“affordable automated email marketing win”
Pros
Nothing about using it feels intimidating or costly like traditional marketing options such as billboards. I've been able to automate my marketing with their email marketing tools which makes the whole process much more efficient.
Cons
Every part of it from the CRM and marketing automation to sales acceleration has been working perfectly for me so I dont have any cons to mention.

“Covers what marketers need”
Pros
Everything about this software feels top notch from the automatic marketing to the automatic sales. It really covers what marketers need and I'd recommend it to anyone doing marketing. Honestly, it's one of those tools that just makes your workflow click into place.
Cons
There's really nothing negative to say. The only thing to watch is that the pricing can be a little higher than expected though the value more than makes up for it.

“broad range of features”
Pros
From what I've seen, it's one of the most comprehensive platforms for running email campaigns. Everything feels well covered and it gives you the tools you need to plan and execute sends without feeling like you're missing key pieces.
Cons
That said, the workflow can get a bit complex at times so it's worth staying focused while setting things up and configuring steps.

“user friendly lead management workflow”
Pros
The first time I opened the app, it stood out for how easy it is to use. I didn't need much time to figure out my way around. After I started using it and received a bit of training from the support team, I realized it includes a lot of useful options that genuinely made day to day work smoother for my team. We mainly use it for lead management and for tracking the status of each lead across the entire funnel.
Cons
No complaints so far. I've been using it for about 7 months and haven't run into anything that feels like it needs improvement.

“helpful campaign scheduling”
Pros
I use this app to run promotional campaigns through email. Being able to send messages to my entire mailing list is really convenient and the option to schedule posts online helps me plan ahead instead of doing everything manually. Overall, it's an effective tool for running promotions.
Cons
Works well for promotional use but the customer support team could be improved. Responses to user inquiries take too long so support needs to be more timely and responsive.

“strong features”
Pros
Features are really strong. Being able to schedule posts across multiple social media accounts is a big plus. Automating emails also works well and the whole tool feels simple to use without a steep learning curve.
Cons
Customer support needs improvement. When issues come up, responses take too long after I reach out so the support flow should be handled more quickly.

“automation and segmentation wins”
Pros
Helps improve our clients' advertising results. With its automation, we're able to reach a much larger number of clients and the segmentation tools are really solid. The platform is also easy to use and the technical support team has been very attentive whenever we've needed help. Overall, using ActiveCampaign has helped us maintain strong relationships with our clients.
Cons
It would be nice to see improvements to the visual design. That said, the functional side is excellent and it delivers the outcomes we're aiming for with our clients.

“solid all in one sales tool”
Pros
This is one of the best tools I've used and it includes pretty much everything a sales and marketing business needs. The feature set feels complete so it covers the core workflows without forcing you to look for extra add ons.
Cons
Only real improvement I'd suggest is putting more effort into the UI/UX since there are a few usability issues that could be ironed out.

“powerful email automation”
Pros
A feature rich email marketing platform and the automated email workflows are a big win. Setting up and sending automated messages to clients is very simple and it helps keep campaigns running without constant manual effort.
Cons
The platform seems geared toward larger needs and pricing is pretty steep for small scale businesses. A more affordable option (or better pricing tiers for smaller teams) would make it easier to adopt.

“improved efficiency”
Pros
Using this has led to noticeable efficiency improvements for our team. Setting up automated email sequences was easy enough that we could start nurturing subscribers and keeping regular viewers engaged without too much back and forth. It's also been really helpful for driving sales by adding reminders, re engaging people over time and removing inactive contacts from our lists. The contact tagging, list segmentation and A/B testing features are standouts as well. On top of that the platform feels user friendly overall, with tons of tutorials and guides available online to support setup and day to day use.
Cons
At first, the platform can look more complex than expected and it may feel a bit challenging when you're getting started. There's definitely a learning curve and it does require some time to fully understand and apply all the capabilities. Once we put in that effort though, the results ended up being worth it.

“Positive experience with ActiveCampaign”
Pros
Lets me up my marketing automation within a few hours of first using it. The dashboard along with the overall interface felt very easy to use. The email sequencing segmentation is one of my favorite parts and it's played a big role in helping me grow my business and expand my email list.
Cons

“helpful support”
Pros
Besides the setup point mentioned below, getting everything set up feels very simple. Once it's running, it stays low maintenance and there are plenty of options to customize features to match how we work. Whenever questions came up, the support team was genuinely helpful.
Cons
At the start, the automations didn't work as expected. We ended up having to redo the initial campaign a few times until the software behaved properly. It would be even better if there were clearer guidance for automations either simpler handling overall or at least some proper training videos because that part could use improvement.

“powerful reporting feature”
Pros
The automation features feel genuinely fantastic. Setup doesn't take much effort and there's a huge range of premade recipes. The interface is also clean which makes it simple to build your own workflows when you want to. Deliverability gets a real boost from the reporting especially the read/trend reports which give clear visibility into what's happening. On top of that the support team is quick to respond whenever I have questions so I'm not left hanging.
Cons
Tracking down what to adjust isn't always obvious right away. Even though it can take a bit of time to fully learn how to get the most from the platform, that learning curve hasn't stopped me from recommending ActiveCampaign to anyone who asks.
