“Uncomplicated features
Pros
I find it really simple to use. The workflows are connected and anyone with an email can get access. I also like the uncomplicated features that let me monitor and organize loads of data and information.
Cons
It's more tailored toward people who are comfortable with technology and sometimes the steps feel like they're taking you away from your intended task instead of toward it. Also, I wish the document management was tidier, better categorization by type and clearer handling of sketches and similar files would help a lot.

“Reduced time spent on many tasks
Pros
From my experience, this software is simple to use and has significantly reduced the time we spend emailing because it brings many of our documents together and stores them in a single, easy-to-access location.
Cons
I would like it to include more features, such as built-in timekeeping because that capability would better support our tracking and payroll needs.

“Useful for saving information
Pros
It's a useful method storing all construction related information in one central location accessible from anywhere.
Cons
I'm an architect and there are too many features I don't need.

“central hub for Pm needs
Pros
I've found the software really easy to use and genuinely user-friendly for people at every skill level. It acts as an excellent central hub that handles essentially all of my project management needs in one place.
Cons
My only issue is that I wish there were stronger integrations with the construction and accounting programs I already use.

“Always ready to help
Pros
I'm impressed by how simple it is to use. Even if someone has never used it before, I was able to jump right into the app and quickly figure out where everything lived. When I do get stuck, there are plenty of chat options and tutorials to help, it's genuinely super simple to get going!
Cons
Occasionally things move at a rapid pace within Procore and I sometimes struggle to keep up with all the changes. That said I never worry for long because the Procorians are always ready and willing to answer any questions I have which makes a big difference when things get hectic.

“inflexible forms need support for changes
Pros
The way this tool links every member of a project team is what makes it truly valuable. That level of connection is fundamental to the software's effectiveness and, in my experience, other programs don't come close when it comes to ease of use.
Cons
I find the platform somewhat inflexible. it's built around predefined forms and pages that only accept the specific fields they've set up which can be frustrating. The support team does respond quickly and implements needed adjustments but relying on them for tailored changes can interrupt workflow and reduce productivity when my requirements differ.

“Amazing tools
Pros
I really value having all the tools I need to do my work centralized in one place. Being able to create, send, reply to and distribute items from a single interface removes the need for duplicate data entry.
Cons
We're eager to watch how Sage and Procore actually come together after that big announced integration since I'm curious what real changes and benefits it will bring to our daily processes.

“Love the drawing feature
Pros
Being able to access documents from anywhere makes the whole process efficient and easy and I like how it timestamps and organizes responses from the general contractor, architect and consultants. I'm also really fond of the drawing feature, documents, RFIs and submittals.
Cons
It's difficult to get subcontractors to commit when they only have a one-off job on the project or when they are using this system for the first time.

“Simple to organize drawings
Pros
I'm impressed by how efficient and centralized the documentation is. It's simple for me to organize drawings, shop drawings, SI, RFIs and other items.
Cons
There are gaps in integration and I need a tighter connection between the procurement drive and the procure workflow. Also some SIs and drawing links still require updating.

“Outstanding document management
Pros
The document management features stand out the most. Being able to quickly update Plans and Specs while keeping a clear history of every change saves an enormous amount of time.
Cons
Personally I've found the change order (CO) workflow to be overly complex. There's no option to print drawings or specs directly from Procore and the CO steps feel excessive while similar-letter acronyms add unnecessary confusion.

“Saves time and money
Pros
Using it has really helped me save time and money. I keep all my project files in one place so they're easy to access and I stay organized.
Cons
They push out updates every few days that change how Procore is displayed across the app and I often get confused by those tweaks.

“Helpful for bidding
Pros
I've found it really efficient. Communication has become quicker and simpler, it works great for managing projects and it also makes the bidding process much easier.
Cons
There isn't much that I dislike though I think it could be a bit more user-friendly and better organized. These are fairly minor issues overall.

“Mobile app works smoothly
Pros
I find it incredibly easy to use across desktop, phone and iPad. Everything's consolidated on a single platform, the mobile app works smoothly and information moves through without any delays.
Cons
Honestly I don't see many downsides. It's consistently improving day by day and the monthly releases usually fix the small bugs that pop up.

“Efficient and simple
Pros
It feels really efficient and simple to use. It helps keep all our information neatly organized and archived. I appreciate that it serves as a central hub for everything I need on a project.
Cons
That said the QuickBooks connector can be sluggish and unreliable at times. I can't push contacts from QuickBooks into Procore which disrupts my workflow and adds extra manual work.

“No more jumping around
Pros
I really appreciate having every project management function gathered in one place because previously I had to jump between multiple pieces of software to get things done.
Cons
The drawing viewing and markup features are the weak spot. While the upload function for drawings definitely saves a lot of time, the actual viewer and markup tools in Procore fall well short of what I need for efficient work.

“Makes my life easier
Pros
Having the ability to connect different sets of data has really simplified my workflow. I can pull up drawings along with RFIs and their responses in a single location instead of hunting through a dozen separate folders.
Cons
I've noticed a few features that don't behave the way I'd expect and that leaves me feeling a bit dissatisfied at times but I appreciate that they're continually being improved.

“can access through phone
Pros
I can access everything through both my computer and my phone and I'm able to upload anything from drawings to formal documents without any difficulty.
Cons
The Procore app consumes a huge amount of local storage on my device and it would be much better if there were an option to offload data to the cloud.

“Real-time updates
Pros
What I appreciate most is the real-time updates between field and office and the interface is really easy to use. Keeping daily logs is simple. It also syncs with Sage Timberline via ERP, lets subcontractors submit invoices for approval and the Photo Tool and Plan tool are both excellent.
Cons
My biggest frustrations are that the financial functionality feels a bit limited and PCCO's don't integrate with our Sage software which forces some duplicate data entry when using the ERP. I'm also unable to update my email address in the directory so information ends up being entered twice across different tools.

“can send direct links to drawings
Pros
Sharing documents and emailing links through Procore is a huge time-saver for me. I find it incredibly easy to send subcontractors direct links to drawings and I don't have to stress about exceeding email file size limits anymore.
Cons
Because a lot of folks at my company aren't comfortable with it yet, I end up having to download files and upload them to our shared drive. That extra step of saving and transferring documents to our company's drive eats up a lot of my time.

“templates save countless hours
Pros
The app is a ten out of ten for me. I can assemble a daily report without booting up my laptop and I can even finalize a punchlist draft while walking the site. The templates have truly saved me countless hours.
Cons
What frustrates me is the gap in functionality between the mobile app and the web interface. For example I can't export some things into distributable PDFs and there are items that I can only delete or modify in certain ways when I'm on the website, not in the app.
