Pros

Procore serves as the essential project management tool for tracking activities across all construction divisions. It facilitates communication and provides easy access to project documents submittals and change orders.

Cons

As someone who is learning as I go I haven't had the opportunity to fully educate myself on all the software's functions and management. I receive invitations from various general contracting firms for bidding purposes but wouldn't choose to purchase Procore myself.

Pros

Procore's organized construction document repository grants access to all trades involved in the project ensuring smooth operations and alignment among stakeholders.

Cons

Initially the user interface may lack user-friendliness but as time progresses it gradually becomes more intuitive to navigate. It's not uncommon to find oneself "stuck" within a specific category making it challenging to backtrack particularly when working on projects involving multiple buildings.

Procore for General Contractor's

Pros

Procore serves as an effective project management tool connecting architects owners engineers subcontractors and field employees. It streamlines project management and offers a user-friendly experience particularly regarding drawing management.

Cons

The bidding module is of little use; there are better options available for free. Some subcontractors encounter difficulties when using this module. Additionally correcting an incorrectly entered email address is not possible; the contact must be deleted and re-entered.

Procore Review

Pros

Procore's user-friendly interface makes it incredibly easy to use. It excels in providing a centralized location for all drawings with efficient tracking of document revisions. The Builders Club feature is particularly loved.

Cons

It would be helpful to have a feature for marking up drawings online and sharing them directly with our CAD personnel. I find it inconvenient to constantly download documents although the process is relatively quick.

Project management software

Pros

The initial onboarding and training provided by the company were exceptional. This saved our IT department from having to dedicate time to training. Procore is easy to administer and we were able to train a user to assist with administrative responsibilities. Editing drawings is a breeze and the file storage feature is invaluable. The overall project flow has been tremendously beneficial.

Cons

Integrating with other platforms is not a seamless process and often requires assistance from the company. Simplifying and streamlining this integration would be beneficial. While the phone app is decent there is room for improvement.
