“Great for Clients to access when they can't be onsite every day”
Pros
As clients of a contractor utilizing Procore we greatly appreciate the ability to access schedules and project pictures when we cannot be physically present every day.
Cons
The software is not very user-friendly but it would be beneficial to have an easy search bar to find specific documents or photos. Overall the product is great.

Pros
The software's keyword search functionality allows for easy navigation through countless documents. Its cloud-based system enables access from different geographical locations and the company's excellent training and customer support enhance the overall experience. Additionally tracking the project history of completed and ongoing works is a breeze.

“Easy integration of multiple levels of project management”
Pros
The integration with DocuSign is fantastic! Overall Procore is user-friendly and offers a range of features. As a fairly new user I am impressed with the setup and available options. When I needed assistance their website's "chat line" proved invaluable with a representative promptly resolving my issue. It was a highly positive experience.
Cons
I must say that the ProCore team has been incredibly diligent in working with us to ensure that it meets our specific needs and resolves any issues we encounter.

“Great at a lot not so great as some”
Pros
This software seamlessly integrates with other construction industry software and its companion app simplifies time tracking.
Cons
Editing timesheets directly from the browser is not possible; one must use the app. These minor inconveniences make it difficult to fully appreciate the software.

“Project management ok not so much timesheet app”
Pros
With good intentions and innovative ideas Procore's field manager facilitates instant communication between office staff and on-site teams.
Cons
Their time sheets app suffers from significant sluggishness making the simple task of checking and verifying hours a time-consuming ordeal. The program's frequent freezing and slow performance result in frustrating delays. Furthermore if one decides to cancel they can only export their information to a spreadsheet losing access to it for potential audits. While the pricing is reasonable the app pales in comparison to the effectiveness of their field management tool.

“Procore”
Pros
As subcontractors we find Procore easy to use for tracking conversations and maintaining clear communication with main contractors across multiple sites. It simplifies responding to RFIs and other inquiries.
Cons
As a subcontractor we don't utilize all the features so there isn't much that I dislike. Our focus is primarily on responding to tender requests and RFI's.
