I'm finding it incredibly user-friendly and the team continuously rolls out updates to improve both the product and its software. They've consistently heard feedback from other users and make an effort to incorporate that input into the platform.
Cons
The updates sometimes lead to website downtime which can be inconvenient. It's usually not a major problem though since these outages generally last only a few hours.

I'm genuinely impressed by the effort that went into the Submittal module and I also value the overall construction administration tools that come with the platform.
Cons
If I could change one thing about the construction admin tools, it would be the steep initial learning curve when you're first handling the review and approval of submittals. Aside from that, I find this to be a fantastic tool.

It keeps all construction administration communications consolidated and organized in one place so everyone involved can quickly find and pull up any document without hunting through emails.
Cons
I can't customize the emails that go out to contractors when a submittal is approved or receives a response and the messages include a lot of unnecessary detail they don't need which often leads to confusion and extra questions that slow things down.

Procore is incredibly handy and user-friendly. I and my colleagues can easily access it which helps us finish tasks much more efficiently.
Cons
I thought long and hard about any downsides yet I couldn't identify a concrete con for Procore. If anything, my only hope is that they continue to evolve, expand features and keep getting better over time.

Pros
Using the mobile features has saved me so much time when I'm out on site. I stopped jotting notes to transcribe later, everything can be recorded directly in the field with photos and then rapidly shared with subs, vendors and owners for prompt review.
Cons
Right now I can't think of any real downsides. Whenever I do run into something, the customer support team is outstanding and usually sorts it out for me quickly so problems rarely stick around.

Pros
As a user I get outstanding customer service, regular weekly updates, excellent support articles and a really helpful community. For me this is the best construction management software available, hands down.
Cons
I find the built-in reporting too rigid and not concise enough so we end up relying on BI tools to get solid reports for larger enterprises. Also, the financial workflows feel inflexible and are overly complex and scattered across different areas.

Using the web-based platform makes things really user-friendly and I can pull up any document, drawing, specification, RFI or submittal from wherever I am, at any time.
Cons
I do notice it consumes cellular data when loading documents but I can download many files over Wi-Fi beforehand so they're available on my device and easy to open while I'm out on the job.

I really appreciate how it brings together nearly all of the paperwork tied to project management making it much easier to stay organized.
Cons
My only complaint is that they frequently alter how features operate. I understand they're aiming to improve things but it becomes frustrating because users must repeatedly relearn where tools and options are located across the site which interrupts workflow and slows adoption.

On my iPhone and iPad, the app is really simple to use and handling RFIs has become much easier than before. I also find it very handy for annotating and marking up plans and drawings.
Cons
I've noticed that occasionally when I upload photos to the daily log or add new on-site company entries, the system takes a while to refresh so I don't immediately see the upload confirmation even though the file appears to have been sent.

Cons
I get frustrated that the downloaded drawings you receive expire after just fourteen days. I'm pretty sure there's an option to extend or change that timeframe but I haven't dug into the settings to figure it out.

Cons
