“powerful automations for targeted campaigns”
Pros
ActiveCampaign's automation features have been genuinely outstanding and they've helped speed up our marketing workflow while improving overall efficiency. It also makes it easy to build personalized campaigns AImed at a specific audience. During our campaigns, we can actively engage leads and share the right information at the right time which has made a noticeable difference. Customization is easy and everything has been simple to work with day to day.
Cons
Support and updates have been very responsive to what we needed. There hasn't been anything negative for us to point out.

“easy campaign management for starters”
Pros
Easy to work with and gives solid, detailed information about contacts and their activity every time I log in. It also feels well suited for managing campaigns when you're working with under 250 contacts. The reporting and contact insights make it easy to track what's happening without digging too much.
Cons
Compared with some competing tools, it can feel a little dated. That said, the pricing especially versus options like MailChimp makes it a pretty good choice as a starter platform.

“easy to make personalized emails”
Pros
I've been using this to automate personalized emails in a way that feels customized to different customers and I also rely on it to capture my best leads. The platform comes with a ton of tools so it's simple to build email or SMS automations that can trigger based on what a customer does or even send responses when they take specific actions. On top of that the integration library is huge, with close to 1,000 native connections, including Shopify, Stripe, Slack, Calendly, Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram.
Cons
Subscription pricing can feel a bit pricey for smaller businesses or anyone just getting started.

Pros
Customer support has been quick to respond and genuinely helpful. On top of that there are plenty of learning resources like tutorials, webinars and even a community forum so it's easier to troubleshoot and improve your campaigns over time.
Cons
Email template editor works but it doesn't feel as flexible as some other email marketing tools. A few users also mention that it's not as feature rich or sophisticated compared to competing platforms.

“powerful email marketing tool”
Pros
I'm really into how it offers almost limitless options. Since my entire business runs on email marketing, it helps take a lot of the heavy lifting out of my strategy and makes execution much smoother.
Cons
UI feels a bit outdated and it can be laggy at times. On top of that I've had scheduled campaigns occasionally fail or get stuck and it doesn't always show an error or any clear message letting me know what went wrong.

“solid email builder for campaigns”
Pros
Email builder is really simple to use and comes with plenty of solid templates. You can put together more complex campaigns with lots of automated paths, workflows and split tests even when you're working with bigger data sets. The analytics and alerting features also feel genuinely useful, not just "nice to have."
Cons
It might be too much for small businesses or lean marketing teams that mainly need a basic automated email tool.

“Wide range of built in integrations”
Pros
Packed with features and includes a wide range of built in integration options which makes it pretty powerful for building marketing automation workflows.
Cons
Troubleshooting and debugging automations is genuinely difficult since there aren't any automation logs to review. It also tends to require a consultant or agency to set up the marketing automations properly. Even with a solid technical background, it still isn't an area that fits my day to day skills.

Pros
