Our technicians use it multiple times daily and they're thrilled with how accessible all their needed information is. We even cancelled our separate time clock subscription since everything's built right in.
Cons
The sync only works one way from Service Fusion to QuickBooks. Many admin features don't work well on mobile either so I'm constantly having to switch to my desktop to get things done.
