“simple dispatching”
Pros
Dispatching and tracking our team is simple with this platform. Creating proposals in the field has become easy too. Our technicians use it multiple times daily and they're thrilled with how accessible all their needed information is. We even cancelled our separate time clock subscription since everything's built right in.
Cons
The sync only works one way from Service Fusion to QuickBooks. Many admin features don't work well on mobile either so I'm constantly having to switch to my desktop to get things done.

Pros
It really helps with my invoicing needs. The information tracking quality is solid and keeps everything organized well.
Cons
Pricing isn't updated in real-time which can be frustrating. There's no way to generate aging reports for accounts receivable or payable and I can't get live data feeds for material information.

Pros
I am unsure. Customer support team and the project manager use it more and are highly satisfied. I do appreciate the invoice views available through "accounting."
Cons
I can't make customer mailing labels. Recurring reports don't update dates, so I use "all dates" as a workaround, but that gives me information I don't always need. Often, when a sync to accounting software goes wrong, there's a new reason that I need SF technicians to decipher. I've learned how to fix many issues in this regard, but sometimes the issue isn't something I can see.

I like how we can manage the entire sales cycle efficiently.
Cons
I need to integrate with other platforms, but Service Fusion is very limited and cannot interact well with others. We could improve it by adding more features. Reports are limited and complicated to use.

Pros
We no longer need to have the team drive to our remote shop to pick up and drop off work orders, saving us work time and fuel costs - it's huge!
Cons
I'm not happy that I can't edit work order templates without paying for a more expensive subscription. That should be a standard feature, allowing any customer to see what they want on their work orders when they print them.

Pros
There are so many great features. I haven't even scratched the surface yet. Just finished deploying it. Tech support is truly the best. I always get help and never wait longer than 5 minutes. They are all very knowledgeable and patient. It's a pleasure working with them.

Pros
Scheduling, tracking, customer history, and getting paid are better. Everything is at our fingertips.
Cons
The only thing I think could be better is service agreement scheduling and management. I also don't like the new drop-down box for receiving payments. Pictures load too slowly.

Switching to Service Fusion has been the best thing we've done in a while software-wise. The simplicity has been invaluable for my technicians. The office side is straightforward and makes customer service agreement management easier than any other product we've used.
Cons
I would like to see more options available on an estimate, as well as being able to convert more than one option into the same job automatically if chosen. The options themselves need an "Option Description" section so that clients can have detailed notes of what the different options mean.

“Does What We Need it to Do”
Pros
I like the dispatch page and the affordability of the product to generate a good software and customer database. The non per-user fee sold us. For what we pay, it's a great product.
Cons
There seem to be a lot of little kinks to work out. There are small limitations here and there. We were told there would be an offline version of the app coming out four years ago, but we haven't seen it yet. There are glitches in the system, but nothing so significant that it ruins my day or makes me want to unsubscribe.

We love that Service Fusion is simple for our technicians to use in the field, giving us all the necessary information we need in-house to submit estimates. The simplicity for our admin team is fantastic as well. The invoicing looks great and is easy to navigate. It ensures that we look as professional as we wish to our customers.
Cons
I can't see the customer file while taking a payment. Most customers simply say, "it's the same address," and it would be nice for the payment screen to be a pop-up outside of the actual file.
