“Way too expensive
Pros
It makes communication much easier. It lets us quickly share updates and documents between the office and the field, across different jobsites and with one another which really simplifies how we coordinate and stay informed on projects.
Cons
It ends up being fairly expensive given how few active job slots you get for the price. We frequently have to reopen jobs that were marked inactive or closed too early just to free up space and that ongoing juggling is frustrating because the subscription cost is already pushing our budget to the limit.

“I strongly recommend it
Pros
I'm impressed by how user-friendly the interface is. The favorites section makes getting around simple and I love being able to check everything on my phone when I'm out in the field. It's incredibly convenient.
Cons
For my part, I can't really find any downsides to this tool. It works smoothly for a company of our size and I would strongly recommend it to others.

“Worth the price
Pros
What I appreciate most is how tidy everything stays, it's all neatly organized. I can upload nearly any file type into a project, edit and forward plans to clients and subcontractors. There's even a free course to get up to speed on how Procore works. Because Procore keeps improving and adding features, I feel the investment is justified.
Cons
I do wish I could upload video walkthroughs of a job site for clients because right now there's no way to share video files directly. It also doesn't hook into CAD tools like BlueBeam Revu and some handy extras raise the overall cost, understandable but disappointing.

“Keeps track of communications, tasks, RFIs
Pros
I find it really useful for organizing projects. It does a great job helping me keep track of communications, tasks, RFIs and similar items and it lets me maintain a directory while storing documents and drawings.
Cons
For me some of the processes don't flow smoothly. I often have to jump back and forth between multiple pages, particularly when handling change events.

“They always help me
Pros
What I really like is the exceptional customer service. Whenever I have questions or run into problems they handle them immediately. I also love that everyone in our company uses the same platform.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any complaints. My experience has been great and the software was simple to figure out. Whenever I needed guidance or extra training I could easily get assistance.

“Regular updates
Pros
Includes every tool I need and they're easy to get to, with a smooth flow between functions and clear ways to plug them into my projects. You can pick which modules to enable and skipping certain ones doesn't interfere with the ones I want to keep using. They also stay on top of improvements and regularly push updates to refine their tools. Overall it just makes managing project workflows simpler for me.
Cons
I haven't run into many problematic features. One feature I was least fond of when I had to use it was the meeting minutes tool. Its formatting toolbar for adjusting font size and color wouldn't stay visible as I scrolled so I had to waste time scrolling back up whenever I needed to tweak text formatting.

“Ability to share information
Pros
I can easily distribute project information, issues and RFIs to every trade involved on a project.
Cons
Often I wouldn't get notifications when items were issued so I ended up missing important updates.

“Improved our coordination
Pros
As a user I depend on an integrated project delivery system that functions as an all-encompassing tool I used to replace three to four existing processes we had. But it did more, organizing project delivery, including document management, RFIs, preconstruction, tendering and post completion and significantly improved our coordination across teams overall
Cons
It takes time to learn and I found teaching external subcontractors, clients and architects how to use it particularly challenging. I've seen a few issues with Procore sync and sending transmittals which were resolved but still give me the sense that it's not working, causing me to lose faith in the product

“They understand customers
Pros
The product team really makes an effort to tackle the concerns and requirements of the intended users. Rather than just prioritizing what the company assumes matters, it puts emphasis on what its customers actually need. I see them continually asking users what they want to see and then acting on that feedback.
Cons
Procore is always evolving. That nonstop pace of updates can sometimes be frustrating but ultimately I feel that the repeated iterations are what give the system its distinctive character.

“helps avoid discrepancies
Pros
I really appreciate how simple it is to monitor submittals and figure out whose court the responses currently sit in. It makes pulling up the latest drawings simple which helps me avoid any mismatch or discrepancies. Tracking every RFI and all change orders is also surprisingly easy with this tool.
Cons
When general contractors or subcontractors haven't used the platform before, they often get overwhelmed at the start. I've found it can be challenging to persuade them that it's actually easy to use, particularly with folks who don't regularly check email or who lack basic computer skills. That initial resistance can slow adoption on a project.

“Accessible info for all team members
Pros
I value that all project-related information is centralized and can be viewed and shared by every team member which means anyone on the team can access the same project data through a single portal without having to hunt around in different places.
Cons
What I don't like is that the portal doesn't automatically send an email or notification when something new is added to a project. The team should receive alerts so everyone knows there is new information to review.

“excellent for coordinating contractors
Pros
Its excellent for coordinating contractors and for generating 'tickets' to schedule repairs or re-inspections.
Cons
I'm not impressed when it comes to tracking invoices, inspection outcomes or the overall accounts receivable project costs.

“capable program
Pros
I've found the software to be quite capable and functional. Right out of the box it comes with all the essentials I need to manage projects effectively. I also appreciate that feature updates are guided by what users request.
Cons
Sometimes they can support me with customizable features but other times they can't, usually if it's not something the wider user base has asked for, I notice it's unlikely to be prioritized.

“Allows remote work
Pros
It keeps me organized and productive whether I'm on-site or working remotely. With Procore, my team and I communicate more effectively and can stay on top of tight timelines.
Cons
I find the markup tools somewhat limited and basic which means I often struggle to carry out any substantial drawing edits or complex markups.

“Revolutionized our operations
Pros
Procore has opened a new chapter in our company. Besides saving us time when sharing information among project stakeholders across our teams, it has also established a central forum for improving processes, encouraging communication and exploring ways to increase overall efficiency.
Cons
The only real downside I've seen and it's not attributable to Procore itself, is that we as a company still need to more fully implement and integrate all of the various modules and features it makes available.

“Simple layout
Pros
It's incredibly user-friendly and the layout is simple to move through. Having the app available on both my phone and iPad is absolutely priceless in daily use.
Cons
I have to pay for it which is a downside; I really wish there was an option to sync my projects directly to both my phone and iPad so I wouldn't need Wi-Fi or cellular service to access them while I'm on a job site.

“Allows me to focus on projects
Pros
Using this tool simplifies my work and boosts efficiency so I can spend more time exploring other approaches to improve my project overall.
Cons
I notice serious slowdowns whenever a lot of users are online simultaneously and those lag spikes make it really hard for me to get anything processed.

“helps me manage multiple projects
Pros
This is the easiest GC project management tool I've used so far. Managing roughly 40 active projects at any given time across a team of about 70 employees, it's really taken the effort out of coordinating tasks and communications and made day-to-day operations feel much smoother and more manageable.
Cons
Still have to open Blue Beam a few times for certain tasks and I'd love if everything lived in one single platform. If it were all combined, I believe we'd eliminate a lot of errors and the need to enter information twice.

“helpful short videos
Pros
It's really user-friendly with helpful tutorials. I use short videos to learn or refresh how each tool works when I need them quickly.
Cons
I do run into some small bugs though the team usually fixes them promptly. On the RFI Submittals screen I've noticed I can't return to my previous spot and instead get sent straight back to that tool's main page.

“Incredible consistency
Pros
On my projects I find that all the information and data are stored in one centralized location. When revised drawings are slip-sheeted into the drawing set, it ensures my team and I are all working from the most current, up-to-date drawings. That level of consistency is critical for maintaining accuracy.
Cons
The way pricing is structured feels somewhat unconventional which makes obtaining a precise quote difficult. Also some of the email notifications aren't relevant to everyone included on the distribution list. I would really appreciate being able to control notifications more precisely so only the appropriate people get alerted about a specific item.
