“PM tools consolidated”
Pros
Having all of the project management tools consolidated in one place makes my work significantly easier and allows me to complete tasks more efficiently.
Cons
Actually I find the hardest thing about it is having to choose which tools are the right fit and will deliver the best outcomes without getting overwhelmed by too many options.

“Flexible software”
Pros
Working as a project engineer in construction management on a $15 million job, I found this software quite simple, very user-friendly and overall readily adaptable to the specific circumstances.
Cons
I'm unsure how the software would handle projects at a much larger scale. It doesn't seem configured to anticipate all the specific details you'd need once you reach, for example, a billion-dollar project.

“efficient tool”
Pros
From our team's perspective, it has strengthened our project objectives and offered practical methods to share and build on ideas and its efficiency noticeably helps us save a significant amount of time.
Cons
It can be a bit tricky at times which leads to occasional confusion for us but we're eager to keep exploring the interface and features so we can get better at using it.

“Simplfies everything”
Pros
It simplifies everything from the very beginning through to the end and its record-keeping and quick-reference features are invaluable. Without it I'd be seriously missing out.
Cons
So far, I haven't faced any problems with the program, pricing or customer services but I really wish the Windows version offered the same level of sophistication as the Apple app.

“missing sub albums”
Pros
I depend on it heavily for team collaboration. Punchlists and drawings are what I use most and I consider Procore Drive indispensable when it comes to redlining and keeping track of file updates.
Cons
The absence of sub-albums for photos makes organizing a real headache for me and the sync feature has serious limitations so I wouldn't rely on it for daily use.

“Brilliant features”
Pros
I find the functionality excellent and there are numerous useful features included in it that help make my work easier and save time during my typical workday.
Cons
For me learning how to operate all of it's various tools was somewhat tricky at first but after I'm past the learning curve I find the software overall very simple to use now.

“easy to use”
Pros
Its easy to use. It's right at my fingertips and runs smoothly on a range of devices like my laptop, tablet, phone and more.
Cons
When I'm working, the app depends completely on an internet connection and where I am the connection is often poor or gets interrupted frequently.

“Transformed how we operate”
Pros
Found that this tool has totally transformed how my department manages the entire preconstruction workflow.
Cons
My only real issue is that since the software runs in a browser, I occasionally experience sluggish responses or slow downloads, along with intermittent periods of downtime.

“Smooth third party integrations”
Pros
It is simple to use and really easy to teach others. People can pick it up quickly and become productive when managing documents and cost controls for construction jobs. On top of that, there are plenty of third-party programs that integrate with Procore which helps those of us in construction coordinate teams and reliably bring projects to completion.
Cons
I've noticed it offers a lot of functionality but not every feature is equally useful. Also, it tends to overwhelm my email with reminders more often than necessary which can be distracting when I'm trying to focus.

“Stores project info”
Pros
What I appreciate about it is that it helps me stay organized, stores all project information in one centralized location and offers seemingly unlimited storage capacity.
Cons
I'm worried that if it ever crashes everything grinds to a halt because we rely on it for all project data. When the site is down or undergoing maintenance I can't get to files, submittals, RFIs or other important documents. On top of that, I often find it challenging to convince subcontractors and vendors to adopt the platform so getting them on board can be a real struggle.

“convenient features”
Pros
I've found Procore's construction management features both easy to use and genuinely useful. Off the top of my head, standout capabilities include the Drawing tool which tracks the current set of drawings while still letting me review earlier superseded versions. The Submittal tool which lets me assign items to subcontractors so they clearly understand what's required and when it's due. And the Punchlist tool which organizes tracking and even allows me to locate each punch item precisely on the drawings. These tools save time and reduce confusion on site.
Cons
Every construction firm has its own processes but Procore often expects everyone to follow a particular workflow. When I try to customize settings to reflect how my company operates some of the automated features can stop working properly which breaks continuity and raises the chance of human error. Beyond that, several tools feel like they need serious refinement. The Drawing tool's markup options are useful but inconsistent in practice. For example, whenever I add text the only way I've found to change font size is with a fiddly slider making it tough to achieve consistent sizing across markups. A simple copy-and-paste feature for markups would save so much time and reduce repetitive work. The Directory tool does a good job of keeping people and companies organized but it lacks customizable fields that would let us track details specific to our operations. My firm likes to record things like approximate employee counts and the states subcontractors are willing to work in yet there's nowhere simple to store that information. Those kinds of customization gaps limit how well Procore can adapt to different company practices.

“Great experience overall”
Pros
I find it really easy to use, the interface looks clean and I can access it from my computer, tablet or phone; their customer support has been excellent so overall I'm really impressed!
Cons
For me it took a little while to get the hang of it but once I did it's extremely simple and speeds up construction management significantly.

“cooperative support team”
Pros
It's very easy to use and they keep updating the software with users' needs in mind, their technical support has been incredible.
Cons
I've noticed that each update brings a lot of changes that require new learning and the iOS apps still need improvement and greater consistency across features.

“excited for upcoming features”
Pros
Setting permissions and managing access is simple for me. Everything stays organized, clear, up-to-date, is easy for endpoint users and the support has been excellent.
Cons
Can't sync it with a network drive which is frustrating. There are occasional downtimes though thankfully they don't happen often. I'm eager for the planned enhancements. I'm a bit impatient and there are so many exciting features coming on the roadmap.

“customer service is always available”
Pros
Overall I find it pretty easy to use and customer service gets back to me quickly. It really simplifies submitting documents and handling RFIs.
Cons
I keep getting the same notifications repeatedly which buries important emails and makes them easy to miss. It would help if different types of alerts used distinct formats or channels.

“Ability to pin photos”
Pros
We rely on Procore for putting together our field reports, tracking punch lists, managing RFIs and handling submittals and we're now beginning to use it to organize design document files as well. During construction administration it's made coordinating RFIs and submittals so much smoother than any system we used before. Being able to capture photos and pin them to the drawings is a major upside and because it's cloud-hosted it rescued us when our internal network failed.
Cons
Photos don't integrate with my field reports as smoothly as I'd like. I wish I could begin a field report, jot down an observation, snap a photo and have that image automatically appear linked to the correct place on the plans. Essentially the different tools should communicate with each other but at the moment the field report behaves only like a standalone custom form.

“complete construction management platform”
Pros
I've come to rely on Procore as a very user-friendly, all-in-one construction management platform. Its open API lets me plug in and sync with countless other tools and integrations.
Cons
That said the app doesn't bring the full functionality of the web-based platform to mobile and I wish it matched the web version so the overall product would feel more complete.

“Keeps RFIs organized”
Pros
It helps me keep submittals and RFIs organized throughout construction of projects.
Cons
I really wish they would offer a proper integration with Newforma so companies like mine which rely on different software tools, wouldn't have to put in double the effort to transfer all project data into both Newforma and Procore.
