Because everything is cloud-based, I don't need to connect to a server through a VPN that drags down my productivity. All of my documents and financial data are readily available instantly on both my work and personal devices.

It's designed to integrate all parts of construction (A/E and owner). If those parties won't use it, I end up taking on extra administrative work.

The program's core functionality really stands out and I appreciate being able to manage every user's access, this control is an excellent feature that helps me keep productivity at its best.

The software's cost can put it out of reach for people who would actually gain from it and I also think the setup and pricing structure can be confusing right from the start.

I'm impressed by how neatly everything is arranged and how simple it is to handle. The templates it generates look very professional and visually appealing.

One thing I wish for is that photos would include the album name in the stamp along with the date. Otherwise, I find pretty much everything else simple and easy to use.

I've found it excellent for sending project-wide communications so everyone stays informed. It reliably keeps track of what tasks remain and clearly shows whose court the action currently sits in. The collaboration features are outstanding. Plus, the team understands construction deeply and continually iterates to improve the product.

It takes a while to get everything set up and there are noticeable limits on customization. We had to secure significant buy-in across the company to make it fully functional.

The submittal and RFI workflow is excellent. It's incredibly simple for both me and my clients to use. The document management is convenient and the daily logs make jotting down notes about the workday really easy.

After an update it can take several days before our entire team becomes aware of and fully understands the subtle changes made since they aren't always obvious at first glance.

So impressed by how simple it is to use and how well it integrates. Coordinating with subcontractors has become far easier since I started using this tool.

On the downside I've run into situations where the tablet app fails to sync drawings which has led me to end up working from the wrong plans while on-site.

It's easy to use, our field crews pick it up quickly and the CRE integrations are solid, among other benefits. This tool has simplified so many of our workflows that I honestly can't begin to put a number on the value.

I've noticed they recently moved to a 'cafe' style pricing structure. For years it was a single, all-features price which I genuinely preferred. They presented that model in a way that made complete sense to me. Lately though, they're splitting out extra modules and expecting customers to pay more for them, pricing things in a way that leaves me feeling somewhat taken advantage of.

Its amazing how easy it is to use and the wealth of tutorials and support available. I really like being able to edit both documents and images right inside the app.

I do run into occasional app glitches, not a lot but they still irritate me. Plus loading drawings over cellular data can be unreliable at times.

As a subcontractor, I rely on it as a central hub so all subs can stay in touch with the general contractor and I'm able to pull up every construction document.

Honestly I occasionally struggle to track down a specific submittal I'm hunting for but apart from that snag, I've found Procore to be incredibly helpful.

Using the platform is really simple and I rarely struggle with it. The customer support has been exceptional whenever I reach out. Training fits into my timetable and the lessons are simple to follow. I appreciate having both tutorial videos and printed documents on hand. The Procore team consistently listens to suggestions and implements improvements quickly.

I wish I had extra time to fully dive into all the features it provides. There are so many tools and configurations that our company struggles to keep pace with everything available and it can feel overwhelming to stay current.

For our team, we rely on it to monitor each project's progress since we juggle a lot of smaller jobs that are approaching completion and it keeps us accountable.

A number of the features aren't simple to pick up and I've noticed the older generation in our company especially struggles to learn how to use them.

I like that I can upload files to replace previous files even if the names differ and I'm able to add new files by dragging and dropping.

What frustrates me is having to upload each replacement file one at a time because it takes so long. I'd much rather be able to drag and drop everything into Procore and then sort and file each drawing from within the app.

I haven't run into any problems using the site or its many, many pages though it's heavily US-centric in its focus but I've been able to work with that.

I can't think of any real drawbacks. For me it's an excellent, user-friendly platform and it comes loaded with a wealth of helpful resources that make working on projects much easier.

I'm really impressed by how user-friendly the platform is. Several of our more experienced superintendents who you'd think might resist new tools already know and enjoy using Procore. I also appreciate that things sync automatically. When I make edits at my desk they immediately show up on my phone while I'm walking the job site.

Doesn't integrate with our accounting system which is frustrating. Because Procore won't sync with our finance software, I end up doing duplicate data entry updating both Procore and our accounting system which adds extra time and effort to my workload.

I find every single feature in this software incredibly easy to use and folks from any generation can pick it up and use it without trouble!

It's on the pricey side overall yet I feel it's a worthwhile investment.
