Simple but a bit buggy

Pros

The system is simple and user-friendly, covering all the essentials while also providing useful additional features and improvements.

Cons

It can be a bit buggy sometimes. Pages do not always update correctly and adjusting column sizes in contact lists feels slow and awkward in the browser version. The design also looks a bit outdated.

Generally easy to work with

I really like the program!

Pros

I like the program's simplicity. I have been using it since 1996 and during that time our monthly business has grown from $20,000 to over $2 million.

Cons

excellent for managing contacts & sales

Pros

It is an excellent tool for managing contacts and sales opportunities. We find it very simple to log information whether it's a new contact, a meeting or a potential deal.

Cons

We are probably not using all the features available. I am sure there are aspects I have not discovered yet.

Easy to use with a great support team

Pros

I love how easy it is to use and comes with great support including a dedicated account contact and a skilled technical team that helps us resolve any issues.

Cons

It is not a complaint but I prefer the desktop version over the web-based one.

A database i've relied on for 30 years

Pros

The database is simple to navigate. Adding new clients and recording notes is also very easy and simple.

Cons

There is absolutely nothing to dislike. I have relied on this platform for over 30 years and would definitely recommend it to others.

highly customizable and insightful

Pros

I can easily add current notes and quickly see a contact's complete history. Plus the ability to customize data fields for my company's specific needs has been really helpful.

Cons

Though I managed to get the dialer working with an external USB modem but the process was pretty complicated.

Technical support answers promptly

Pros

Technical support always answers the phone promptly and I like that supervisors are available right away for more complex questions.

Cons

We bought a marketing package a year ago but no one from the customer success team has followed up to see why we have not made any progress with it.

A powerful crm

Pros

It is a powerful CRM but it is especially great for sending personalized emails and letters to specific groups of people.

Used for 30 years but the mobile app needs work

Pros

I have used this software for over 30 years. I like that it can change and improve but the mobile app needs work as it is not as good as the computer version. The premium support is excellent too but it's very expensive.

Cons

The cost has become almost too expensive to justify. Other options are much cheaper and the mobile app does not meet the high standards I have known for over 30 years.

time-tested and easy tool

I have used different versions for many years and really value how easily I can convert data into Excel spreadsheets for sharing.

Skilled technicians!
