Pros
It is a complete, budget-friendly CRM solution that includes association management.
Cons
The web version does not include all the features of the desktop edition, so we use remote databases and syncing to fill the gaps. The servers are often too overloaded during business hours, forcing us to sync after work.

Pros
It keeps all my contacts neatly organized and the notes feature instantly updates me on each account's status. I also have immediate access to every customers documents.
Cons
The startup time is longer than I'd prefer. I need to launch it first thing in the morning before opening other programs and even after recent updates it is still slower than I would like.

I have used this platform for more than 30 years and it has grown right alongside my business. I even remember syncing it with my Palm Pilot! I still rely on it to safeguard my important client information and truly value the fast, top-quality screen-sharing support.
Cons

I started using this platform back in the 1990s and it is still my primary tool for managing contacts.
Cons
Well I'd prefer if the iPhone app worked directly with the phone's native contacts instead of needing a separate interface.

Pros
Getting started with this program is incredibly simple. It is the perfect database for a business that's never used one before. It stores all my information, notes, contacts and documents in a single location and I have successfully implemented it across three different companies that previously only used spreadsheets.
Cons
The software is so feature-rich that it can be overwhelming for non-technical users. I think more people would try it if technical support did not cost extra.

This is an excellent tool for sales teams. I particularly like the address book for adding new leads and tracking notes.
Cons
The per-user cost is quite steep. I mean it does not make financial sense to have multiple licenses unless you use it daily.

“A system that does almost everything
Pros
This system does almost everything! Setting up a new client is quick and easy. All notes are automatically time-stamped. Clicking an icon opens Outlook with the client's email already filled in. It keeps a dated record of every email sent and received. You can create groups to send targeted email blasts for example, to clients who use specific equipment or products. There is even an icon that opens Google Maps for satellite views of client locations.

“Great program but only when it's running smoothly

It is a great program when it is running smoothly. I have been relying on it for more than 25 years.
Cons
Originally I bought this software from Costco over 25 years ago and it's changed ownership several times since. With each transition, customer service has declined while update costs have risen. The outsourced support agents often cannot resolve issues and sometimes make them worse as I once had to restart the program 11 times in a single workday due to constant crashes, among many other persistent problems.
