“Half-baked features everywhere”
Pros
At least there isn't a long-term contract required to test the software and the pricing is charged per company instead of per user. The first QuickBooks Desktop integration was also simple to get up and running.
Cons
Honestly I barely know where to begin. Once you get past the initial setup, it feels like the development team doesn't pay attention to user feedback and the platform is packed with unfinished features that just don't work properly. Even worse, they keep rolling out more of these half-baked additions, seemingly just to make the product look better on a feature sheet. Having used the platform for a long time, I can say that when we originally signed up, it looked much better than a lot of competitors based on what was promised but actual improvements have been minimal, including basic ones that should have been simple to deliver.

“Makes data accessible”
Pros
Having all the information I need in one place is a huge plus and makes things much more convenient to manage.
Cons
At times, it can be difficult to get it to load or access everything when the service connection is weak. It would be nice to have an offline option even if it's only available for the day.
