“fast support team”
Pros
It's pretty easy to use as long as you've figured out what you actually need.
Cons
Occasionally some screens load slowly and there can be a couple bugs in specific features but the chat support team had everything addressed within about 24 hours.

“powerful integrations”
Pros
Native integrations are genuinely strong and the platform gives you an open API with plenty of options to work with. The email automation builder is easily one of the best I've used especially when it comes to building multi step flows. Segmentation is also very strong and the tracking tools for sites and events are solid. I also appreciate the built in reply tracking. It makes it much easier to monitor conversations. On top of that customer support has been really helpful and responsive whenever I needed assistance.
Cons
Every now and then, the platform won't load quite right because of caching but it's not a constant problem.

“not very easy to use”
Pros
Makes it possible to automate things and I'm able to plan and schedule sending campaigns ahead of time.
Cons
There are a ton of functions hidden away and they don't follow any logical flow when you're trying to find them. Also, I can't even view the content of campaigns I sent a couple of months ago.

“strong marketing management”
Pros
Using it has been genuinely helpful for our team to stay on top of sales and marketing tasks. It supports how we manage day to day activity and keeps things organized across the pipeline.
Cons
The integrations could be more detailed and offer deeper connections though the platform still covers a lot of integration options overall.

“highly personalized label automations”
Pros
The label personalization is spot on especially for setting up automation that you can reuse in future mailings. It also makes it easy to segment a large audience and extend campaign sending day by day. After you reach the desired outcomes, you can even automatically segment customers who have achieved specific goals.
Cons
Cost is pretty high so campaigns usually only make sense for about 3 4 months. If the conversion rate doesn't end up strong, the tool starts feeling too expensive.

“great automation setup”
Pros
I was able to set up automations for new subscribers quickly and it didn't take long to send campaigns to my email list. I also had an easy time figuring out the ClickFunnels integration which made the whole setup feel a lot less intimidating.
Cons
Main downside is the pricing increase as my subscriber count goes up. It started out very affordable but once my list grew, the cost rose quite a bit.

“User friendly marketing tool”
Pros
Very easy to use for day to day work. On top of that it lets you create marketing automation campaigns in a pretty user friendly way.
Cons
There are occasional bugs when creating emails sometimes elements don't format correctly which forces you to delete the block and rebuild it.

“customizable lists”
Pros
It's pretty easy to understand and the app offers a decent level of customizability with filtering options and list organization.
Cons
Graphical resolution is low so especially text looks pixelated. Editing tools are also pretty limited which makes simple changes feel more frustrating than they should. Inserting pictures can get messy. On top of that it doesn't switch to dark mode even though that's basically standard on most devices nowadays.

“automated flowcharts with power”
Pros
Easy to use and it feels genuinely powerful especially with the automation flowcharts that make the whole process click.
Cons
Even as a complete layperson, it still took me a while to fully understand how everything fits together. There are also a bunch of functions we haven't tried yet so I can't say we've explored the full potential.

“efficient workflows”
Pros
It is built for automation first and its not just a flashy interface. It's a real toolbox with strong connections to other systems (often through Zapier), plus workflow and journey builders that are simple to use. Data handling is also solid. With it, you can manage and run extremely large scale marketing campaigns like the multi million dollar programs we run.
Cons
Performance can drag at times and a few of the standout capabilities from competing tools are missing things like pre form visitor tracking on the website and more "flashy" reporting options.

“Simple to use”
Pros
Visual automation system and the stellar team has made this very easy to use.
Cons
They didn't carry my subscription settings over exactly as they were for the period I paid and I was asked to pay again to restore an already paid number of contacts right away instead of being offered a downgrade at the time of renewal.

“Quick to learn”
Pros
Simple to work with and getting started with the basic features doesn't take much training. It also does a solid job covering what we need day to day.
Cons
Reporting doesn't come out very well and a few components don't integrate smoothly with the rest. It also requires reentering data more often than I'd expect. The contact search is pretty weak and I'd really like a less complicated way to send emails to groups.

“solid email marketing”
Pros
If you're looking for a solid, well built email marketing and CRM platform, there's really no reason to hesitate with this one. It includes the full set of features and practical solutions that help keep our day to day work moving smoothly.
Cons
The pricing can feel a bit higher as your email subscriber count grows but the return on investment this tool generates has been noticeably stronger than what we've seen from other competitors.

“unmatched email automation power”
Pros
I've tested a bunch of other email marketing and automation tools and none of them really compare with this software. It delivers capabilities that genuinely feel ahead of the rest especially when it comes to automation.
Cons
Conversations feature feels a bit restrictive. I run a few connected websites and wanted to set up chat/support separately for each one but it doesn't look like there's a way to create different helpdesk setups per site. I can only configure settings that apply across everything.

“reduced our workload”
Pros
Our engineering team managed to reduce the workload for email campaign builds by simply sending contact details to ActiveCampaign via the API. That let the marketing team create email campaigns on their own so there was no extra overhead spent syncing between teams.
Cons
A downside is that this setup isn't the industry standard and many collaborators prefer using Salesforce instead. That preference tends to slow down onboarding for new team members.

“great value for the price”
Pros
Easy to use and based on what I've tested, it outperforms other marketing automation tools on value for money and on the overall strength of its automation features.
Cons
Somehing worth flagging is that the interface occasionally gets a little laggy. It still does the job, just not as fast or responsive as some simpler, less feature heavy tools.
