“Solid email builder experience”
Pros
I really liked how simple it was to create my marketing emails and the email template designer made the whole process even better.
Cons
Setting everything up initially felt pretty overwhelming especially when it came to custom fields and automations. It's gotten easier as I've worked through the different resources available.

“Tons of automation options available”
Pros
There are a ton of automation options available. So many that you can even calculate budgets based on data collected in a form and then send the resulting report back to the users.
Cons
Installation and rollout feels a bit tough. If you only want to send an email to your list, the process can feel a little boring since you have to go through a lot of option picking. A better workflow is to clone your previous newsletter and just swap in the new content.

“game changer for marketing”
Pros
Has taken our marketing management up a notch. With its wide ranging interface, we can fine tune how our campaigns are set up and control all the small details. The variety of templates helps us shape our main idea and deliver the message exactly the way we want it. A/B testing is also a big win since it lets us confirm the message performs well before sending it to the public. Connecting social networks is another key part of the workflow for broader campaign management and better promotion of our product. On top of that the multichannel marketing options let us reach more people and expand our visibility across different platforms. Overall, it's a strong platform for planning, improving and sending content that feels more polished plus it supports more direct interaction with clients while helping refine our CRM so we can send each potential customer what they actually want. Email automation helps reduce spam and improves the chances of landing in the inbox which means our audience is more likely to read the campaign.
Cons
Despite the feature rich interface, it can feel pretty dense and complicated to work with. The learning curve is real and it doesn't feel especially user friendly so day to day tasks can take longer than expected. The filter based search also isn't as precise as it could be sometimes we're trying to locate something very specific and end up unable to find it so more accurate filtering would make a noticeable difference.

“user friendly platform”
Pros
Easy to use and the support team has been helpful. The free webinars are a big plus and overall it feels cost effective for what you get.
Cons
Responses can take a while sometimes and the customer service team doesn't always follow up as proactively as you'd expect. A couple of times I've lost my place and there are occasional issues where data disappears or doesn't save reliably.

“Custom fields”
Pros
In the latest September update to the email automation, you can now add custom fields directly into marketing emails. It also lets you automate things like customer or client birthday and anniversary offers or greetings using data from your contact lists. Integrated forms are another big plus once someone completes a form, the whole campaign flow can kick in to help turn a lead into a customer or a sale. You can automate this setup with a clear trigger such as "new form filled," so the process is much more organized from end to end.
Cons
Building automations takes some patience since the layout for creating them feels pretty complicated.

“easy setup for budget email marketing”
Pros
I've configured this for several clients and also used it myself. For a smaller business that wants to run a few basic email marketing campaigns without blowing the budget, it has been a solid fit.
Cons
I don't feel it scales particularly well so it seems best for small to mid sized teams. If your business is doing mostly direct online sales, you may want to look at other platforms that are a better investment. Like most tools, it's worth matching the software to where your business is today and where you expect to be heading soon, rather than assuming it will stay the perfect choice forever.

“efficient analytics”
Pros
With this, we managed to get a clear picture of how users behave, what kinds of things spark their curiosity, what content shouldn't be used and where the acquisition journey gets interrupted through the automated email flows.
Cons
Setup takes a bit of getting started though once you have the basics in place it's easy to configure and manage.

“useful features for large teams”
Pros
This seems like a solid fit for bigger organizations that need specific, advanced features.
Cons
It's quite pricey especially if you're a smaller company. While the cost may make sense for teams that truly require these particular automations for a small business it feels like money wasted and there are better alternatives.

“great CRM potential”
Pros
Running email campaigns is easy and it's also simple to tag contacts automatically using rules.
Cons
The CRM could use some improvement. I get that it's not designed to be a full, all in one CRM but since it already has the building blocks, it feels like it could go further and become one.

“Clear layout”
Pros
Very user friendly and the overall set of features is pretty good. Everything is laid out clearly and the functions that are included cover the essentials well.
Cons
Would be better if the app had more depth in its feature set. The options currently available feel a bit basic and don't go far enough for users who want more advanced capabilities.

“web form that supports leads”
Pros
The web form feature is honestly the standout for me. It's one of the better parts because it lets the marketer build the form properly and it also allows clients to keep their contact details right on the page so tracking and follow up becomes a lot simpler.
Cons
Nothing alarming to report about the software itself. Overall, there isn't really anything worth calling out.

“affordable all in one CRM”
Pros
It felt affordable and the platform is pretty complete it includes a lot of the features we needed right away. Pairing marketing automation with a CRM in one tool has been a solid decision and it doesn't feel like a bad investment if you're looking for that kind of all in one setup.
Cons
Their segmentation really needs work. Instead of letting us build custom lists of people to target with campaigns, we're forced to rely on tags. The part that's frustrating is that it isn't clear whether tags can be filtered down using a few specific attributes or how granular it really gets. The overall UX felt slow and rough to navigate.

Pros
Setting up automations has been a joy. Integrating with Zapier to build workflows has been seriously impressive and has cut down my manual work a ton, saving me a lot of time.
Cons

“Excellent email marketing automation”
Pros
Importing contacts organizing lists and sending out messages all feel smooth and well thought out. Building automation flows also feels a bit like setting up a game clear logic, lots of control and somehow it ends up being fun.
Cons
Didn't run into any real issues while using it. On top of that I got the chance to book a one on one session with an expert who guided me through the first steps and after that everything pretty much clicked on its own.
