be a hassle. It would be more convenient to have a simple click-to-join feature for the required projects.
