ProjectTeam Review

Pros

I like not just the system customization options as an admin, but also the dedication from ProjectTeam to collaborate with my team on discussing system improvements we consider valuable.

Cons

As a system administrator, the part I find least appealing about ProjectTeam is the manual work required to set up new processes (like workflows and form changes) across numerous projects.

ProjectTeam Construction Management Tool Review

Pros

The system is highly adaptable, and ProjectTeam is usually very responsive to feedback for enhancing their platform. They're also great at helping users implement their processes.

Cons

Too much customization can sometimes make it hard for the end user to navigate clearly. Some tasks get a bit repetitive, and we rely on a third-party software to help with that. They're working on reducing this issue.

Easy to Navigate and Less Expensive than other softwares

Pros

After researching, we found that ProjectTeam is the most cost-effective option and meets all our needs. The standout feature is the option for multiple reviewers on submissions, which gives us full flexibility. It's a win-win situation!

Cons

There's nothing I dislike about ProjectTeam.

Project Team is User Friendly

Pros

Managing it is easy and it's quite intuitive. It's not hard to learn and comes with plenty of great features for tracking progress. Plus, it's accessible from anywhere.

Cons

When creating contract or change orders, sometimes the scope of work is limited. When linking it to Word documents, not all the information gets copied, so I have to copy the scope again.

Project Management Made Easy

Pros

Access is simple. It's simple to use and quite intuitive even for those not very tech-savvy.

Cons

It can be frustrating working with documents. For instance, if a document ends up in the wrong folder, there's no easy way to move it to the correct folder.

Great for those just getting into Project Management Apps

Pros

What I value the most is the amazing customer support. No matter the issue, they're excellent at helping find a solution.

Cons

As someone with less than average computer skills, I sometimes struggle to understand what PT is directing me to do.

Customization sets ProjectTeam apart from its competitors.

Pros

The ability to customize is crucial, especially in the renewables industry. This feature is what won us over.

Cons

As an admin, I deal with a lot of manual data entry because changes across all projects at a company level are not possible.

ProjectTeam is fast and easy to use

Pros

What I love most about ProjectTeam.com is its speed and reliability. We rarely hear complaints from users about the system. Switching from our old, slow systems to ProjectTeam.com has been a huge improvement. It's also fully cloud-based, which means less hassle for our IT team. No downloads or deployment headaches. ProjectTeam.com gives us peace of mind. Whenever we've requested feature upgrades, they've been quick to respond. Overall, we're big fans and would recommend it to anyone.

Cons

The feature I use the most is the workflows. We've created custom workflows for many contract-related processes. The only improvement I'd suggest is adding more detail to the email notifications. ProjectTeam.com prioritizes security, so I'm not sure if this is possible, but having more info in the notifications would be great without needing to open the app.

Great Value for the Small to Mid-sized Contractor

Pros

I really admire how customizable it is. Having used software from a larger company before, I can set up and tweak PT in a similar way, so I don't have to learn a completely new system.

Cons

What I liked least was the time it took to customize and set up different sections. I'm not very skilled with Microsoft Word, which is needed for setting up Merge Templates, so it's taking me a while to get the hang of it. I also wish there was a CPM Scheduling Module to make the app complete, as that's important to me.

Pros

I like transferring construction plans from the Project Team software to my iPad.

Cons

I can't think of any cons right now. I've only been using the software for a month, so I haven't had enough time to notice any downsides.

Construction Workflows

Pros

What stands out to me about ProjectTeam is their adjustable workflows. We've set up workflows for various processes like contracts and change orders to ensure the right people review and act on each item at the right time. Each step includes instructions for users, and they can upload supporting documents to ensure all data is captured.

Cons

I don't have many complaints, but if I had to add something, it would be to include more step-by-step instructions for some of the more complex features in the online help system.

An excellent tool for managing building projects is Project Team. Use ProjectTeam to produce project

Pros

The project management dashboard is really helpful for my decision-making and tracking my achievements. Reports can also be used to check current status. This platform has an intuitive interface that's simple for everyone to use and makes working with teammates easy.

Cons

Overall, the website is great, but sometimes it takes a long time to load pages. Pricing could be improved by offering various trial options for new users, in my opinion.

Great Product!

Pros

The tracking features and dashboard are great. We use action items between the field and office, and PT has been invaluable for identifying areas needing improvement. It's also been useful for issuing, tracking, and resolving EPOs. Custom forms for sub labor, inventory items, and job phases have been extremely valuable.

Cons

It's frustrating that there's still no way to auto-save our created forms as default favorites. There's also no scheduling integration, and sometimes it takes considerable time to pull up or merge forms, which isn't due to a connectivity issue on our end. An app version for phones and tablets would also be helpful.

ProjectTeam.com: The Key to Construction Project Success

Pros

The ability to create custom forms and add fields to track specific project needs is a standout feature. The personal notes feature helps team members keep and share notes easily. The collaboration tools are excellent, especially the ability to send project invitations, search for businesses, and find them, which has streamlined communication and contractor coordination. It's a great tool for enhancing our construction project management process and boosting productivity.

Cons

One of the main drawbacks of ProjectTeam is that its interface can feel awkward and challenging to use. This makes it tough to complete tasks efficiently or find the exact information needed. Another downside is that the software can sometimes be slow, which is frustrating when working under pressure. The reporting features might be limited too, making it hard to track progress on tasks or projects. This can affect team cohesion and keeping track of important deadlines.
