“Perfect Platform for Team Collaboration”
Pros
I love how easy it is to upload documents in the drawings and specifications modules of Procore. The software's intuitiveness and accurate OCR capabilities greatly simplify construction document management. It automatically recognizes page numbers titles spec CSI codes and even suggests breaks between spec sections. Procore has truly revolutionized the ease of managing construction documents.
Cons
I would appreciate the inclusion of specification "areas" akin to drawing areas for better organization and management.

“Great system for multifamily construction projects”
Pros
As a contractor joining a project midway I used Procore to enhance interaction with buyers and the deficiency team. One feature that stands out is the ability to capture and save issue photos in the system organized by unit simplifying organization tasks.
Cons
There was an issue with my name being entered as the person responsible for deficiency walkthroughs with buyers resulting in confusion when team members signed off as me. It would have been helpful to have the ability to change my name within the system.

“Procore Review”
Pros
The program's simplicity and straightforwardness contribute to its ease of use.
Cons
There are several features that could enhance the program such as the ability to rotate drawings after publishing them instead of re-uploading. Additionally uploading large batches of drawings can cause the software to freeze temporarily.

“Charging my clients extra if they want to use this software”
Pros
The previous system worked adequately and I don't see any advantages in switching to Procore.
Cons
As a subcontractor I find Procore to be a hindrance rather than an advantage. Once I secure a project I am bombarded with an overwhelming number of irrelevant changes and site instructions that have no relevance to my work. This constant influx of information consumes a significant amount of my valuable time especially when I am already juggling multiple jobs. Even after completing a contract and receiving full payment I am still plagued by unnecessary notifications from Procore. This incessant spamming has led me to disregard any communication from the platform and relegate it straight to my spam folder. If a general contractor informs me that they are using Procore I will insist on an additional fee of $3000 to compensate for the wasted time and frustration caused by this cumbersome software. In my opinion Procore is a major setback to the construction industry.
