Integration with Google is a plus point for me. Although there are few positive aspects I do appreciate the ability to attach pictures.

Cons

The software suffers from slow loading struggles with handling a large volume of records occasionally fails to save and lacks reliable customer support. Reporting capabilities are subpar.

Roof Chief excels when used solely for roofing but it becomes less convenient when handling entire insurance claims involving metals windows and siding.

Once a contract is established pricing becomes fixed and making adjustments is cumbersome. The program is more user-friendly for roofing tasks compared to exterior work.

I appreciate the measurement sections flexibility in accommodating various factors like size slope and waste allowance. It streamlines the process by carrying these measurements into materials and pricing saving considerable time.

As a small company I find the level of detail overwhelming. In my previous job the owner factored in all costs providing a simple pricing structure per square for different shingle classes. However in this software I struggle with consistency and labor costs arent transparent. Also emailing customers for electronic signatures often leads to delivery issues.

The program is incredibly intuitive. With even basic computer skills one can grasp it in less than a day. I taught myself and despite minimal effort navigating through it was straightforward.

Integration with QuickBooks is limited to QuickBooks Mobile and theres a need for broader compatibility with different QuickBooks formats. Additionally a search box on the main page and automatic saving of changes would enhance usability. Improved customer service availability on East Coast time is also desirable.

None of the companies provide written instructions leaving users to figure out the systems intricacies on their own. Demos often fail to demonstrate a complete job workflow. Clear documentation explaining system components and their functions is essential.
