“They keep rolling out new features”
Pros
I've noticed they consistently roll out new features aimed at improving the user experience, rather than just relying on past achievements or standing still.
Cons
I see inconsistencies across various tools and there are inefficiencies inside some features that I'd really like to see fixed.

“Best customer support I've experienced”
Pros
What I appreciate is how collaboration happens almost effortlessly. After the initial setup is finished, it's nearly impossible not to team up with the right people. I rarely run into issues but on the uncommon occasions I do, their outstanding support crew is there to assist/explain/fix/coach me via chat, email or phone. Truly the best customer service indeed.
Cons
When Procore is experiencing server problems, every one of us is affected, that's just how centralized systems work. There's another annoyance. At the time I'm writing this, whenever I enter data involving calculations, the internal result appears to keep many more decimal places than shown (only two displayed). Occasionally that mismatch causes the totals to be slightly off.

“maintains a record of everything”
Pros
I love that it maintains a complete record of everything. It lets us see who downloaded the drawings and makes resolving disputes easier. It also keeps everyone on the jobsite informed which overall reduces how many conflicts come up during each project.
Cons
Getting subcontractors up to speed on how to use the software eats into a big part of my day. Procore's training videos are solid but I have a hard time persuading subcontractors to actually sit down and watch them.

“easy to pull up details”
Pros
I can pull up job details from anywhere. I can update items while I'm on the move. It's easy to use.
Cons
A few things need fixing. For example, when I'm in change events next page should be positioned at the bottom, not force me to scroll back up to reach page 2 or 3 or whatever.

“clearly thought out GUI”
Pros
The GUI is extremely user-friendly and clearly thought out. I regularly notice how the layout anticipates common tasks and makes it simple. The interface genuinely feels well planned and user-friendly.
Cons
Sometimes it's been a struggle for me to stay on top of all the feature updates. Things will shift seemingly overnight and I often find changes happen without any heads-up or warning which can be frustrating.

“Works well during all phases”
Pros
It integrates smoothly with nearly every phase of a construction project, from initial startup tasks right through the active construction stages.
Cons
When it comes to the closeout phase, I think the way construction documentation is handled still needs additional refinement and development.

“Project managers can see billing details”
Pros
I can pull up Procore at any time no matter where I am and project managers always have access to current billing details to review.
Cons
Creating dashboards for some tools is pretty buggy. And the mobile app doesn't give me the same level of access I get through a browser.

“Allows for clear communication”
Pros
For my work, it really simplifies construction management. Our projects demand extensive coordination and clear communication and this tool makes handling those needs much easier.
Cons
I sometimes struggle with learning certain features because they aren't user-friendly and there are tools within the app I avoid using simply because I'm not confident what they do.

“Large number of tools”
Pros
What I really value is the wide variety and sheer number of tools it includes, plus how smoothly those tools connect and work together.
Cons
At first the financial features seemed a bit awkward for me to use but over time the learning curve has eased. I'm still exploring these tools so there are quite a few adjustments and tricks I haven't yet figured out.

“easy to understand”
Pros
Easy to learn and use, simple yet effective icons that guide me to correct spot, with unlimited support and training
Cons
My usage is mostly limited to lien releases unless add-on integrations are added and I still find the punch list tool somewhat awkward. Scheduling also needs improvement because even with integration it's hard to update schedules and track their different versions.

“Well integrated system”
Pros
I like that it ties together the whole job from buyout through punch lists so I have document tracking, clear paper trails and records I can reference.
Cons
The constant flood of notifications actually alienates some subcontractors. I've seen many create email folders that automatically receive Procore messages, then never check those folders, effectively ignoring important updates entirely.

“Gives me peace of mind”
Pros
What I love about this tool is that it lets me keep every aspect of a project logged and stored in a single place. Knowing that everything is being documented from a legal perspective gives me real peace of mind and removes a lot of stress when dealing with contracts or compliance.
Cons
At times the amount of information presented right in front of me is so much that it feels overwhelming and I can get bogged down trying to process everything at once.

“everything is at one spot”
Pros
Having everything in one place allows me to efficiently complete my daily work tasks so I don't have to hop between different systems or locations to get things done.
Cons
It still has programming glitches that need to be fixed. Overall I think they're headed in the right direction but they just need more time to smooth out the remaining kinks.

“makes me more productive”
Pros
I find the interface really easy to handle. It noticeably boosts my productivity, allows smooth transitions from the office to the field and serves as a solid tool for everyday use.
Cons
As someone who's not very technical, I find it hard to learn it and I wish there were a more hands-on, interactive training option to help long-time staff adapt.

Pros
It organizes our workflow and really improves how I communicate with owners, architects and subcontractors.
Cons

“has all the essential features”
Pros
It's got everything I require right when I need it so I'm not sitting around waiting for someone else to hand over the latest files or sheets.
Cons
Often I find that teammates tuck documents for specific parts of a project away into different folders and because of that I frequently lose track of which files are where.

“Nothing gets missed”
Pros
Well it's really helpful to have every file and all project-related messages stored together in one place. I feel confident that I don't overlook anything.
Cons
I do run into issues when too many users are on at once. The site can crash and that occasionally throws off my workflow.

“Simple implementation”
Pros
Using it has been fantastic for us. We've found it very easy to use, rolling it out to our field crews was simple and it has turned into something we use every day in our office.
Cons
Not entirely up to speed with all of its features yet. I'm still exploring different sections so I can gain confidence and become well versed in Procore and I don't have any complaints about the software itself.

“managing projects made easy”
Pros
Really easy to use and it makes managing a project much less stressful by letting me stop worrying about the small details.
Cons
I think it could improve significantly when it comes to drawing markups. Compared to Bluebeam I don't find it as user-friendly and I keep having to reselect tools repeatedly.

“helps us look professional”
Pros
It feels really simple, it's fun to share with the team and it helps us look good in front of clients and colleagues. With the hundreds of changes that happen on my job, it keeps me organized and steady.
Cons
Sometimes I get annoyed that I have to download a page before I can print it, a simple 'print from page' option would save a lot of time. I also wish documents attached to RFIs would load and let me use them the same way the drawings do which would make reviewing much smoother.
