The user interface could be more visually appealing. The product doesn't work well with subcontractors especially when multiple subcontractors are involved.

The integration with DocuSign is fantastic! Overall Procore is user-friendly and offers a range of features. As a fairly new user I am impressed with the setup and available options. When I needed assistance their website's "chat line" proved invaluable with a representative promptly resolving my issue. It was a highly positive experience.

Furthermore if one decides to cancel they can only export their information to a spreadsheet losing access to it for potential audits. While the pricing is reasonable the app pales in comparison to the effectiveness of their field management tool.
