reliable automations

Pros

I really like how reliable the automations are and they save me a ton of time. After the setup, everything keeps running in the background without any fuss. The interface is also user friendly enough that you don't need to be super technical to get things working. On top of that the Ablefy integration runs smoothly so linking my courses to email marketing feels pretty effortless.

Cons

Reporting could be cleaner and more beginner friendly. When I just want quick insights, I end up digging through multiple screens to find them. Also, a few features seem somewhat restricted on the smaller plan although it's understandable given the pricing.

Great chat feature

Pros

Very feature rich especially the task automation. Our usual routine got handled much faster. The chat feature is also a big plus since it makes it simpler to interact with clients and leads while marketing campaigns are running. Despite being a pretty capable, full featured platform, it still feels simple to use day to day.

Cons

Pricing has kept climbing over time, while the feature improvements don't always feel like they match that increase which can be frustrating. On top of that trying to reach human support often turns out to be difficult.

Easy email campaigns

Pros

It's easy to create personalized, targeted email campaigns. You can also adjust the messages based on your clients' guidelines which makes the whole process feel flexible and on point.

Cons

There's a bit of a learning curve as some time is needed to understand all the tools and use the platform to its full potential.

Highly flexible

Pros

Automation tools are genuinely helpful and they give me a lot of flexibility to build whatever strategy fits my business best.

Cons

It does feel a bit slow overall and it would be great if the platform were faster to navigate.

strong spam control

Pros

It's dependable with its reporting and it does a good job keeping spam out. I also really like how they've structured the automations.

Cons

Their pricing policy is tough. It's pretty expensive and once you upgrade, you're basically not allowed to downgrade without paying more. That means you end up locked into paying them a lot and if your contact list grows, that cost can escalate quickly.

Has all the features you need

Pros

Includes the most important features and feels pretty easy to use. It also comes with automations/flows which makes day to day sending and follow ups a lot easier.

Cons

Pricing gets a bit steep once you're managing over 2,000 contacts and sometimes emails end up with significant delays especially when a flow sends multiple emails back to back.

Powerful automation

Pros

Brings really powerful automation features, along with advanced segmentation and targeting tools. Having a built in CRM is a plus too since it supports sales automation without forcing you to stitch together multiple systems.

Cons

Costs climb as your contact list grows and the pricing can also jump when you need additional features. The free plan feels pretty limited and it's a complicated process to upgrade contracts or unlock more uses.

solid marketing platform

Pros

This is one of the most powerful marketing automation platforms I've seen and it's pretty great if you want to build detailed customer journeys.

Cons

The automation builder can feel a bit slow and the knowledge base articles are often too light on information when you need step by step guidance.

easy to make scalable campaigns

Pros

Simple setup that expanded as our needs grew. We're using it for a few core reasons. The automation builder is genuinely user friendly. Setting up a welcome series, abandoned cart reminders and loyalty emails took very little effort.

Cons

A couple of the reporting dashboards could be easier. Occasionally, it takes a few extra clicks to get to the details on how a campaign is performing.

great segmentation

Pros

Works really well as an email marketing tool for both businesses and agencies. I can segment audiences and send targeted emails to customers and supporters which makes the campaigns feel much more relevant. On top of that the reporting and analytics for email engagement are genuinely helpful and make it easier to understand what's working.

Cons

Getting used to the dashboard took a little time. With all the features and options packed in, the navigation can feel a bit confusing at first.

stable platform that works great

Pros

It's a stable platform that works reliably, without any hiccups. After trying several options before, it's been the best one we've used so far and it's performed exactly as expected.

Cons

We ran into a few issues when switching plans. The change didn't happen automatically which feels like it could be improved. It would be better if upgrading to a larger plan or downgrading to a smaller one was quick.

user triggered automations done well

Pros

What stood out for me was how effortlessly I could build automated sequences that actually run based on user activity. I didn't have to code or figure out complex flow logic, just pick the right triggers and actions and the system handles the rest. The built in CRM was also a big plus for keeping customer lists organized and it stayed responsive when I needed to segment or update contacts.

Cons

Things can feel a bit chaotic when you're running several campaigns at once. I sometimes found myself digging through different places just to locate the specific conversion data tied to an email flow.

missing core CRM lookup field

Pros

The team has been helpful, the pricing feels reasonable and the automation builder is pretty advanced compared to similar tools.

Cons

What's missing is a core CRM capability specifically, creating a custom lookup field that connects one contact to another. That's considered standard in CRMs like Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot and Freshsales. We need it for workflows such as authorized reps and broker client relationships and it's honestly frustrating that a product positioned as a CRM doesn't include something this basic. This limitation is now blocking our rollout and pushing us to evaluate alternatives.

user friendly setup

Pros

Setting up automations is pretty simple and importing contacts went smoothly. The whole workflow feels user friendly and I didn't have to fight the setup process much.

Cons

Lately it has felt a bit glitchy. Some criteria I previously relied on like sending based on a contacts time zone, doesn't seem to run anymore even though it used to work reliably. That's been frustrating.

Reliable performance across systems

Pros

Does exactly what I expected and runs reliably. Integration feels solid across different systems so setup and day to day use don't become a hassle.

Cons

The price is pretty high though the overall quality feels very professional. Language support could use improvement as well. German translation isn't as polished as it should be.

It goes pretty deep into building marketing automation workflows and you can really dig into how to set things up from start to finish.

Pros

The range of ways you can use it is genuinely broad. It's a really solid tool for professional email marketing, with lots of options for setting up campaigns and workflows.

advanced automation builder

Pros

Advanced automation builder has been a big help for our team in creating complex workflows without too much hassle. The tag based contact management is also a strong point. It makes it much easier to organize and segment contacts so everything stays manageable as you grow.

Cons

One downside I've noticed is that the pricing ramps up quickly once your contact count increases so it can end up feeling pretty expensive over time.
