Pros

Manages everything well and feels convenient to use. Overall, I'm quite happy with how it performs.

Cons

When listening to voicemails or playing back recorded messages, there's no option to fast forward through them.

simple dispatching

Pros

Dispatching and tracking our team is simple with this platform. Creating proposals in the field has become easy too. Our technicians use it multiple times daily and they're thrilled with how accessible all their needed information is. We even cancelled our separate time clock subscription since everything's built right in.

Cons

The sync only works one way from Service Fusion to QuickBooks. Many admin features don't work well on mobile either so I'm constantly having to switch to my desktop to get things done.
