“well organized CRM tracker”
Pros
Perfect for automations, handling emails and keeping a CRM tracker organized. It also plays nicely with call tracking, plus a few other helpful features that round everything out.
Cons
No real downsides. If anything, the CRM could use a bit more polish but overall it's genuinely strong.

“simple to customize”
Pros
ActiveCamaign is a really strong CRM option for anyone running email marketing campaigns to grow a sales pipeline. The automations and customizations feel simple and the design features make everything pleasant to work with. Contact and account management are laid out clearly and the analytics and reporting come across as both insightful and easy to understand.
Cons
It's on the pricier side if you compare it across all features but it feels worth the cost if your main goal is using email marketing to drive more sales.

“drip campaign templates are worth it”
Pros
The templates are a big win and setting up drip campaigns doesnt take much effort. Being able to create and run those drip sequences has made my workflow much more efficient.
Cons
Pricing feels a bit steep considering how many contacts you can store. I've also noticed the platform can be unresponsive at times and I've already reached out to support to report the issue.

“solid automation for customer journeys”
Pros
We used this to build automation across our customer journey. We mapped out key moments in the flow on our platform and then set up automated email blasts to reach users at the right time. The whole point was to support things like project relaunches, account confirmations, retargeting and even retention campaigns. Everything went really well and honestly we didn't even tap into the full potential. There's a lot more capability waiting to be used.
Cons
Offers a huge number of options so it can feel a bit of a shame if you don't have someone on the team who genuinely knows how to set it up and use it effectively.

“Highly customizable CRM”
Pros
Looks really polished and it's easy to use. I hadn't worked with other CRMs before this one but it still feels very user friendly. I especially appreciate how customizable everything is and how simple it is to move around the platform. Between the email marketing tools, sales pipelines, contact organization and the collaboration features for my team, it covers the key workflows I need.
Cons
Getting started was a bit overwhelming at first because there are a lot of features packed into the system. The good news is that the onboarding support is strong as there are plenty of intro trainings, online resources and articles, plus one on one sessions with specialists. Their trainers have been solid, they helped me customize this platform to fit our specific business needs and they usually get back to my questions quickly by email.

“multilingual interface”
Pros
It supports multiple languages which is a big win for my use case. The interface looks pretty polished and feels easy to navigate. Pricing is also very competitive compared to other options I checked especially for what you get.
Cons
One downside is that there's no free tier to try things out first. I also couldn't find an official WordPress integration which makes it less convenient if you're running a WordPress site. Finally, they don't provide a money back guarantee so you're taking a bit more risk when deciding to commit.

“It is unusable”
Pros
Customer support comes across as excellent but the product itself is so broken and painful to use that the help they provide doesn't really compensate for it.
Cons
Using ActiveCampaign has been the worst part of my work life. It feels slow and buggy and it seems to try to handle too many tasks at once yet it ends up doing everything poorly.

“helps give your marketing a boost”
Pros
it's been really simple to use especially compared with other, much more complex software. It's helped me market my business more effectively than any other tool I've tried so far.
Cons
No real complaints at the moment. I'm still digging into the other features but everything I've come across so far has been working out well.

“Saves me and my staff so much work”
Pros
Automation features have genuinely helped me reduce both staff time and overall effort. Workflows run with less manual back and forth so the team isn't constantly stuck doing repetitive tasks.
Cons
Customer support is where things fall short. Getting help feels difficult everything is a bit confusing and it also seems like the AC support staff aren't very interested in assisting when issues come up.

“very easy to design your own email signups”
Pros
I started the free trial mainly because this software lets you fully customize your email sign ups and the pop up windows. Nobody enjoys clicking an email form that looks random or like it's run by a third party. With this tool, the signup flow blends right into my existing website so everything feels like it's truly part of the site instead of an external add on.
Cons
There are more features here than I'll probably use anytime soon. That said, it's not really something I'd label as a negative. Some functions I don't currently need or fully understand might come in handy later and there are tutorials and documentation available if I want to learn them. Nothing I've experienced so far would count as a true dislike.

“useful segmentation”
Pros
The standout part of this software is how well it lets us connect multiple other applications which makes running the campaign a lot more manageable. It also comes with plenty of marketing mailing templates and that helps us pull in more customers and see better results overall. On top of that the audience segmentation tools are really useful since they clarify who the campaign will actually reach.
Cons
Reporting could be stronger. I wish the reports were more detailed and included every key piece of campaign data so we could fine tune future campaigns and correct issues from past ones. There are also quite a lot of features and at first that can feel like a lot to take in but once you get the hang of it, the full program becomes really powerful and worth using.

Pros
Works really well as a CRM for keeping everything organized. Once you start using it, it's pretty simple to learn and it's also manageable day to day when you're working with leads.

“templates creation is easy”
Pros
A solid CRM to get Marketing and Email automation running quickly. The template creation and email design tools are very user friendly but still strong so you can put together campaigns without fighting the system. The automation features run reliably too and the number of integrations (especially for e commerce) makes it easier to connect everything and keep workflows moving.
Cons
Advanced segmentation and truly custom automation still require a bit more depth than what's available out of the box. That limitation can feel restrictive if you're trying to get very granular early on. That said, it seems pretty much like what you'd expect as it is often best when you start simple and then expand though you may eventually outgrow it depending on how complex your setup gets.

“scales well alongside our company”
Pros
This tool really has a lot going for it. Even if you're mainly shopping for an email system, this feels like the best option to pick. It scales nicely as your organization expands. A bunch of those small backend tasks I used to handle manually can be automated now which has been genuinely impressive.
Cons
Getting everything configured and all the automations running does take a long time. The upside is that onboarding is handled really well and their support team has been exceptionally strong super patient while walking through what I needed.
