“Excellent for Project Document Tracking”
Pros
With this software all critical project items are easily accessible during construction. It is user-friendly and requires minimal training although there is more to learn for administrators.
Cons
It appears that the companies responsible for setting up the software particularly general construction managers struggle with either too many variables or not enough resulting in difficulties during the initial project setup.

“More Robust Than Ever”
Pros
The new and improved Procore impresses with its robust library of technical and training information making it an impactful feature for effective project management. With comprehensive capabilities the training materials provided prove invaluable in navigating potential issues and ensuring smooth project execution.
Cons
There aren't many aspects of the program that I don't like; however I must say that as a new user learning to navigate it can be overwhelming. I wouldn't recommend this program for casual users due to the steep learning curve.

“Started with the ios app and expanded”
Pros
Initially using the iOS app for document review in the field it quickly became evident that Procore had much more to offer. Fully embracing the software we have been thoroughly impressed with its comprehensive capabilities.
Cons
There was a learning curve especially for our veteran employees who were set in their ways. However we have finally shown them the power of the program and its benefits.

“An Architect's Perspective”
Pros
I'll admit I resisted my firm's adoption of Procore for some time. However as it became increasingly prevalent among contractors on my projects I had no choice but to learn how to use it. As an architect I am now moderately satisfied with its functions particularly in tracking RFIs and submittals creating custom logs and managing field issues. The general contractors took care of most of the setup work utilizing the software for accounting purposes as well. The ability to track drawing changes and updates has proven incredibly useful.
Cons
While I still appreciate the software's ability to simplify the contractor's tasks I find it somewhat burdensome. The feature allowing multiple sorting fields for RFI's and submittals is useful but takes time to load on the webpage. Sometimes there seem to be too many options especially when creating a straightforward "Open RFI" template for meetings. Moreover the meeting minute layout within the program is to put it mildly disappointing. It feels like the software prioritizes contractors neglecting the design team's CA process. On my recent project I had to collaborate with the GC and Procore to establish proper RFI and submittal routing to avoid delays.

“Absolute worst in the industry”
Pros
It's difficult to find any positive aspects about it.
Cons
There are numerous aspects I dislike about the software. The preconstruction bidding tool is particularly bad and the development team seems more focused on market share than fixing tool issues. Procore has made my job more difficult and I consider it the worst bidding software in the industry. I would recommend using ISQFT Smartbidnet Building Connected or a Box folder with email instead.
