I find it really easy to use. The bidding features work well, I can reach support via live chat effortlessly and their trainings are excellent and constantly updated.

I wish the directory offered more search options and I feel users should be allowed to view the full directory even if they're not administrators.

When I began my role as a project coordinator without industry experience, Procore was simple to pick up. The interface felt natural and the fundamentals training course also walked me through several standard industry practices that helped bridge my knowledge gap early on.

We've been able to work directly with field teams through the mobile app and our onsite staff now expect to find all project-related documents in Procore while they're carrying out their tasks.

A single database everyone can access from anywhere is really helpful. It lets me retrieve important information no matter what the circumstances are.

During peak hours, access often becomes limited due to too many people logging in at once. I've noticed those busy windows are usually about 8 to 5, Monday through Friday so it ends up being inevitable that a couple of times every week I'm unable to pull up my documents. If I don't have internet, I can't reach anything.
