“A time-tested crm for precision marketing
Pros
As a real estate broker I have relied on this CRM since the late 90s. I tested another system back then but it did not work for me. I have spent decades building a comprehensive database of property owners, addresses and sales across over 50 neighborhoods and I mainly use it for precision direct mail campaigns to find new listings.
Cons
I used to subscribe to their premium U.S based support but I believe that's no longer an option. Sometimes it is challenging to communicate with the overseas support team and they are not always able to fix my problem. I frequently have to hang up and call back, hoping to connect with someone who can actually help me.

“Simple to configure with outstanding support
Pros
Getting started was simple. My background is with Salesforce which is powerful but needs an IT team. I configured this system myself in just minutes. The support is outstanding as my account representative helped with the initial setup and a marketing specialist assisted with the email features. It has all the tools I need for my solo consulting business at a reasonable price.
Cons
To be honest I have not come across anything I dislike so far. Since I am still exploring all the features, I will probably find something eventually.

Pros
Act Software is user-friendly and my sales team learned the core features quickly. It is the most effective method I have found for monitoring my sales pipeline.
Cons
The initial setup was difficult and it is still not operating correctly. I am hoping support can help me get everything working properly soon.

Cons

This is an excellent contact management system we have used for years. The setup is also simple, the interface is also user friendly and its wide range of features simplifies managing all our professional relationships.
Cons
I did need to contact support a few times while moving my license to a new computer but they made the process fairly simple.

They release regular updates and are very responsive to feedback, quickly fixing any changes that caused issues.
Cons

Cons
I find the advanced search function clunky and it does not work as well as it did in older versions. In fact I cannot get it to function at all anymore.

Cons

I have always liked its smooth connection with Outlook, the user-friendly design and its reliability. Also technical support was consistently helpful in resolving any issues.
Cons
Well the latest update has caused constant problems. I switched to the cloud version because it was supposed to work better with Outlook but it has not. Instead I have faced one issue after another including sudden changes to how search works without any warning.

It connects seamlessly with Outlook and is user friendly for most users plus it makes it simple to organize contacts by groups or companies and log notes and interactions for everyone who emails us which helps track leads and recent conversations.
Cons
In the past the interface used to look dated though they have recently updated it. Also customizing settings requires some time and is not the simplest process but they do offer training to help.
