Pros
Having all of my project management needs in a single place is fantastic. Before this, I was juggling eight different apps and programs to handle my daily job duties.
Cons
I've found that Procore's growing pains make it difficult to complete tasks I want to do when features don't work correctly.

I like that all the essential construction documents are centralized in a single spot which lets me reach the project information from any location.
Cons
Would appreciate having dedicated folders or separate files for drawings so my personally annotated set isn't visible to everyone on the team.

Pros
This tool removes most of the need for paper and double data entry. I'm finding it easy to use and it comes with lots of learning resources and support opportunities.
Cons
For many people, the cost is by far the biggest hurdle to overcome when considering this. I'm also ready to see more integration points with Sage.

Pros
I've found Procore's customer support to be cooperative. They're simple to contact and almost always resolve any issue promptly for me.
Cons
As a user I've noticed Procore's update team performs regular updates which is acceptable but they rarely explain what's changed or relocated and it causes workflow issues. Occasionally features vanish without warning.

Pros
I'm finding it very easy to use and I really appreciate that it keeps different companies and job types separated so I don't get confused.
Cons
Overall it handles notifications well but what bugs me is the submittal alerts. When I send out submittals I get pinged every time the status shifts or it gets bounced around and I don't need to be informed about every single back-and-forth because that can happen frequently. A single consolidated email back to whoever submitted, listing all the comments and the final decision, would be plenty for me.

Pros
I always get fast responses from IT, the customer support staff are consistently friendly and polite and there are tons of teaching materials and self-study resources that help me learn how to use Procore.
Cons
Often I struggle to tweak certain parts of Procore to match exactly what my project requires which can be frustrating when I need specific adjustments.

Pros
Impressed by how simple the features are to pick up and use. Because the field and management tools communicate, I always have a clear picture of what's happening both on-site and in the office. My subtrades really appreciate the platform since they can access all the project essentials at any time like drawings, site instructions, specs and submittals are all right at their fingertips.
Cons
Customizing the system to fit our existing procedures can be frustrating and I especially struggle with proposed change notices and the overall change order workflow.

I really like this program. It helps me keep projects tidy and makes sharing information simple. I find that it keeps the whole project team up to date all the time, whether they're working onsite or back at the main office.
Cons
Some of the features feel less mature than they should and I notice gaps in functionality. I'd also appreciate being able to tweak and customize more of the different tools across the platform.

I absolutely love Procore's sync feature. It organizes my daily workflow so much and really makes collaborating with the team a lot easier and more efficient.
Cons
What I don't like is that it doesn't include a procurement log tool so I'm constantly entering the same data twice which is really frustrating.

For managing documents, I treat Procore as my go-to hub. It organizes accountability and keeps documentation and coordination effortless.
Cons
At the moment I don't have anything that genuinely makes me dislike Procore. I notice a few small features I'd suggest tweaking yet nearly every time I flag something they update it for the better so my concerns are minor.

It really organizes communication and it's been a huge help in building a clear paper trail. It also lets engineers, field supervisors, office staff and clients view things in real time.
Cons
The ERP and financials side has been somewhat confusing for me and I found it hard to fully understand. We ended up needing more training on our part.

It has been incredibly useful for quickly sharing information with subcontractors and the design team so everyone receives updates in a timely manner.
Cons
It depends a lot on the internet connection you have although it tries to make up for that with its desktop client. In my experience the iOS app works better than the desktop app on Microsoft systems.

I find it really easy to use. There are tons of training videos available to help and the support and customer success team are outstanding. All in all, I've had a great overall experience with it.
Cons
There aren't many negatives to point out. I do notice some small, annoying quirks with the drawings tool but it keeps improving over time. Overall I've been very pleased with the software.

Our web-based server makes it easy for everyone on the project team to access and work from the same information in real time and all contract documents are just a click away whenever we need them.
Cons
I find the drawing tab awkward because it doesn't let me slide or adjust drawings efficiently within a single drawing area. To lay out the drawings the way my project team prefers, I end up needing multiple separate drawing areas instead.

I like how it centralizes everything, speeding up my workflow by keeping plans, overlays and inspection tools all in one easy-to-access spot. Viewing drawings and overlaying them is simple.
Cons
When my internet is flaky the app becomes frustrating. Photos can take forever to save, syncing stalls and every so often I'm unexpectedly logged out and have to re-enter my credentials and details.
